Terminix is charging me for a job that has not been completed
In March of I began hearing rodents in the walls and ceiling of my houseAlready being a terminix customer, I decided to choose them instead of a smaller business because I thought they would be reliable On 3/25/I met with Mr*** *** about the noises I been hearing*** confirmed that I had a Rodents problemI signed a contract to have exclusion work done on my house and paid $in taxesThe work was then scheduled to be done on 4/9/All technicians showed up but the work was not completedOne technician stayed behind to communicate the work that had been completedHe informed me he has to order special cages for the remaining ventilation ductsWe set an appointment for 4/18/for the work to be completed, and to have the attic sanitized4/18/no one showedI called back later in May to discuss my displeasure, to have someone come finish the job, and we could still hear roden

Lack of communication from local branchNo help from corporate on reversing charge or addressing issues with local branch
We have had issues with them from the beginningAt first, we called to have them come complete service at the houseNo one showedWe then called corporate to complainThey sent someone out quickly (within a day), and we were told that someone would contact us about setting up automatic payments and continuing with the serviceNo one contacted usThen, they texted my boyfriend to inform him they were on their way for service months laterWe had already told them we both work full time and would not be available during the dayMy boyfriend attempted to call the number that texted him and there was no answerThey came to the house anyways, completed service in the front yard only, and attempted to charge us $We contacted them right away to let them know we would not be paying that amount and we wanted to cancel our contract due to the crappy service

I called Terminix to get a quote for treatment and got a person by the name of Jose on the phoneHe gave me all the info on how much it would cost and I was fine with thatBut when I told him I would like to get other estimates he ended up getting a attitudeAnd basically was like since you don't want to make an appointment now I don't want to talk to you any more and thank you for callingThere was no I understand and if you would like I could do a followup to see if you would still like to do business or anythingSo I called *** and yes I will end up paying a bit more but the representative at *** was very nice and wasn't pushy so I went with themWill never call Terminix again that this guy giving me a attitudeI'm really looking for a corporate number to give them a piece of my mind

On more than several occasions over the past two months, I have received sales/solicitation calls from Terminix (925.737.4188) at my place of employmentI told the rep over and over that I am not interested, stop calling and remove me from the listWith today's call, the rep advised me that I was on one list last month which I was removed from, but I made a different list he needed to take me off of Irregardless, I should have been permanently removed from anything and everything from my first initial requestThis is the primary reason I have ***

Canceled Account, months later still being charged, poor customer service help
After having a contract with terminix for a little over a year my contract was up and decided to cancel I called on May the 8-9th (2017) to cancel the account It was confirmed by the customer service lady that the account was officially canceled and that I was eligible to have another service call during the month because I had already paid for the entire month A few weeks later, terminix showed up to the door when I was not at home and asked my mentally handicapped sister-in-law if they could spray She said yes and they asked for a signature My sister in law does not have the right to sign legal documents as such for me nor does she have the mental capability to understand what she is signing Evidently when I called headquarters and asked to cancel my account and services, they did not pass that information on to the local office or the local office decided not to read my account to see if it w

I signed up for pest control with terminixThey came at the end on *** and charged me for july for new treatment and have refused to provide service
I signed up at the end of *** for a quarterly service, and when I called for follow up weeks after, I was given the runaround for months, then was informed to schedule it online after being told times that I manager *** call meIt's been months, no call from the manageror appointments madeI mad one online as I was informed by my termite guy and now I am being told that I have to pay for my quarterly service when they never followed up and claim that now my quarterly service starts in July

I signed a year service contract for rodent, pest control and bedbug control with Terminix, *** branch on April When the exclusion guy came, he didn't have all the materials needed to seal the gaps on the entry doors and the back door where all the pest and rodents could crawl from outside to enter my propertyHe said he will be back to install itIn May, I called up to schedule an appointment, but I was stood up once then finally they sent someone who just sprayed chemicals in my family property for minutes and said he was not the guy who does the sealing of holes and crevices where pests and rodents are coming fromThen in June, I called and I was stood up once again on the scheduled appointment day Then again they sent someone who does not do the sealing of crevices and gaps under the doors so obviously th

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WORST EXPERIENCE
We started a Terminix contract on a home we were selling in Redondo Beach and the sales person explained we could cancel the year contract when we sold the homeWe notified Terminix when we sold the home and they DID refund us over $1,000, but then placed the remaining $4,in collections thru their finance company SMAC!! When we call Terminix they say to call SMAC and SMAC says to call TerminixMy credit took a point hit over this and now bill collectors are callingWe look forward to suing Terminix and SMACDO NOT ENTER INTO ANY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH TERMINIX

I have requested a refund of my down payment 1,dollars because I was supposed to be set up with financing and failure to do so and resolve this
On 3-7-Tate Smith came and did a termite inspection and quoted me a price of $2,372.Tate discussed financing as an option.Tate entered my information and told me I qualified and explained based on my down payment that would be what my monthly payment would be.I asked him if I paid $1,down what my monthly payment would be.Tate informed me it would be $a monthI called Tate back that evening and told him I wanted to go ahead do the financing and pay the $1,down.Tate said he could put me on the schedule for 3-10-but neededmy signature and that he would sign it for me we agreed and then we discussed when I would give him the down payment.Tate said he would meet after work on 3-8-16.3-8-I called Tate after work and he said he was unable to meet meI called him again to try and set up a time and he told me to just give t

Absolutely no one will call me back! When I asked to speak to a manager, one employee flat out refusedWe are STILLhaving pest issues,
Initial spray was 7/17, of course when I filled out the form online, they called me times a day to get something scheduledI have called every other day for the past week, they say I'm on the schedule for them to make another visit to spray ( aka guarante their work) but no one shows up! That has happened two times this week
When I asked to speak to a manger , the lady flat out refusedI can't get any answers or any help

I called the number provided on the internet website and was set up for pest control treatment with the Overland Park office They serviceman came in a timely manner and performed the treatment for insects(particularly ants) We were ant free for about weeks They are again showing up in the house I called the number provided by the internet and was assured that someone would contact me, however they could not book a treatment for me I am now about hours after my call to them and no one has called meThey have been paid and I am in a one year contract with payments due every monthsThere is supposed to be a guarantee that their treatment works Apparently the guarantee is not worth much if I can't talk to anyone who can help me.Your help will be much appreciated

Our home was burglarized while being fumigated by Terminix.They failed to contact police and me, the homeowner, in a timely manner.No follow up effort
Here is the way the burglary played out.Tent went up Friday, 9/9/16.Neighbor reported hearing noise inside the house that Friday night.Tent scheduled to be removed on Monday, 9/12/16.On Monday, 9/12/16,my daughter dropped her daughter off at school before 8am and said she saw workers on the roof of our home taking down the tent.Our house faces the school one block away and is clearly visible from the front of the school.*** ***, sub-contracted by Terminix, was doing the work.*** *** owner, ***, claims they discovered brewhen they arrived in the morning.Had to be before 8am.They proceeded to take down their tent and equipment.At 9am they notified neighbor that house had been robbed.Our neighbor asked if they had called the owners.They said no, but would do so "right now."Neighbor asked if they had called the p

We signed up for Terminix's exclusion service for rodent control back in DecemberThey have not completed the insulation, garage repairs needed
We signed up for Terminix's Exclusion Service back in December to prevent mice from entering our homeThey came out on December 21, December 23, and in January to remove old insulation, clean crawl space, and inspect the garage for entry pointsFollowing those appointments, we were told that they need supplies(insulation, garage door equipment) to complete the installation
Between January and April 2017, we've had scheduled appointments that have been cancelled by Terminix since the supplies were not readyAfter I called to reschedule, they explained that they had the supplies, but there were no employees available to complete the serviceWe have been in contact with Dan B*** and Kim (don't have last name) repeatedly throughout the past few months, and have not received any follcalls to re-schedule the service

I was told verbally and in writing that I would first receive a full flush of my interior and exterior of my home

I had them come back every to weeks to attempt to resolve my infestation issues
Not one day did we see a relief from our problemsHowever, we continued to receive emails, phone calls, texts about upgrading our service, paying our bill, (even though it was paid in full for the year) and blatant harassment over more productsAll the while they couldn't from Novuntil March resolve my primary issues
It was daunting to schedule and reschedule their appointments It was uneffective to give me a hour windie for the service man to arrive at to mins after the hour window
I was extremely disappointed in putting my trust into this well known company
And to top it off I have yet to see my refund (of course they are keeping some for , who knows what!?!)
In Conclusion, I would not recommend this service to anyone

I hired Terminix in March to exterminate my elderly mother's homeThey have now charged for unauthorized services
When I signed the contract in March to exterminate my elderly mother's home, the contract said that no additional services would be billed without my authorizationI was billed again on 6/9/for an additional service that was not approvedThe invoice indicates that there was an external spray of the domain--and that the customer was not availableThe contract was with me--not my mother-and the credit card was in my name--I did not authorize this

I have had the absolute worst experience with customer service of anyone everI have had Terminix for over years and we had some termite infestation last yearThe infestation damaged my crawl space door and they were supposed to replace itI have gotten the run around now for a year and my door still isn't replaced If I could give zero stars , that is what I would doI wanted to contact corporate and I was told that they didn't have any information on their corporate office that I had to go onlineI did go online and found out that they are owned by ServiceMaster and I could not get anyone to answer that telephoneI also read some of the reviews which are not very good and I understand whyI would never ever recommend Terminix for any of my family and friends

I was not informed that I was applying for a loan when we reviewed payment I made a 20% payment at the time
4/10/I met with Glenn *** who identified the problem and recommended the exclusion I indicated I wanted the work done He explained the fee and that I had to pay $up front and within the next week I would hear back about payment options for the remainder of the bill I made the payment at that time There was no disclosure that I was applying for a loan with an outside agency I was led to believe I was dealing with Terminix I received a loan contract in the mail on 4/15/ I prefer to pay terminix directly and never intended to finance this work
