The product amazing however I spent $212 which $42 was on overnight shipping ID# 39535747 I received the product 6 days later contacted via email got multiple ticket numbers the phone number has a 6-8 hour estimate time wait my order number 6776768 could y’all credit the account or refund the shipping I do plan on making more purchase

I can't rate the products because I have not received them yet. I have tried for two days to check the status of my order.I am rating the customer service because no one ever answers, no call back after leaving a message, no response back from emails. At this point I am feeling scammed

I placed an order April 2, received April 7, after getting the wrong order I called was on hold 6 hours to get information on how to get the correct product sent, I was informed to return as I did the very next day APRIL 8, tracking shows got to them April 13. It’s April 22nd and nothing yet has been returned back to me, NOW the major problem with this is I CANT REACH anyone about this matter, But yet they are still shipping NEW orders that have been placed. I’m huge in customer serivce there needs to be a better process in place for getting MONEY back or the product resent. I would appreciate a email just like when my payment was taken the first time NO link to explains what’s going on. And you claim to be a 24 hr serivce. Unacceptable! Unhappy customer and to think I wanted to be apart of the team.

I ordered a kit on Friday April 17,2020 before 3pm in order for it to be shipped the same day. I also paid extra for 2nd Day Air shipping. TLC sent me a tracking number and the estimated delivery was April 21,2020 and my package isn’t here. Even when I check back to the tracking number it still says “Shipment ready for UPS”

Ordered samples on 4-7 still have not received them as of today. Initially it said my items shipped then said it was delayed and still nothing. I ordered more products thinking maybe the samples just take a while because they are free ( minus shipping) . Placed my order April 15 and items have not even been dropped off to be delivered yet. I did not receive any tracking just a order number I used to find tracking. I would like to get a update on the status of my shipping. Shipping time should be addressed before order is placed or money is collected from the customer

I ordered 50 tea sachets and a bottle of nutraburst. I paid a total of 137.56. I only received the tea sachets via UPS which came in a small box 1 of 1. I called the company numerous times only to be told that I was caller number *** and etc.. I am truly devastated and feel like I am a victim of a scheme!

I ordered 250 worth of product on 04/14/20 and I was informed that my order was shipped and I will receive it by Sat 04/18/20. My tracking never updated and ups said they never received my package. I tried Emailing and I have yet to get an response. The numbers they have on their website are bogus.. This is not professional, especially when other people have the same complaint. I was really looking forward to making a TLC.

I purchased products from this company on 4/11/20, didn’t received a email stating my order was shipped via UPS on 4/13/20 and expected delivery would be 4/16/20. As I awaited 24-48hrs to access updates tracking information I did so only to find out my products where never shipped out to me. A label was created but never made it to UPS to be shipped out. After numerous of unsuccessful attempts to reach a live representative from the company to assist me and several emails back and fourth regarding status of my products and shipments I still have yet receive anything. It is now 4/20/20 almost a week later and no products nor response to my emails addressed to the shipping/billing department and or a refund of my money taken from bank account for this purchase.

I placed an order from this company for $66.74. The product did not work for me, and I was told that they had a 30-day money back guarantee. I shipped the product back to them, and they did NOT inform me that a form was supposed to be submitted when I returned the product. After a second e-mail, another rep informed me that a form was supposed to be included. I submitted numerous e-mails to them, and told them that it was their fault that customer service did not inform me of this. I also tracked the package and they did receive it. I cannot get anyone on the phone with me or any response via e-mail besides their reps with automatic responses that obviously all differ. I sent them proof that their rep told me this. I am within my 30 days, I sent back the product as told, and paid for it to be sent back! I can never get anyone on the phone here. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Please help me obtain my money back.

So I have been trying to contact the company since Friday through email and phone (I did the service where they’d call you back). I have yet to receive a call back and the only email responses that I am getting are with a ticket request number. I have had someone place an order and I cannot even see the order or the person. My active status is also gone and so are all of my points. The customer service is not good. I just want to resolve my account issues and have it go back to how it was and receive credit for the person who ordered from my site.

I signed up under a friend and decided to try thr products. I have spent over $200 on everything including my starter kit and have not seen any results. I have also convinced my friends and family to purchase the products from me and they saw no results. They experienced cramps and severe abdominal pain after drinking the lemonade and raspberry flavored teas. I gave them instructions on how to drink the tea for the best results. Even after having a strict plan the product still showed no effect. I just cancelled my smartship because of this.

I ordered tea, nrg package and paid $40 for next day air and have yet to receive my package. At this point I just want a refund because there was a reason I wanted fast delivery. I want a full refund but the phone never rings just hang up and no one emailed me back about my complaint.

I placed an order on 4/13. I was provided info that it was shipped and I would receive it on Thursday 4/16. When I track the package it is still showing as label created only! When I call the line does not go through and I have tried several times. I’ve never had an issue before but I paid almost $200 for my products and o have no info on where they are!!!! I am very disappointed.

I wanted to be Life Changer member but really disappointed with the slow service. I have ordered international upgrade kit but still haven't recieved any email or confirmation. I don't want refund. I want to start selling as soon as possible. I have tried many emails but still bot response. Hate to use this platform just to get customer support. I hope my issue would be resolved.

I have been trying to speak with a agent for 2 days I was sent a tracking number for second day air and my package still has not arrived. UPS has started an investigation and says the merchant created a label and never shipped my package. I am furious and will never order from them again.

I placed an order in April 14th and also paid for two day shipping and I received a email on the exact same day saying my order has been shipped and when I track the package on UPS website it just say label has been created. I also contact UPS about my order and they told me that the tracking number is not in their system. I’ve called Total Life Changes phone number and the number does not work , I’ve also contacted the company by email and I haven’t gotten no response. My order number is ***.

I placed an order through TLC’s site one week ago for a freedom package. I received an email including a tracking number that I was told would be active within 24-48 hours upon me placing order. Tracking number provided still is not active a week later I have contacted customer service number (which does not work), tried the live chat option (which does not work), and emailed about my order which I am still waiting on a reply for. My order number is #***. With all the unsuccessfulness I’ve had with this company I am going to need a refund for my order.

I order the springback kit on 04/09 order number 6609693. I received and email 2 days later saying that my item was shipped. It is still saying label creates nothing has even shipped. The cr *** does not work and does not even ring. I tries to email them, received a message back asking for my order number which was in my original message, resent my order number and never received a response. And their chat link goes nowhere. Really seeming like they are running a scam business with completely bogus customer service info. Also their headquarters number *** just puts me in 34. Based on previous complaints, this is their MO. They had no problem taking my $163 dollars, but have not given me my product.

This company is no good anymore. They lost my package for the second time I'm not able to get in touch with anybody phone's disconnected do not work and they will not respond to my emails I spent $163 plus for this package.I ordered two items they ship one of two and the other one is still hanging in limbo somewhere. I am very very upset. Lost my item three months ago and they had to end up sending me free kit. These people are ridiculous ??... Let this be a warning to everybody.and all this money and they cannot make sure your shipment gets to you on time or at all!
