I apologize. The refund was issued to the MasterCard ending in 6886 on Spetember 28th.

I ordered a five piece canvas set from the need cave and waited the "necessary" 4 weeks for printing and delivery. After not even receiving a shipment confirmation email I got quite frustrated and emailed their support. They finally decided to tell me the product I ordered was out of stock after 4 weeks of just holding onto my money. Very unorganized, very unprofessional. No stars deserved for ignorance.

So I placed my order on Aug 5th. It is now Sept. 15th and I have not received order. They said that my order was lost in shipment. I gave them my number numerous times and no one has yet to call me. The names Mike and Vita are the ones that are sending me emails. I'm beginning to think I'm being scammed. They said it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery and it's way passed that. I'm just getting the run around and I'm truly feeling like this is a fake site and if so persons responsible should be penalized and arrested. This was a father's day gift and it's hurtful to have this done to you. I'm beyond upset and I want ANSWERS and RESULTS ASAP.

The order was cancelled in full.

The order was refunded on  September 22, 2016 at 1:27pm

The Nerd Cave said they would ship the order within 2-4 weeks. Week 4 comes and I have to reach out to them to get a status on the order. Recieved an email a day later saying "they were busy" and my order was pending without any ETA of delivery. This happens for 2 more weeks until at week 7 I finally requested a refund because the order STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED. This is a printing company, it should not take 7 weeks to ship an order.

This order was canceled and refunded on October 5, 2016 at 1:01pm to the MasterCard ending in 8430.

We deeply apologize for your experience with us. We have refunded your order and shipped it.

The order has been refunded. Unfortunately we can not ship a replacement since we are in the process of shutting down.

Hello [redacted], we have learned our mistake and that is why we are not accepting new orders at the moment. Also, if you could provide your order number, I could check when your refund was processed.

I placed my order mid-July and was told to expect my item in 2-4 weeks. I i quired at the 4 week mark and was told there was a overwhelming demand and production was a little behind, and that I wod receive it within 2 weeks. Obviously it didn't come. I inquired again and was told it was shipped and got lost (I never received the shipping confirmation, so it sounds like crap). Was told they could have a replacement printed and to me within 2 weeks. I inquired after 2 weeks and was told my order was processed and to expect it in 2-4 weeks. [redacted]?! I said no way, I've been waiting 8 weeks already. They responded that it was printed and in the queue to be shipped. A week later and nothing, so I requested a refund. Was tomd my order was processed and to be patient. I said no, it's been more than 2 months, process my refund. No response. So 3 months after placing my order, I have no money and no item.
