I found this site this winter and have ordered several times since. The items have always been as stated, and have been clean and in almost new condition. I like consignment shopping and swap.com takes all the work out of finding the thing I want and are delivered quickly. A jewel of a find and I recommend the site to everyone who comments on a new item that they see for the first time.

Love All the clothes I've gotten for myself and my daughter. Swap.com is by far the best consignment shop I've ordered from and will continue to order from in the future. The clothes are in excellent condition and the prices are beyond fair for most items listed. Not only that, They ship out super fast! Absolutely love this store.

I have ordered from swap.com several times and have been extremely happy with my purchases and experiences. The website is easy to use, the items are as described and very fairly priced, and shipping is fast. I have recommended swap.com to several friends and will continue to do so.

I was a big fan of swap.com, both as a buyer and as a seller, but I have quickly become highly concerned about their ethics and business practices. I will not do business with them again.
The way this company is handling excessive inventory is extremely negative, and I suspect there are some things happening behind the scenes that would be questionable. I am not one to write negative reviews ever, but I am truly blown away by the unprofessionalism with which I have been treated and by the way their customer service person responded to me.
I am known by my family and friends as having exceedingly high quality (and very expensive) clothing for my daughters. I make a high income, and I am not one to skimp on clothing. I spend thousands of dollars each year on Chasing Fireflies and on The Wooden Soldier, for example. Having a way to recoup some of this money was a great idea. And then if something didn't sell, I was happy to donate it.
However, they have a horrendous system that essentially has given me a "time out" like a toddler. I was flabbergasted. They have a totally subjective system where hourly workers are judging the quality of what you send in, and there is no consistency. I understand that they don't want "junk," but their way of dealing with it is to ban sellers from sending items to them for 3 months. Seriously?? A few months ago I got a nasty email saying that I had a 6% reject rate, and this was unacceptable. If I didn't "improve" the quality of what I sent them, I would be banned. Are you kidding me? I had sent them probably a thousand dollars of top name items. My 6% reject rate showed some belts and scarves that they did not want. OK -- I learned my lesson. No belts and scarves.
I was SO careful to examine everything in my next box. My mom even went through it all a second time, and she is one of the pickiest people I know!
However, I just got a nasty email from them saying that I had a 66% reject rate. Then when I went back into their system, ALL of my shipments were above a 50% reject rate. That is absolutely, positively NOT right. What has happened?!? Their customer service person wrote to me that "The rejection rates progress as the boxes are processed, which is why you may have seen a change." WHat? They had already processed everything in my box and had it listed on their site when I got the email. What is this "change"?
This company is doing something with my high-end clothing and claiming that it is not fit to be re-sold. Of course there is no way to prove this. I could be someone with ratty old clothing making this claim. It is an incredible business model because it cannot be proven unethical. It is all subjective.
But think about it... why would your business model include rejecting people from sending clothing in? If you have excessive inventory, donate it! Create a partnership with [redacted] to haul off truckloads each day of unwanted clothing.
I was patient with this company when they were going through growing pains. I waited 90 days for my items to be sorted through on multiple occasions, often passing seasons by where my clothes would have been sold. Then there was a period of time when they were not accepting any boxes due to a large incoming inventory. I waited again.
Now they are treating me like an ill-behaved toddler.
I am DONE. What a horrible experience.

I have ordered from Swap.com a few times now. I have been satisfied with everything I have purchased for my 2 granddaughters, and one grandson. ..primarily clothing. Explanations were very clear. Condition of clothes were as described. Pricing is below store prices. Finally, items were shipped quickly. It is the kind of site we need. I will continue to visit and shop Swap.com.

I've been waiting over a week to receive a return label. I've emailed several times and no response. Ive placed other orders and made returns but have always been given a store credit and not a credit to my payment method as stayed here on Revdex.com. Very unsatisfied customer!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Swap.com. It is by far the greatest Online Consignment Store out there today. I have bought quite a few items for my daughter (who is 5, and extremely hard on her clothes), and have been thrilled with everything. I have even sold most of my maternity clothes on Swap.com. It has been a wonderful - hassle free experience! I love SWAP.COM!

I have ordered several times from Swap.com and each time the clothes have been nicely packaged and clean. The fit has always been good. Nice to see the buttons are always sewn tightly in place. Order process is good although sometimes a little long I still give it 5 stars.

I have placed several orders in the last month and each one has received my utmost satisfaction. Orders are shipped quickly and you can not beat the prices.
