Total Life Changes has lived up to its name for my family and I. Between my husband and I, we are down 55lbs, 14 inches and 2 belt notches! My bout with inflammation has been terminated and I am no longer prediabetic! My husband is no longer suffering with joint pain and his vision has improved by 10!!! I purchased the "Get Fit Kit" from Total Life Changes.
They have so many "reviews" guaranteeing that their products work.
But on the flip side, you have to be on a super strict meal plan while eating 1200 calories a day,
while in a caloric deficit. If that's the case, what's the purpose of the tea? Anyone that goes on an extreme diet plan will eventually lose weight.
With that being said, a representative still convinced me that the products would work. They even added me to a private
facebook group once I made my purchase, so that I could see "testimonials". So that made me even
more enthused to see people using products with NO exercise, so me being a moderately active person
daily plus also already eating healthy, I figured I'd give it a shot.
They guarantee losing 5lbs in 5 days. First of all, I followed all directions CLEARLY. I lost NO weight within the first week. I decided to be patient and give my body some time to get used to the new regimen. Second week of following the directions, and still NOTHING. 3rd week I became very wary and frustrated. The tea did NOT work for me. So I had one more pack of Iaso tea left and thought that maybe I should finish out the final week before filing a complaint with them. I finished my last batch of tea, and still...NO weight loss.
I just to understand how they can guarantee it works when they know it truly doesn't work for EVERYONE. Makes me even question if these so-called testimonials are real. How is it people that live a sedentary life, don't exercise and still lose weight? And a moderately active person like myself, that eats healthy + did the tea daily lost NOTHING from the tea? Feels like I've been scammed just for some commission based pyramid scheme!
I contacted customer care to discuss a refund, and I was told since it was just (4 days) outside of the 30 day mark, I was no longer eligible for a refund. I explained that I chose not to contact customer care until I finished the last jug of tea (that I had already made) just to give it one final shot. It's not as if I waited months down the line to file this complaint. So to choose not to honor my refund just because I contacted them 34 days and not 30 is super petty!
The products did NOT work for me, NONE. Not the NRG and definitely not the liquid vitamins, NOR the tea. I spent $167.95 TOTAL on wasteful products, there's no way nobody can see where I'm coming from and honor my request?
The so-called 30 day money back guarantee appears to be a ploy to make people feel more at ease purchasing their products, because why would a company offer a money back guarantee for products that don't live up to the hype, right? WRONG. Truth is, anyone who takes any sort of LAXATIVE will cleanse their colon of toxins. If I wanted a tea that simply made me go to the bathroom I could have just purchased "Ballerina Tea" for about $5 and saved myself the headache while keeping my money.
I seriously want my money back, not only am I disappointed in the products not working, but also the way "customer service" basically blew me off. Then I was told I could send back any un-used products for an exchange. NO. I don't want that. Why would I do that? For more products that do NOT work for me? That makes absolutely NO sense.
I will never purchase from this company AGAIN.
I'm convinced all these "positive feedbacks" on here are all fake.
It's easy to ask people to write something nice for some compensation. Nope, I don't trust it. Not buying it.

I have been partaking in total life changes products for 3 months now. The first month, I used the tea, the NRG pills and the resolution drops. I lost 35 lbs. This wasn't even about sticking to the diet that they recommend, because I didn't completely do that. The products alone did the work. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who hasn't had any luck with previous programs or who has a stubborn belly fat to lose that just won't go.

Ladies and Gents... These products are not needed to lose weight! I have lost over 105 pounds without this junk (fake junk) at that byu eating clean and drinking water. There is no such thing as a miracle pill or drink. Think about htat before buying this trash. I never ever received my order that was placed at this point no one tried to help therefore I went on my journey with out it.

I love TLC Products!!! All the products I have taken did what it was describe to do. I have no complaints about the products. An when I'm finished my weight lose journey I will continue to take the tea. The only issue I had was placing a order after hours in when I called the next day of them opening to cancel the order they claimed they couldn't cancel the order that it was already out for shipping. But other than that The customer service was great. and the products work miracles.
I spend $228 on this group on products. I was told this WILL make you loose weight if you stick to the 1200 cal diet. So I did. I meal prep every week and hit a stand still with my weight loss. I thought this might help. I was having 1500 cals a day but with a few adjustments I was able to do the 1200 diet. I did every product as instructed. Even used the herbs from the tea in my grilled chicken after the tea was finished. I took a before picture and after pixture. Checked my weekly weight. Only drank water or the herb tea. And wouldn’t you know no change! No weight loss. Nothing. So the sale woman I gareentee you will lose weight everyone does. Okay well congrats. I wanted a refund. Just don’t do it. It’s not worth losing $228 which is a car payment. All I can think about is how big of a scam this is. I’m sure it might work for some people who are not on a low cal diet anyway!!! But my mom is a doctor and looked at the bottles and ingredients. She said I was totally scammed. She got on her doctoral materials and researched every ingredient. Let’s just say it’s bogus!!! So keep selling the crap. But understand you are only losing the weight because you were not on a 1200 diet. Duh having 2500 caps to 1200 is gonna make you lose weight!

Horrible customer service. One of my packages of tea was sealed completely empty without the tea, I contacted them and they would not replace because it had been more than 5 days since I received my order. When I called they said it was fine and to email them a photo, then they replied to my email I was out of luck. The other 4 packages had tea so I didn't notice right away. When you pay $50 for 5 bags with 2 tea bags in each, you expect the tea bags to actually be in the bag. I paid $10 for an empty bag. Did loose weight on the products, but would of lost regardless sticking to a 1200 calorie meal plan with no sugar or flour.

chargeback notification on May 2nd that the charge was disputed and had
been deducted from us. There has been no notice sent to us from the bank

I kept in contact with my bank daily, they never received the letter back from TLC, I call TLC every time I spoke with my bank. I called TLC and a customer Service person I believed his name was he stated that the letter was in house been held on someone desk. I as could the bank contact them they say yes. My bank and I was on the line with TLC but was unable to talk to anyone, customer service person told us because the conversation was been recording they couldn't talk to us and they hung up my bank and I. Nevertheless, TLC had me to pay an extra $55.00 to activate my account along with the valid charge. I did my part for about four months which I feel was totally wrong. Someone in TLC community should ave help me out with this minute issue. My bank and I spent some much wasted time trying to get this resolve.
I have no problems with TLC products but feel this was taken out of context.

I ordered a month GET SET KIT. But bottle of NRG specifically states serving size 2, container size 15. That is not one month. I emailed company, they state I can take 1 or 2. The directions on bottle clearly states 2. TLC said their website says 1 or 2. I could not find that on the website, in fact, sent pictures from website that says take 2. Want others to know they will not get full month supply when ordering a month supply.

This company has a refund policy before 30 days, one can return the product.
I asked for a refund of $65 before 30 days and the customer acted like they did not know me.
I have receipts of the item going back to Total life and my bank backs up that they took that amount out of my account.
TLC is a great company! I started as a customer and after I lost 26 pounds in just 6 weeks all my friends wanted in. So I joined! Thank you for my health and weekly checks fit sharing!!!
Total Life Changes falsely advertises product sales for which they do not fulfill orders.
For example, in May of 2017 I received a notification of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free product sale. I placed the order, but they shipped me only one product - not two as the sale claimed. I contacted the company upon receipt of my order, they stated they ran out of the product and would ship my second product when it was re-stocked. Weeks passed and I still did not receive my second product. I contacted them again, to inquire about my second product and was told that I should have contacted them sooner. They insisted that I was supposed to contact them again and refused to send me my second product.
More recently on Sept 29th 2017 I received a promotion for a buy 1 get 1 free sale. Again, I placed my order, but was shipped only one product. The same day I received the product I contacted them to inform them that I only received one product and not a second. The customer service agent told me that I should have called to place my product order and not ordered on the website (as I was instructed to do in the promotion) and again refused to send my second/free product.
This company is very low on the integrity and honesty scale. Twice I made purchases for a product promotion and NEVER received the free product as advertised. I will never purchase from this company again and strongly discourage any potential distributors or retailers to not patronize this company. They cheat customers and their own distributors. Do not trust them!

Worst company ever! The Iaso tea is a full scam in Mexico and latino market. The use Zen in place of the 9 other organic herbs, be careful!
