Is it true or is it not true that anyone who is a true fan of a very well known entertainer will take advantage of an empty seat at an arena at their concert? I was attending the last Prince concert at the Oakland Arena on March 4th It was so exciting I can almost swear this concert was suppose to be magical for meI was going to get the chance to be close to the most amazing artist of my time I call Prince, The Magic Man!
I wanted to dance and noticed a woman dancing on the floorI call over the security asked how I could gain access to the floor next to the lady that was on the floor dancing for me to be able to dance and enjoy myself also? Prince is an entertainer that everyone knows makes you wanna danceWell there was nowhere to danceThe security told me to go up to the box office and upgrade my ticketSo in anticipation to go to the floor and dance while prince is performing I run all the way up and out of the arena to the corridor to get an upgradeI finally locate the box office missing the concert I go up ask the box office to upgrade my ticket and what happensThe box office tells me their are no upgraded tickets for this concertWell what about that lady down there? They didn't know about herThat really upset me but I wanted to get back to PrinceI grab a $beer walked around the corridor and found a curtain I ask the usher if these stairs go all the way to the floorHe said yes and opens the curtain for me and I walked in and all yhr way down to the floorCan we say dream come trueI walk around no-one bothers me because I think they could see the excitement in my eyes when I seen prince for the first time in my fan life of this beautiful man this close dream come trueI find bunches of empty seats and find one right next to the purple ropeThis was definantly a moment in my life orchestrated by God himselfThe door was open and I followed through itDo you blame me? Well boy little did I know that holding up a ligitament flash light I got for free with a dollar purchase from harbor freight is not allowed at thr oakland arena because when I did boy the security came at me screaming to put away my recording device which my phone was in my back pocket I even handed that security guy my flashlight and he kept itI guess one of the women that noticed me from when I asked about the floor recognized me and tells the accusing security guy about my earlier request and without any human compassion or human rights I was forcibly slammed and beat to the ground where I was on display for the entire 1/section of the arena to notice me being put into handcuffs like I was a criminal and painfully taken out of the arena to then be forced to sit and be interrogated by the oakland policeHumiliated and defamed of my character deprived of all my human rights of enjoyment and stripped of my innocence to enjoy an artist that I now will never be able to see in concert or have the opportunity to meet him eye to eye ever againI missed more than half of the concert and I didn't even get to see prince eye to eye which would have happened if the security didn't take their job to secure the safety of the performer to a level that was unnecessary if only they would have seen me as a real person and not someone on the streets that is a known criminalNot only did I suffer physical damages to my entire right half of my upper back and both my arms and wristsI suffer now with constantHindering memories and guilt and now I have a serious conditionLet alone I will never be able to see Prince againThe entire Oakland Arena Staff and their CDC Associates I contacted to assist me with this issue that I still think about and the pain that still lingers on I cannot seem to ridNot one person in these associate positions helped meI would like this to be looked into and hopefully it will be a law made that you cannot put someone not causing any kind of disruptions or not intoxicated someone just trying to get the most out of an event that was allowed to be there with proof of purchase cannot be manhandled or mistreated only because I gained access to the floor without any foul play and got an unoccupied seat that was closer to the stageI mean goodness they spilt my beer all over me shamed me accused me of being a thief and accused me of recording when I was not making me look bad ruined the program $I purchased when spilling my beer all over me and my clothesStole my flashlight deprived me of the concert I paid to be atKilled my spiritForced me into arrest and detained me for over an hour and a half without reasonMade me miss the concertI didn't get the CD Prince gave away at the end of the concert eitherI don't make that much money at all and everything I had to endure to even get my ticket to go is what makes me infuriated to this dayI am out all the purchases and the lifetime of success I would have had that night when I seen prince that close to meI didn't get to enjoy not song because of that securityThey overreacted I still cannot believe itMy wrist have not been the same since that nightEverytime I am grabbing the clothes from washer and taking clothes out of dryer it sends a pain through both my wrists that I don't know will ever healI use to work as a laundry attendant at a hotel until I realized that tbe pain in my wrist will just not ever heal unless I stop doing that jobWell that is true because I had to quitI have not been able to find an alike paying job that actually can enjoy yetThank you for your attentionI do hope you will contact me if you need any further informationThank you in advance for allowing me to finally tell anyone what had happened to me at the
Had a tenting October and 3rd Did everything that we were told to prepare the property which was to clear 18" away from the foundationTenters came and decided that our property would be too much work to do it as we were told that it should beThey took the easy way out and went 4' from foundation all way to sidewalk killing 32yrs of beautiful foliageWe were told that the tenting had to be up for 24hrsIt was up about 18hrs, confirmed by next door neighbor

Terminix claims they sprayed my house
I was giving Terminix a second chance after they charged my account for a service I was never informed of Now, they claim they came to my house and sprayed my house Then the billed me $for the spraying of my house However, after their "so-called" spraying of my house, my house was running over with huge cockroaches It was to the point of we were killing to cockroaches a day Usually when the house is sprayed, we have no problems However this time, we were running over with cockroaches I ended up going to ***'s and buying big bottles of Home Ortho and sprayed the house ourselves and as a result of the Home Ortho that was purchased with my own money, we no longer have cockroaches
Terminix treated my home without my consent
A Terminix sales rep came to my home trying to sell a home pest control service package contract I told him we have a local company we already use Terminix then showed up at my home and treated it without myself being home and without any written consent to do so I did not sign anything authorizing this work to be done and now receive bills from Terminix

We had renewed our contract with Terminix on October 4, We have had an ongoing contract with your company since October 20, Over that time there have been occasional issues with inspectors, or the office, not quite getting things right
This latest issues is by far of such a magnitude, we simply don't understand how this business's processes can be so poor
As part of our new agreement we scheduled an inspection on October 14, I waited for their technician to arrive After an hour I called their office at *** ***, at *** to learn the status of the technician I was told the technician had already been to our home and completed the inspection I asked how that could be possible since I was not at home and therefore was not able to let the technician in to do an inspection of the inside I was told that the technician did an outside inspecti
If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Every step of the way and with every employee I've dealt with in the company, from the technicians to the "customer service" on the phone have failed to do their job. I first hired terminix four and half years ago and was never alerted to the fact that I had termite activity in my home. It wasn't until I went to sell my home that the termite activity was discovered. So you could imagine my surprise when I was alerted to thisAfter having terminix inspect and bid the mitigation service for my home, I called into the 1800# to schedule my service. I had to call several times to set up the appointment because every time I called I would be placed on hold and no one would ever return to the line to answerFinally, I scheduled a time that worked for my schedule and the scheduled timing for the contract on the sale of my home, only later to find out that the service never got scheduled. So I then had to work with the technicians schedule and take time off of work, lose money, and push back my contract deadline ( again costing me more of my time and money)When the technician scheduled the time, they asked that I set aside time window from 10a -4p!!!! The technicians left my home a mess with epoxy left all over my floors and front lawn. They also left a half empty epoxy tube in my front lawn. I paid the technician in cash and the payment was never credited to my account. I am still trying to resolve the missing payment issue, and as you can imagine this is no easy task. I've called several times and I get transfer and put on hold for over min. The issue was escalated to a manager twice and I was supposed to receive a call back within 24-hours and no big surprise here, I still haven't received a phone call back. So I continue to call, get the run around and never receive a solution or call back. All I can seem to get from terminix is excuses, poor customer service, wasting of my time and money and a big headache!!! Save your time and money and use another service!!!
Have email dated May reminding of service for May from to pmNo show and no call! Called number on same day and then next bus day

Signed up to use their service for months for a property I was managing and then terminatedNever called them for service after that but they charged my credit card that was on file to renew the service for another monthsI no longer manage this propertyI was able to get the chargers reimbursed by working with my credit card company but Terminix still keeps sending me invoices for the service I didn't ordered or usedTried calling their number several times to resolve the issue but Keep hearing someone from the local office will call and nothing happens
Horrible experienceThe terminex guys went to my house three times for the same job in one weekThe first time they didn't spray the inside of the house, the second time the guy refused to go in the crawl space and asked me if he had to do so, and the third time he finally took a hose long enough so he wouldn't have to go inWhen I called to send them back because the job was not finished since they did not spray the inside they wanted to charge me an additional $per visit and they never showed up on the scheduled dates so I constantly had to miss workFinally two moths after I paid it off, I am getting bills saying that they never received payments when I have the invoices and bank statements to prove itI don't know what's going on but something has got to give!!!!
Lack of Follow Up and Completion of Termite Services
After the initial treatment of my home, I was told to wait six weeks and additional services would be performedIt is well past the six weeks timeline

Terminix been coming our apts for past years to get rid of the bed bugs but they are doing a bad jobThey never kill the bugsEvery time after they spray, we still get bitten by the bed bugsWe throw away our dressers and sofasWe put clothes, sheets, & stuff animals in bagsWe pull everything from the walls because they told us to do all thisThey claim their bed bugs protector can protect our beds but it not workingEven our carpets have the bugs but they wont do itWe are having hard time sleep because the bugs bite us every nightWe think they doing a bad job because they want us evict because our landlord threatens us to evict us nowThey are not taking the blameWe are taking the blame for their bad jobWe still have the bed bugs after they came to spray for the last time last wkI don't trust them nowWe need the bugs to be kill still but they don't believe usThe bugs are ruin our lifesWe could have health problems nowOur local government is not doing nothingWe tried to fill complaint form on Revdex.com but it won't come up which it bad because we need their help now

Terminix sent inspector to my apartment to inspect for bedbugs and qouted it to be $to spray for bedbugs that included within days if if the spray doesn't kill them all they would come out as many times as it takes within those days plus he said that he would have them spray for roaches tooI don't know if it was a one spray or the same day deal, and a free mattress coverHe took off $then I gave him a coupon for $which was only toward the spraying for roachesHe had me sign on a tablet and said he would send me a receipt and instructions for preparationMy mother put the $bill on her credit cardCome to find out on the day of the first and only spray and its been about a month a half I talked to the spray guys and he saysThey don't mix up sprays like ThatA sprayer Sprays for one kind of pestThat they or separate jobsThen I asked for matress cover, he said he didnt have It and blamed the inspector saying that he was supposed to give It to him.that led to my mom finding out that the inspector didnt put the spraying for the roaches on the billThen they promised my mom that they Would send the matress cover in the mail to my mom, they didnt do ItThey said that they would have the CEO call them which he didntThey missed two appointments to spray the first time was before the first spray then they where going come and spray yesterdayI call the sprayer and he says he will be here in MIN and I say you might hace to wait little becuase I had to get my cat in a cat carrier and It can be difficult to and he said he couldnt wait anda he he Would Just leave then I asked asked about mattress cover no mattressAt that point I had enoughAnd said I was going to get him fired and report them to Revdex.comFor lieing non responsable unprofessional and not doing what they said they would DoThen the sprayer guy refused to come outI dont know id she got Her money backShe should get her money back at the least minus one spray for bedbugs becuase thats all they did

We had a gentleman offer us year visits for $each visit (or a year)We asked if the treatments are able to rid our home of what they call "ghost ants" and tiny black spidersThey stated they could get rid of those pestsWell, two treatments in, almost $in payments, and we haven't seen any resultsNo decline in any ant or spider activityI will not be honoring the remainder of the contract, as they haven't promised on their end, either
