Kelly was very helpful however I feel that's was just at the beginning to get my business. She assured me that she would help me thru some other processes and after the deal was done I felt she didn't exhibit the same willingness to help me thru. I also notice that I now owe more for my vehicle than I did when dealing with Cap 1. I have had this feeling that I should of look else where.

I just finished the purchase process of a Avis 2016 Lincoln Navigator through IFS. I worked with an IFS team that was outstanding! Rajneesha *** set up my ultimate test drive at a at Avis, Alan *** was my remote "sales" process contact and Brandon *** was my final IFS contact that helped make sure the final process went smoothly down to my receipt of title on the Lincoln. I have to say for those that have not purchased a car in this fashion, like myself, rest assured, the process works! I was fearful in several steps of the process because it was so different then how I purchased cars in the past. The team I had at IFS (Raj, Alan & Brandon) were really outstanding! Now that I have gone through the process of purchasing a car from Avis in this fashion, I can't see purchasing a used car in any other way! The free ultimate 2 hour test drive to make sure you like the vehicle without a sales person tagging along in a seat next to you is a "freeing" experience! This is such a unique way to test drive and purchase a car remotely, their is really no competition! If Avis sets the fixed non-negotiable price correctly based on prior rental car history, it is worth going for it! Next time I'm in the market to purchase a nearly new vehicle, I will look at IFS and Avis as my first and potentially only stop!
