I am rejecting this response because: On the 22nd you sent me this tracking # [redacted] and of course again was too late because for whatever reason was sent back to you...
and recieved days ago. But on the 23rd you send me a email saying that you no longer sell canvas??? well that may be the case but I know you have the 2 canvas I had ordered I want those sent to me and my refund its been 4 months!!! only after contacting the Revdex.com has your company finally done anything!!! The order takes up to two weeks to ship. For the trouble we have cancelled the order.
The order was refunded on October 6, 2016 at 11:31am to the Visa ending in 0745.
I will ship the product back if it actually comes.

services as agreed to. In my opinion this is theft, they promise a product, take your money and then attempt to "disappear" unless you are willing to chase after them for the product you paid for.

We apologize for your experience. Your order was refunded on September 23, 2016 at 2:40am.
Placed an order with this company on august 1st after about 2-3 weeks of waiting I emailed them regarding my order. Was told it was being printed and that it will ship as soon as it be ready. Then they told me that it was lost in tradition. Then they told they would my requests for further explanation to the designated department, then was told that my order stilll exists, and finally was told that my item is no currently in stock and would be issued a refund. Today is October 9th. This company clearly lies and misleads its customers. I wish I would have looked into them before purchasing from this company that has fraud written all over it.
