Damaged the roof tiles during the fumigation treatment
cording the contract, roof tile reparation is not included, but I was told by the inspector, Jason C***, that if they damage over tiles during the treatment, they will stop the fumigationI understand that some tiles may be damaged during the process, but it should not have been that muchEven though the contract does not include damage repair, the workers should not have been so carelessI called the company times to complainHowever, no one has returned my calls

A technician by the name of Ryan A*** came on 9/to complete a termite inspection for a VA home loanHe stated the report would be sent via email to us that day.He was given a check for the inspectionThe report was never sentThe office was called, as well as the cell phone number MrA*** gave, as well as a cell phone number for some one named Elaina (who may be their secretary') numerous times over the next six days, and numerous messages were left, to which there was no response from anyoneThe corporate offices were contacted, and they themselves called, left voicemails, and emailed MrA***, as well as Scottie B***, who is the manager, to which there was no responseCorporate was informed that a stop payment was being placed on the check

Terminix falsified a document indicating that a service had been performed at my residence, and thereafter failed to adequately respond to the matter
I was to have service by Terminix (Montgomery, Alabama) provided for my home on December 13, The service technician never came (most likely because of inclement weather), but yet the next day (14th) I received an email from Terminix confirming that service had been rendered I contacted the company, via the email provided on the web page, to inform that no service had been provided I received no immediate reply Also, posted to my online account was the work order indicating that service had been completed, but it was signed/endorsed by someone that had no connection with my family or me I contacted Terminix, via email again on the 16th eluding to that fact, but once again received no response I finally was obligated to call Terminix on the 19th to rectify the situation After speaking to a representative whose people sk

After calling and trying to make apt, no one comes or returns calls
I had the terminix people come spray my house in July, I signed up for termite coverage as wellThey said if you get bugs in between the quarterly calls just call us and we will come back out free of chargeCalled them week of Sept 12th to say I still have bugs-- they sett an appointment for the next Monday- on Monday 09/19/got a call that they needed to cancel the appt.They rescheduled for Sat the 24th between 8-10amOn Friday eve the person called and said he couldn't come at that timeIt would have to be laterWe were leaving for vacation after so that didn't work out eitherHe said someone would call me to rescheduleNo one ever calledSo I started calling them-- I called them different times at the beginning of October to get an appointment-- no one ever called me backSo I decided, wow I guess I will get service elsewhereSo then they take out of my bank on 10/24/2016-- still haven't

I live at XXXXX Dickens street, Sherman oaksWe have units here , for fumigation unfortunately our board of directors hired TerminixLast Monday and Tuesday we vacant our units, we returned on WednesdayTerminix employees trashed my condo, they did the same to a few others units tooThey used the toilet in my condo and left it in a disgusting situation ( they used other units' toilets as well) , they opened my fridge and forgot to close it, the refrigerator's door was left open God knows for how many hours, they walked on my bed and left their dirty foot prints on my sheets, they left the attic door openI complained to their manager and nothing has happened, he did not careIf Terminix is not able to hire reliable employees and can not train them to know work ethics everyone should know about itnobody should be treated the way your employees treated usIf Terminix hire unreliable people at least have managers who can monitor the staff

I have had a residential contract with Terminix for many years The prices continue to increase every year, but the services provided stay the same I called to ask if my account had changed in any way and was told that the company has the right to raise prices In 2011, my yearly contract cost $ It has steadily increased and now is $ If I had any other feasible choice, I would choose another company As it is, I will just be bound to the price increases for all eternity and only be able to complain to everyone I know about how Terminix is a necessary evil and not a company with integrity
I can start by saying your local *** will have better customer service then this company!

They throw the problem at one another with out giving an answer straight forward I will now start seeking legal adviseThey want to throw the blame on the customer when in the beginning their sales person Nate T*** couldn't do his job right

I am being billed for services that were never initiated
I did have termini come over for an attic problem, I informed the technician that I did not want any further services, no monthly visitsHowever on 12/4, no advanced notice the tech showed up at my houseI was not home and my gate was locked, he left me a note he would return on 12/It was a Saturday I stayed home all day, he never showed upA few days later I received a bill for services performed on 12/4/in the amount of $I have subsequently spoken with 7, yes people at Terminix, I have explained the situation to all peopleOn 4/2/I received yet another bill for the same amountI do not want to pay for services that were never performed, yet I get NO satisfaction from Terminix when speaking with them
