Just finished my first loan through IFS and am glad to report that they were very easy to work with, responded to my inquiries in a professional and timely manner and made the whole process seamless. Worked with Andres specifically and would recommend working with him and IFS on future loans. No complaints.

A couple weeks back I began the application process with IFS to refinance a current car loan. After reading some negative reviews about the company, I called to cancel the application. I was told nothing had or would be run. I even emailed to confirm and was told the application was cancelled. This morning, I checked my credit and saw a hard inquiry had been run by IFS without my permission, which obviously effects my credit score. This is not acceptable. This company cannot be trusted
We apologize for any confusion with regard to your application. When you submitted your application via Credit Karma, you provided your consent to have your credit obtained. We pulled your credit report shortly after you submitted your loan application per your permission. At your request, we closed your application, which does not remove the credit inquiry. IFS has provided you with a copy of the appropriate disclosures.
Due to the misunderstanding, IFS will remove the credit inquiry.
