I placed an order for a 5 piece canvas on 8/6/16 and was told it would arrive in 4 weeks. The order was never filled and can't be tracked. I contacted customer service several times and was finally told there was a system issue and my order was lost. I was informed on 9/24/16 that I would receive an email with my new order number and it was printed waiting to be shipped. I've received no email. I would like my order and I feel this company needs to be held accountable for its poor service.

response because:i want my canvas not a refund. I never clearly stated that I wanted a refund just hinted at it. I paid for a item that I waited this long for . a resolution that involved me getting my canvas I will not be happy until I get my canvas.

I've ordered 3 items from this company on July 5, 2016, and as of August 26, 2016, I have not received my items. It has not been for lack of trying to contact the Nerd Cave for a status or refund. They were quick to charge my account, but have not delivered my order. The tracking system does not allow me to view the status (order not found). I will be working with my credit card company to see if I can recoup my funds. This is a HORRIBLE company. Do not buy anything from them.

I am so saddened to see the reviews listed on Revdex.com as I am having the exact same problem. I was hoping to do a search for reviews on The Nerd Cave and find that there were no ill remarks, but I see I must call and report this fraudulent "company" to my credit card. I too ordered a 5 piece canvas in July and have not received it. I have emailed and called only to receive delayed email responses saying the order has been lost and will be shipping within the next 2-4 weeks. How upsetting. I hope these people are found and prosecuted! Total sm!
