I ordered the sip,soothe and strengthen kit off their website for the amount of 125.40 with my credit card. Once my order was sent I had noticed that my shipping address had a few technicalities on the city and zip. With that being said I knew that there would be some issues with me receiving the products on time or at all because of that. I checked my banking account and the payment has already been taking out and pending and at that time it was not too much of an issue because they provided a customer service support number that I assumed could help me. However, there was no fine print letting customers know that you would be on the phone waiting for HOURS on end just to be connected to a member. I waited for 3+ hours on the phone and even selected the option to have them call me back when it was my turn which they never did. I then emailed the company letting them know of my concerns regarding my shipment and informed them of what happened with the address expecting i'd get response back on what could be done. I did receive a response from *** who stated that ''unfortunately the order could not be stopped'' and how I could ''Refuse the package with the mail carrier before getting a refund'' which I did not ask for. I do NOT believe people are actually taking their time to read and process people's concerns efficiently. If I am contacting you to let you know I just need some information changed (if possible) because I am fearful I will not receive the product due to an address error, explain to me how I would receive the package in order to even SEND IT BACK. if I receive the package I wouldn't be contacting the Revdex.com to get you in check on how you handled ME or anyone else in a situation like this. All I know is my good and hard money has been taken and there is a high possibility I wont even receive my items. Seeing how hard it is to even get in contact with someone for an address issue, I could only imagine how much *** I would have to go through to prove I never received the package yet alone to be able to receive a refund. Because of the lack in response I had to contact my credit union just for them to do some investigating as I assumed this was all a scam. I even tried clicking on the chat link at the bottom with a message in red popped up stating that ''this website may be impersonating ***''. Someone needs to help address this and fast especially while my money is involved. I would hate to link up with my bank and my attorney that is on call for me WHENEVER I am in need. Thank you Kindly

This is the second time that they have lost my product I paid too much money for... I had two separate orders going to the same address minutes apart on the same day because the person that is a seller for total Life changes forgot to add both my orders together I have received one or two but the other one has not even shipped yet it's still saying label created it has not been shipped at all I paid too much money for this product and I always get the short end of the stick with them I am considering to be done with them once they fall after I received my product this time...it happened a couple months or so ago they cannot find my product they blame it on the post office and the post office blame it on TLC and was clearly TLC spots but they had to give me a whole kit for free... When are you people going to pay attention two people's orders in stop losing money sending a whole kit to a person I don't deserve this I really care about my weight and I'm trying to do the best I can are you people need to pay attention to what you were doing and make sure that the customer is satisfied getting their stuff on time and not having to go here and there to look for it

2 separate charges appeared on my credit card, 2 days apart from each other, from this merchant. I have never heard of, and therefore have never done business with this company. I have tried everyday to contact this company, both thru email and phone, with no luck. I am put on hold for hours at a time, once for 4 hours and 45 minutes, and then sent to voicemail. The company has never responded to any of my attempts to contact. I have since been in touch with my credit card company nd have just started a case with the FTC. I am hoping this does not have to escalate beyond these measures and that company will rightfully remove these charges. I will not accept a response from them, thru this complaint, as to just contact them to straighten out the matter as that clearly does not work. initial charges were made on 4-9-20 in the amount of $145.93, and on 4-11-40 in the amount of $131.17, using chase credit card ending in ***. This is suffice information to locate the transactions in question.

I will never order anything from this company... just based on the fact that my shipping address is incorrect on my invoice tried to reach out to them multiple times. I waited 4 hours only to get hung on twice. I sent multiple emails and put in a ticket and still got no response. The customer service sucks and I am completely turned off by it. All I know is if my package doesn’t arrive I will push this issue further! I have already notified my cc company because I’m starting to feel scammed as there is no communication from the company but money was taken from my account.

I ordered some products through a representative of this company, and I was told I had to call or send an email for my order to be processed. I tried calling, I did not get through, I emailed and no one responded. Because I live in Canad I was told that it was the procedure, but honestly I find that they keep advertising the product and they do not have sufficient staff put in place to facilitate the orders. They would loose out on customers due to this lack of proper customer service. I would like my order to be confirmed and shipped please, I sent my reference number to the email provided. Thank You.

I ordered from them and never got my package. They told me that it would be delivered UPS. TLC used UPS surepost and gave my package to the USPS and I never got my package after USPS said it was delivered.

This complaint is not towards the company as a whole, but one of your representatives scammed me into purchasing this product under false pretense that she was offering free virtual training upon the purchase of this product. She is now non-responsive to my communication efforts and unfortunately it is now 5 days past the authorized return date. I would like a refund. I can provide the identification of the representative if needed.

I paid for the sip, soothe and replenish kit from total life changes due to an issue with delivery because the company would not deliver to my P.O. Box eventually after failed attempts to deliver to my home the package was shipped back to the sender about on March 27. I have contacted customer service tirelessly and have received no response. I was told because I followed guidelines I would be receiving a full refund. I have yet to receive a response from the company. I even have the notification from UPS determining it was returned to sender. Their customer service is very slow. I’m on the waiting list right now to speak to a representative with 80 people in front of me. Not a good sign, regardless I want my money back.

I purchase product from TLC under 2 different orders, from 2 different TLC sponsors less than 30 days apart....I was attempting to get the credit of my 2nd order to the correct sponsor I purchased under. I was told that I had to ask this within days.....As a Customer... on March 13, 2020 .I logged on under Sponsor ID# *** to make a purchase...after entering items in cart to purchase...it directed me to sign in again....I did so & purchased the order...I kept asking My Sponsor did she get her credit...she said "no"... on MArch 31, 2020 .I proceeded to contact contact Customer service via Email...and was corresponding w/ "***".....she asked for my Customer ID & Sponsor ID...after looking into ..she stated that changes had to made within 24-72 hrs of the order....I informed her that as a Customer I am unaware of this policy and how was I to know that as a Customer...I am just trying to make sure my Sponsor get credit for the order #*** I purchased on 3/13/2020. I paid a pretty heft price to give a TLC sponsor business & I expect her to to get the credit.....I was then informed that since I had ordered under another sponsor before (which was on 2/26/2020, Order ***)...so since I had ordered under a previous sponsor before...I was supposed to make a new account....really? How am to know that as a Customer...this is BAD business!.......I am not asking for any type of refund, I just want to make sure the sponsor get her commission off what I purchased...and this Multi- million dollar company will not honor....there is no disclaimer that tells a Customer to start a new account if they want to give business to a different sponsors......my Customer ID # is ***......This is very disturbing....Sponsors are promoting products, & they should be paid their commission regardless of an innocent Customer error.

I’ve been working with TLC for over a year now and I added my husband’s information ITIN # last year due to the fact that they didn’t want to pay me over $800 they didn’t want to pay my money in the first place cause they were asking for my ITIN # & Social Security # which I don’t have & now they are asking me the same thing but I have to put my information I’ve made almost $2,000 in my website already these past 3 month have been hard I no longer see the point of working for this company if they are going to stop paying me for information that I have no control over!!! On March 21,2020 I mailed back all my products. In the package was the NRG and the Remove, Relax and Replenish Kit ( Nutraburst and the CBD hemp oil tea). I received confirmation that my package was received and that I will receive a refund. Well I got a refund on March 28, but the refund was only for the Nutraburst. I reached out to customer service via email to inquire about the other products. I didn’t receive a response until March 29, just to be consistently asked about tracking number. I informed the agent that the day I went to the post office their system was down so I had to buy multiple stamps to ship it off and informed me that no tracking number would be provided. She then in return tells me that the return department only received one item which was the Nutraburst. I emailed her in reply to say how is it that they got the Nutraburst and not the other items when the Nutraburst was at the bottom of the box and everything was on top. They would literally have to move those items out the way in order to get to the Nutraburst. I just want this resolved and give me my full refund of $164.58.

I placed an order with Total Life Changes and the company sent the order to my billing address in Kentucky. I have sent serveral emails to the company an UPS. nothing. ***, and ***, are the one's who sent an email stating she provided UPS with the correct address and their department supposed to have sent ot a replacement, again nothing. UPS has held the product longer than 5 days and the company is not trying to get my order replaced.

I have recently joined this company and although I LOVE THE PRODUCTS. The customer service is crazy I do not look forward to calling them at all! One day my longest hold time was 3 hours and 45 minutes and it was a must or I would offing up. I have signed several people up and didn't receive any commission. Its very frustrating bringing people in the business and they don't receive a welcome email, constantly asking you where is it? And when they call customer service the wait times are ridiculous and it hangs up on you when your time gets there (has also happened to me after being on the line for 2 hours). This is turning me completely off from working with this company, when you get into this business you are alone and the customer service people are not going to tell you the real or fix your problems. You literally have to make sure things are done before you get off the phone because calling back is so dreadful and time consuming. If tlc knew they were gong to be enrolling a massive amount of people they should of doubled up on there customer service!

I order the resumption and life drops duo for a total (with shipping) of 128.21. After a week of use I did not see any benefits. I reached out via Email and spoke with a representative. I told her I would like to return these items and that I was still within the 30 day window. She gave me the address and told me to pack the mail slip back inside the box that was shipped to me. I did as instructed. I mailed these back via UPS which I paid shipping AGAIN for to ship back. I received a tracking number and they were delivered back to TLC on 3/24/20 at 10:07 am. I have logged into my online account and my return order is still not showing. Of course the Rep is not responding to email any longer! I called today and was on hold for over an hour (being that I was the 157th caller!) Before the call was disconnected. I know that the package has been received via UPS and I need my refund! This customer service is NOT acceptable.
