Talk about a company that goes above and beyond to provide the best possible products and service!! They just give and give! Not only to their customers and employees but also to the greater community. They definitely live by their core values and it shines through in every touch point of their business.
I went on their website to browse and saw they had zero enrollment fees to become a distributor I signed up and purchased a sip and soothe kit I received the products and began promoting but I still have no welcome email with details I need. I don’t know who I’m signed up under or why people are under me and I don’t have a portal or retail site yet. I call only to be on hold for hours and I have sent over 11emails. No one has responded.

I placed a a couple of weeks ago and when I got my package I was missing my cbd tea and I contacted TLC and they haven't contacted me back And every since then I been contacting them.
I would like a refund and the replacement for the inconvenience I been on the phone with customer service and on the live chat too and been disrespected multiple times through emails and chats. I placed my order a month ago and constantly been trying to call, email and that with customer service up till now. That's the least you can do as a business

UPDATE::::: I got that package That they told me they will send me when I left the review on Revdex.com page and (I have proof of what they said). I only received the original tea NOT THE CBD tea I ordered. I only received the tea. You just saw that the company lied to me stating it sent my whole order out but they sent me the wrong tea and only that. I been on the phone trying to talk to someone but when I finally got through to being number 1 it said the call center is closed after I waited 4 hours !

I am a current TOTAL LIFE CHANGER & my account got deactivated by TLC
I submitted the pictures they where asking for and send them the proof to 2 different emails and they said that they have received the email and that I can now use my Back Office.
When I go to LOG IN it says that CUSTOMER NOT ACTIVE
I am super mad because I have been trying to reach out to someone to explain and solve this issue for me and I have been already on the phone 3 times for 3+ hrs each and no one has answered my calls, 2 of which the call dropped.
I even replied back to the same email that had advised that I can now use my BACK OFFICE and no answer what so ever!!!
Very disappointing and time wasted, I work full time and its unbelievable to not have someone solve this issue for me.
If your going to send me an email advising I can now use my back office, the least thing you can do is activate my account

I have been doing TLC business over a year now & I have had problem in the pass with this company about my money because they were asking me for my social security number or ITIN # which I don’t have & now I am currently having the same issue months later I have made over $1,000 in my account thses past 3 months & just because u don’t have papers that they are asking for they shouldn’t with hold it against me I love this company & I don’t want to stop doing the business but I have a family & business to run that I hope I get my money back with no problem!

I purchased 4 of the tea and nutraburst kits for myself and 3 family members after being assured the products would work. We followed all the instructions given for using the products by one of total life changes Global Directors. Each of us had similar issues such as severe stomach cramps and migraines and neither of us saw any results the tea didn’t even produce the effects that were told to use. I’ve had better results taking a regular laxative tea I purchased from Walmart without the horrible side effects we experienced taking total life products. I spent $490 on products that did not work or produce the results we were guaranteed we would get. I spoke with someone through live chat and our issues and displeasure. I was advised to send the empty product containers back to total life changes corporate headquarters and that I would promptly receive a refund back to my method of payment. I sent the product containers back and checked the tracking it shows that the items were received and signed for by J Emery. I have been trying to contact total life changes to inquire about my refund. Customer service wait time to speak to someone have been ridiculous I’ve been on hold multiple times for over 45 minutes and still haven’t been able to speak with anyone. I just want my money back this whole experience has been disappointing and frustrating and $490 is a lot of money to lose especially considering I had to pay shipping again to send the items back. I would like a refund ASAP

Let me start by saying that I have enjoyed the products that I've used so far, but I paced an order for there sip, soothe , strengthen kit and resolution drops and the resolution drops never came although the packing slip said it was in the box. I called several times and never spoke to someone on the phone as well emailed and got no response.

on 02/26/2020 I order the sip soothe and strengthen kit ($128.77). The product was not what I was expecting so I wanted to return it and get my money back and hopefully order something else since they do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. so on 03/10/2020 the product was returned and delivered back to them and since I have not haerd anything from anyone regarding me getting my money back I have sent email after email but no one is getting back. im trying to be as patient as possible but if I dont get my money I will be suing this company but this is just horrible. I wanted to try some more products from this company but I dont know if I will ever order from here again

I placed an order from total life changes on 02/12/2020. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee on their product so I returned the item like I was told to do so if I didn't like it. Since then I've called multiple times and stayed on the line until my phone died with no answer. There have been no response to my emails in days. The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. I've emailed my questions as well since they have a within 24 hr response time. I have yet to receive one after they told me to ship my items. I know my items were returned because I have the UPS tracking number and it says it was delivered. I also searched for the live chat they offer, but its not anywhere on their site.

I ordered the solutions kit on March 4th 2020 before 3 pm for 2-day shipping. My order was did not come in 2 days, as I paid for. When I received my order on March 9th. My order was missing items, and incorrect. I ordered and paid for the Solutions Kit, which suppose to have included 1 month supply of Iaso tea, 1 month supply of Resolution drops No 20, and 1 (16 ounce) of Nutra Burst. I only received the Resolution drops. I begin calling the day I received the order, and was on hold for hours, when I got to caller 5, I was disconnected. I was in the queue to chat, when I got to 10 in the queue, it kicked me out. I sent an email, and haven't received a response. I spent $181 for drops that cost $59.95 as per Total Life Changes website. That is unacceptable. My order wasn't received in the guaranteed time, I have items missing, and they never answer or respond to correct their error.

This company is a lie, I order the cbd tea and the liquid vitamin and only received the drink not my tea I paid for (60) dollars.I contacted customer serves and they told me to fill a claim out so I did and I haven't heard anything back. The live chat was trouble, I waited about 2 hours and when I was second in line or close to getting helped it would boot me off and I had to start all over again. DONT BELIEVE YOUR INSTAGRAM HAIR STYLIST AND THE YOUTUBERS THAT REVIEW AND WORK WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I made a purchase through Total Life Changes and was double charged and two orders were processed instead of one. When reaching out to the company I was on hold for 3 hours and then directed to a voicemail in Spanish after a 3 hour hold to fix the issue. The customer service that I received was not good and all I was looking to do was to obtain a refund on the one additional order that was added that I did not purchase, causing me to be double charged for the same purchase.

I have been trying to contact this company so that I can make a return. I have the regular Iaso Tea but I wanted to get the Lemon Flavored CBD Tea. But on the live chat I always get kicked out and have to start over and I have tried multiple times through the day and night. This is very poor customer service.

This company claims to have a 30 day money back guarantee, and I have attempted to call them but their phone never goes through and I emailed them and no one ever responded to my email. On 2/26/20 I order 2 sip soothe strengthen kits & resolution drops but I only received 1 kit & the resolution drops but was charged for both. I reached out via email but no response. I also was on a 2 hr hold with customer service & still never spoke with anyone. I then ress as chef out on the website via live chat & was in queue for 34 & when it got to 1, it reconnected me & I had to start all over again... I really just want the rest of my order & cant even speak with anyone to get it resolved...

I contacted there customer support chat to process a return. I processed a return for 2 items, a nutraburst item which they returned however, the second item which was a control kit. was returned as well in the same package as the nutraburst with there invoices and order number. I have made numerous attempts via chat to get my refund. But they are now saying that they only recieved the nutraburst which is impossible cause both items were in the same package so to open one you would also have the other.
