I am having the same issue as everyone else on the site. Ordered product and can not contact the company. No shipping confirmation or order confirmation at all. SCAM! That was a large portion of my son's Christmas present.
The order has been refunded in full
I had ordered an r2d2 3D night light back at the end of August. It said it would take 4-6 weeks to receive,which I thought was fine as it gave plenty of time to get here for my boyfriends birthday. It is now October and I still have not received anything. I tried calling but their recording says no support agents available. It took me to send an email for them to tell me they were out of stock and I would be getting a refund. I told them this is not acceptable as I had ordered this item almost 2 months ago! They stated they were sorry but they cannot send me the canvas I had ordered. I told them I did not order a canvas and now I'm just getting the run around and constant apologies and statements that I will be getting my money back, which I still have not seen!!!!!!

Unfortunately, we have received a chargeback, and can not issued a refund. However, if the chargeback is cancelled, we will gladly refund the order while it is shipped.

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and while I wholeheartedly disagree with their business ethic and their absolute lies even in their response to you (shipping took two months and then was sent 2 day expediated shipping from a factory in the [redacted]t), a chargeback was initiated through [redacted] and a refund has been initiated on their business end, after 3 full months of debating and bickering with Vita, the hero of The Nerd Cave. I would also like to mention that this company, to avoid their formal complaints by YOU, their local Revdex.com, has rebranded as [redacted]r. I suppose you need this last line, so fine, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The Nerd Cave posted an ad for a 5 part canvas on [redacted]. I was greatly interested in their products. I have been waiting for my product since June. I have sent four emails, to which the firm has only replied to one. I have called, but each time an automated service answers asserting that no one is available. I am not sure that The Nerd Cave will actually ever deliver my product. In any case, find a better firm.
