I had a solicitor come to my door pedaling pest control services My HOA and neighborhood explicitly forbids this with signs at all entrances letting them know this is forbidden Despite all of this, I had been looking for a pest control service to help with an ant problem I was having so I opened the discussion The price seemed high, so I explained what issues I had been having and asked what all the service covered The salesman said they would take care of all of my issues, especially the ants with a year subscription in which they would treat my property times (the initial service, and then quarterly) He said that they go around the entire property and knock down all spider webs, nests, wasp/bee nests in any eve's on the house, they would take down spider webs in the spindles on the front porch, and they sprayed up to five feet up on the house and feet out into the yard, as well as the bushes and trees in order to kill all pest activity and to help with mosquitoes as

Do not use TerminixI signed up for a three month service not knowing it was an automatic renewal every quarterI was not told that when I spoke to the representativeThey came out to my house once in the three months I had the service forI scheduled another visit with the technician that came out but apparently that's not protocolSo they never came againSo here comes the following quarter and they decide to come out and do what they said they were going to do previouslyWith NO confirmation from me! I get charged another $Oh and on top of this scam they are running, the traps they placed caught nothing! There are literally mouse droppings all around the one trap!!!!! Customer service would do nothing for meWorst company I have dealt with!!!

09/used Terminix for mice problem cost $3,174.86, plan #XXXX-XXXXXXXX Nearly a year later, still have mice infestation and getting no service
09/2015- ***r w/ Terminix Lansing serviced house and garage for mice infestation to include sealing house and placing bait traps A year service agreement was signed, exclusion plan #XXXX-XXXXXXXX in which Terminix would return to service any further issues regarding mice infestation *** advised us to allow days for the bait traps to take effect After days, still had mice *** returned and refilled bait traps, and told us to allow days for traps to take effect In January, still saw live mice in garage, contacted *** again *** advised we were actually not in his service area and the plan had been turned over to Terminix Galesburg, MI I attempted contacting local office, but had difficulty getting a customer service representativeI finally contacted the national service numberOn 05/02/***

Hired company to do exclusion/pest control workIt was not done correctly and I have spent months trying to schedule follwith no answer
On December 23rd, Terminix employees came out to provide exclusion and pest control servicesThey rushed through the job, saying they needed to come back to fix screening in the attic and remove temporary metal flashingThis never occurred and was never scheduledBefore leaving, they indicated if rodents were heard, call them and they would come back and do more work (all included as part of the initial service - $for exclusion, $for pest control)
On January 23rd, after repeated calls and texts, a Terminix inspector came to follon my complaints of continuing to hear rodents in the walls and atticHe, ***, was "disappointed" at the job the exclusion crew had done and said they needed to come back and finish the jobThis was also never scheduled or completed

I signed up with Terminix for service several months agoI was quoted $plus tax which would be for three monthsThen, I would be billed in months for the same amountA month later, I received a bill for $I called and they told me the initial $plus tax was for one month only because it was a set up feeI was never told that on the phone when I set up the serviceI have called this place twice since then and they said that they had to escalate the call to someone else and I would have a return phone callNo one ever calls back or responds to my emails

I stopped paying my service because I couldn't and still have not been helped by your companyI have been a customer since They told me in I had subterranean and I had damage and needed sprayingThe next time they came out they said I just needed spraying When I asked about the damage they didn't even respond I have had inspections and treatments which has not resolved the matterLatest inspection 2017- found termites flying through my home!!! They came out and sprayed and put bait$paid to your companyNo mention of damage or clean up when I asked them No follow up Next year May 2018, MORE flying insects in my home for weeks!!! A guy came out and sprayed again and told me what a mess it was under my house and that I had damage to a beam where there were nests I asked if anyone was going to come out to check and he said he would let me know who to contact and would send me the information...never happened
At this time I received the renewal bill and I didn't pay it because I wanted answers and no one was coming out to check my situationI finally called again (Oct 2018) and ask for a Termite inspection hoping I would get answers When I scheduled the appointment the company sent me an email regarding my complainant I called Frances to insist that he come out and inspect the house He did come but not when I was home No report , no phone call I waited several days and called several times to get the run around He said he would send me a report to my email when he got back to the truck Because your company is ignoring my requests and concern for the damage that has been growing since 2012, I have called another inspector to check my house and I got quite an estimate of damage and clean up and that the termites were still there leaving pellets!!! I also have holes in my flooring from where the wood has rotted out where the termites are locatedTerminix DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND MY MONEY $AND $FOR WORK DONE AND REPLACE MY FLOORS!!!
I am very disappointed in your service and have reached out to my homeowners insurance regarding the estimate of damage and what to do about repairing my floors The technician said you cover damage 100% I hope this is true because we need to fix this

Terminix of Largo collected an unauthorized payment of $from my VISA account for annual service I did not sifor, or agree to, for the remainder of FYThe unsolicited unauthorized charge occurred on March 31, 2016, and attempts to contact and/or have the charge expunged have been evasively handled or ignored by local and national Terminix account representativesTo avoid further pilferage of my account I have filed a fraudulent charge action with my creditor and have flagged Terminix as a fraudulent, high-risk perpetrator

Terminix labeled my bed bug issue as severe and charged $1,for treatmentThey did an initial treatment but did not followup until a month laterThe technician said they should be returning every week until resolvedThey have not returned and we still have bed bugs

Terminix has refused to refund my $charged to my cc before any service was ever performed, despite cancelling within daysFive requests!!

Aloha,I used *** for the Termite ground protrction of my home located at ***.I payed for the service for one year $from 3/1/to 3/31/2017.I have been their customer for over years.I sold the home on 10/21/and informed *** the account manager and*** the Sales Manager prior to selling the home.They came and removed the Setricon system prior to selling--and removed the Sentricon system--which I had payed for at the time of installationI was told by them that I will get the refund at a pro-rated rate the remaining part of the amount I had paid between 10/21/to 3/31/with in weeks.It has been over months and I still await the refund.I have been regularly calling ***/*** and they are not taking my calls.I would greatly appreciate Revdex.com help in getting my refund cheque

I am a customer of Alterra Pest control for more than few months nowAt the time of signing up the service, I have been given a phone number of XXX-XXX-XXXX to report any pest activity at my placeI have been trying to reach them by calling this number for last weeks and keep getting a voicemailAll my attempts to talk to a real person are unsuccessfulAt this point, the service I have enrolled to and paying for is useless

The Midlothian, VA Terminix Branch (804) 763-5170, is not the type of business that you can depend on to tell you the truth or be dependable and is not worthy to share the (A-) Accredited Revdex.com rating from the Terminix National HQThis operation is not supervised and managed properly in resolving customer problems.This office is very difficult to get an appointment scheduledFirst Example: The Terminix inspector contacted me in January, told me he had to go on vacation so he would be stopping by for an annual inspectionI told him our inspection usually was in AprilBesides, there was snow on the ground and the pegs outside the house were not even visible for a terminite inspection
Second Example: I called Terminix on 7Feb and scheduled an appointment and they said they had an appt for Mar between3-5pmOn the day of the inspection, Mar, I called Terminix they said, "inspector has full hrs to show", inspector never showedCalled Terminix back and the scheduler "Amber" stated that the person that placed the March appointment only placed a"request for an appointment" and never scheduled an appointment that I requested
I asked to speak with the Branch Manager, but I think they put me on to speak with a Customer Relations Supervisor that did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation and didn't even reschedule my home for a new home inspection appointment
Example 3: Today Apr at 845am Sunday morning, my family and I were awoken to the knock on the front door of the Terminix Inspector (Ronald), states he is here for my annual home termite inspectionI told him, I didn't schedule an appointment for today and he said the Robo caller left a message on my home phone two days ago but there was no call on my home phone Vonage message service or my cell phone messagesHowever, there were two consecutive text messages sent from the Terminix technician stating he was on the way this morning, while we were sleeping
UNACCEPTABLE!
I usually pay to years in advance for the best guarantee Terminix offers (big mistake)
In the first year, I purchased an expensive mold and fungus treatment for my home, to include insulation and ventilation underneath my home and we still are not satisfied (having trouble with the ventilation fans underneath the home-lifetime guarantee)
In 2018, when our Terminix Best in the Industry Guarantee Warranty expires in May 2018, we will not be renewing our policyAs a consumer, you deserve better and should consider other options for home pest control for customer service because I have already started looking

My pest issue has worsened after hiring Terminix
I am very disappointed that my pest issue has worsened since hiring Terminix in AugustI initially had a minor ant problem that is now far more noticeable than anything previouslyTerminix staff are friendly and have come out routinely to spray additional times since my first service visitsTechnicians used spray and granular bait to "kill" the antsI was told after my very first visit in August to expect more activity and then the ant population will significant subside
I can say that the exact opposite has happenedThere has been a rapid increase in activity and the number of ants, including several nests that populated over the last two monthsIt feels that what Terminix was giving the ants actually made them more resilient and reproduce even faster
I have had a handful of additional service calls to no avail, the situation remains unchangedI asked what the technicians can do differently if ant traps could be place

On July 7, my husband called Termixix to pay the full bill of $as he thought it was for last years bill, it was not it was for this year starting end of April He canceled the service and they only reimbursed us half the money in the amount of $on July 13, the total bill was $ I had to call them to on July 8, to tell them they had to reimburse me or they would have kept the full amount I do not understand why I have to pay months of service when we were months and week into the service If they wanted to take a full months I could see that but not months The main number states I need to talk to a "manager" from Windsor but I have left now two messages and that this is not acceptable and they can only take a message for them to call me As of today, July 15, I still have no call back to discuss this mat
