I just started using swap.com when all of my local consignment shops closed or moved away. I shop online quite a bit, and usually end up with some things that are new but never worn simply because it's impossible to tell everything about an item by seeing it online, or the return shipping is almost the same value as the item to be returned. So, I looked at swap.com just to see if it was a place I could safely use to consign my own 'never worn' or lightly worn clothes, and I found a perfect place to purchase women's clothes that are in good condition at a fraction of the price it would cost to purchase them in a store. Most of the things I have purchased will serve me well for home and casual wear which is my lifestyle. I also was pleasantly surprised by the good bargains in the baby clothes section. Babies stay tiny only for a very short time, so newborn infant and preemie clothes are a safe bet, especially since you see a true picture of the actual item. I find the company stays true to their claims that you can return anything, and that shipping will occur quickly. All items are individually wrapped in separate plastic bags with the item name on them. I've liked everything I've picked. It's a win-win situation for newborn clothes since they are in good shape, and the baby you're buying for will only wear them for most-likely a month or two. I like swap.com quite a bit.

I LOVE Swap.com. They are a fabulous business and offer a great service to those of us with too many old kids clothes and toys around the house! I have both bought and sold items on Swap.com and am consistently impressed their friendly helpful staff and selection of well priced products. The staff responses to any questions I have are always quick and on point as opposed to some websites where you know you are getting a "stock" answer. The quality of the items is accurately described when you are buying and I have never been disappointed with anything I have bought but they do stand behind the products if there is a problem. I have recommended Swap.com to a number of friends and they have all been impressed too. When I am selling items, I am impressed by how quickly they list them on the site - not like some online resale sites that take weeks to do anything with the items you send in!
I'm a happy Swap.com customer. I bought some cute dresses on the site recently! Not only was I excited that they were really inexpensive & looked brand new (great condition), but also how cute & unique they were. There's so much to choose from on the site so you're bound to find something you love!
I have also sold items on Swap.com & been very pleased with the results. They allow you to set the prices but also give you a suggested range which is nice for someone like myself who's new to consignment. Also the site pays out for sales quickly through [redacted]!
Overall I've been very happy with the site & would recommend it! I feel like they have high standards for acceptable merchandise & accurate ratings of condition, so I feel comfortable buying. It's also an easy way to clean out your closets & give someone else a chance to enjoy something you no longer wear! Box it up, ship it off with a prepaid label, set the price & forget about it!
I have been shopping with this site for quite awhile now... Their clothes are very affordable, and of good quality.... They offer a great variety of brands with a "Great" price... If you are a shopping Diva this is the store for you, especially if you have to watch your budget. The shipping is quick and each item is packaged separately and very neatly. And unlike the area stores you can return items that doesn't fit with no charge. They completely live up to their customer satisfaction/hassle free returns. And least but not last Customer Service is a 10...

We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. Our process would be to reject the shipment if we open it up and there is a strong odor. We would not go through each item if there is an odor in the box, as we would not be able to merchandise that clothing.
As I shared, our process states we could reject items if they do not meet our acceptance criteria. Within our acceptance criteria it states the following:

My experience with swap.com has only been positive. Items are as described. Delivery is relatively swift and they have many items. I have recommended swap.com to others and the love it as well.
I wore out my favorite pair of shorts and knew that they were discontinued. So I went on the search for more like them and stumbled onto Swap.com. I was so happy that they had the brand and size I was searching for. Yes, I wasn't able to find the exact same pair of shorts but I love the two pairs I received from them. Would I recommend them to my family and friends? Yes, yes, yes!!! Thanks for your service.

I've just made my first 2 purchases from Swap.com and I was very impressed. The clothing was in perfect condition. Packaging was very professional and shipping extremely fast. Email communications were perfect. I'm so happy I found this site! There were items I needed for a tropical trip and couldn't find anywhere else.
