the product looks nothing as described on the Nerd cave website nd I requested a full refund multiple times and no longer wanted the product.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

I made an order in July for a 5 Panel Piece of art. After waited the allotted amount of time I failed to receive a tracking number for my order. Attempting to call them was useless as no one ever answers and phone calls were never returned. I never received the product and every time I requested a refund through their support system they continuously re-link me the tracking number for an order that never went through.
Failure to Ship a product

The Order Has been refunded.

The order was cancelled and refunded to the [redacted] on October 6, 2016 at 1:58pm. Your bank should receive the amount and credit it to your account.

Hey Erin, your order has been cancelled and refunded. Now since this is credit to your bank, your bank will still receive your money and has the ability to put it in your account. I hope this helps.

The order has been shippd as well as refunded for the trouble. Also, which of our agents wrote that they will write to "the corresponding department and as soon as we will have more information, we will get back you you"?

On September 28th, 2016 at 3:37am, the refund was issued to the [redacted] ending in 1005.

STAY AWAY!!! I too ordered a canvas two months ago and have not recieved it. Stay away from this company!! The nerd cave is a SCAM!! They also told me my item was lost in transition and they will refund me but I have yet to see it!!! Worst company! Customer satisfaction is at 0. Horrible!! Save yourself and STAY AWAY!!!!!

Unfortunately, since a chargeback was initiated, we can not physically refund the order on our side. If the chargeback was cancelled then we could refund the order. Also, shipping take 1 week since it is from Europe.
