My transformation images from another company were used by one of this company’s distributors. I feel beyond violated and wanted to make sure vulnerable people do. It get swayed by this company and their lack of ethics. I did not give permission to use this photo and I have never used their product. Yet, I find my image on one of their distributors sales page. Be wary of this company!!!

After researching the products, I decided to give TLC a try. I first ordered the NutraBurst and the last tea, which honestly have worked wonders for me. I then decided to give the NRG a try. I placed an order for the NRG, order #7374296 for $70.63 on May 2nd, which I promptly received since I paid for two day shipping. As soon as I took one of the pills, I started to feel sick and started vomiting. I felt very light headed and weak. I have tried to contact life changes several times with no luck. At this point I just want a refund for the NRG. Like I stated before, I’ve ordered products from them before which have worked wonders, but I guess the NRG just did not agree with my body. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

I ordered from this company and never received my package, it says shipped on their end but ups say they never received it. I was suppose to receive it may 1st says shipped on April 30 tried calling customer service and the wait time is 4 hours. My status for my package says ready for ups with the tracking number, why is it in ready for ups status if its on a delay or if it was never ready? It was scheduled for delivery May 1st, No one contacted me as of yet for another tracking number. This is beyond frustrating.

I am a loyal customer to Total life changes I placed an order over 400.00 with shipping on 4/24/25 I got a text saying that my order was sent so when I went to check my order it says it has not been sent so I called no answer got a call back 3 days later just for the lady to tell me that everything that I had ordered was on back order and she did not no when I was going to get it so I was lied to when I got the text saying it was sent out I think TLC should of let us no before we order that everything is back ordered I love the products I am NOT asking for a refund I’m asking for my order with everything in it that I ordered I am also asking for a double order for the inconvenience that I was lied to and no help with trying to call customer service does not no how to answer any of my questions never got a Direct answer from email when I tried to email them

I recently placed an order on April 19th. The order #6927060 and received the notification of shipment on 4/24/2020. When I check the shipping all it says is label was created, no update. I would prefer a refund, but you can't seem to get thru on the phone. All you get is 30 min wait pushed to 4 hours to being 900 in the queue.

This company says that they offer a money back guarantee as well as refunds within 30 days. I returned my product unused or opened on the 10th of April according to UPS. The company will not respond to my emails and you can’t reach them on the phone due to it always having a waiting list over a hundred. They are very bad when it comes to customer service.

I still have not received my refund, I just continue to get emails that they got my return and for me to call them. I then call and there is 2000+ people waiting in cue. It is so bad that a company does this to people.

I’m an new life changer, no one has been in contact with me after I’ve sent email and called only to be on hold for hours, my website is not working for customers to order, my pay portal is not working, I’ve order almost $300 in products and I received info from UPS. Saying that TLC never sent my package just electronically sent info, I want out of this company seems like they don’t care about the new people and I don’t have the time or money to be ignored I’m opening a stop payment today!

I recently received my order on 4/22/2020. I ordered Iaso 50 sachets tea, and Nutraburst. I received my Iaso tea but did not receive my Nutraburst. I've attempted calling the company several times only to be disconnected after holding 3+ hours. I also emailed this company with no response to date yet. I am highly disappointed and would like my product or a refund. This product (Nutraburst) is very expensive for there to be any issues with receiving. Highly pissed consumer!!!

I placed an order A couple of days ago. I was Provided an order number and that’s it. when I call the number on the Website to speak to someone the automatic system says I will receive a call back and I don’t get anything. I want answer on what’s going on with my order I spend 187 dollars and I don’t have my product I requested. On April 15, 2020, I ordered the Freedom Kit, which was to include the original iaso tea, nutraburst, and NRG. Paid for 2 day shipping, however, I did not received my order until April 23, 2020. In the package, I was missing the nutraburst. The letter in the package indicated that the nutraburst would be shipped to me no later than Thursday, April 23rd. Today is April 25th, and I have yet to receive any updates on the nutraburst shipment. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with customer service via email, phone, and by filing order claims. Unfortunately, I have received no callbacks or responses. The purpose of purchasing the kit, was to use all the products simultaneously to get the best results. During the time that my order was placed, there were no warnings on the site that the nutraburst shipments were being delayed. I paid for 2 day shipping with the expectation that I would receive my products in a timely manner.

I purchased over $160 worth of products (first time customer) from this company plus $20 2nd day shipping. I received my package 2 weeks later and they refuse to refund my $20 shipping cost. I could totally understand delayed shipping due to Covid-19 (because I’ve experienced this with a few companies I’ve purchased from during this pandemic but they forewarned customers ) but TLC at the time had nothing posted about any shipping delays. My problem is I e-mailed them twice and called twice; every time I called I opted to have a rep call me back and that’s were my frustration comes!!! The sponsor couldn’t even get in touch with anyone! If the company would have posted about a shipping delay or responded to my numerous attempts to contact them I would’ve understood. I read reviews on their non existent customer service and now I too agree! I’m not asking for a refund of the product but only my $20 shipping fee! I DO NOT want points because I WILL NOT be ordering from them again!!! I want my money back in the original form of payment which is my card!!!

I purchased some nutra burst from this company, through their company's ambassadors link. I have been waiting for several days to get tracking information, nothing was done. I emailed them, I gave them order number, they kept saying u was unable to find correct order number. My order number is ***. I emailed and called, it said, I was 900 something in line. No response from email. But the ambassador lady said yesterday in would see tracking information at night. I didn't see anything!! I'm requesting a full refund, they can keep the nutra burst!!!
