I had to refinance a high interest car loan but very nervous about doing this on line. Credit Karma recommended IFS and I could not be happier with the end results. Terri was my advisor and within the first few minutes had my trust. I don't impress easily but she was impressive through out the entire process. Terri kept me updated via email or by telephone in a very timely manner. My next car loan will be through IFS as my first choice.

This should have been a glowing review of IFS and Avis car sales, however because of the abysmal and rude post sale support it is not.

The purchase of our AVIS cars vehicle was extremely easy. However, IFS has been withholding my California issued plates and and registration without cause. Nor have they process a reimbursement of funds I spent on their behalf in a timely manner.

My purchase was a cash sale with the funds wired to their bank, but they required that their representative process the paper work. Their representative picked up the car's plates and tags, and then gave them to IFS where they have been held without reason. My state takes and extensive time to process the official title, however despite this my Department of Motor vehicles provided me the title weeks ago by mail, while IFS has been holding my plates and tags which were given over the counter when the paperwork was submitted.

Initially I was told by IFS that they didn't have my plates, so I contacted my DMV to see where they were, there response was that they had be been issued. When I inquired further with IFS, suddenly their story changed. Yes they had my plates but they were holding them. They refused to answer why nor did they return calls.

Furthermore they refused to provide their dealer license information when requested.

Teri was literally every aspect of amazing. I applied to refinance my car online and within minutes of pressing submit, I received a call from Teri. throughout the whole process she was accessible and extremely quick and helpful. thanks Teri!
