We apologize for the inconvenience. I refunded the poster and 2.99 for shipping.
I understand your frustration. However, I recommend checking our facebook page and seeing the pictures and comments posted by our customers who have received their orders are of good quality. In the desired settlement, it asked for a refund and shipment of the item. I am offering a full refund if the chargeback is cancelled. The order has already been shipped.

Placed an order on Nerd Cave, failed to deliver or communicate over 30 days after placing the order. Lied about refunding or shipping my order.

I submitted an order on July 7th and it has been 6 weeks, still no word on when it will ship. This is an order for my son and I assumed I had plenty of time to place the order. I have just received an email letting me know that "there is an explosion of this product" that I ordered and they will let me know when it ships. My son will more than likely receive this for his Aug 21st birthday! I am highly disappointed!!

I placed an order back in June 2016. It is now October 1 and I have yet to see any package. I contacted them through email and got the run around. First they tell me that they are having printer issues and want to make sure that the 5 piece canvas was printed to perfection. Then about 4 weeks later still nothing, I was promised that it was shipped and that I should go to my local post office and see if it could be there. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CANVAS!
