I purchased a vehicle from IFS 7 months ago and still don't have my tags and registration. I've emailed them and called multiple times about the status of my tags and *** keeps telling me theres nothing else they can do and she won't give me a managers number to speak to or anything. I called the DMV myself and gave them the Vin number and they said they're not tracking anything being processed for the vehicle at all. This is ridiculous waiting over half a year for tags. I'm active duty military so I'm exempt from the tag and registration fees that I've already paid (about $650) and I provided them with the exemption paperwork for that also and they never refunded me my money back from that either.
