We apologize for any confusion on our return policy.  I've included the link to our Returns and Refunds Policy for your reference, and will also break it down for you.

You will receive a refund to the original form of payment for the following reasons:
-  A wrong item
-  Damaged during shipping
-  Differs considerably from the description on Swap.com
-  If the item you ordered is missing from shipment or the entire shipment is missing.
 
You will receive a refund in the form of store credit for the following reasons:
-  Item is as described
-  Item does not fit
-  You do not like it
-  You just want to return it without a specific reason
I hope this helps clarify the policy for you.  
In addition, when you process the order, each time you select an item, the following details display under each item, when you select Returns:
Returns 
100% refund or store credit on return
We offer 100% refunds for purchases and swaps.
 
You get a full refund for items that were wrong, damaged, went missing during shipping or differ considerably from the description on Swap.com.
You will receive store credit for items that do not fit, you do not like, or were returned without a specific reason.

We apologize we are unable to reverse the store credit.  Once the returns reach our facility and the return is processed, your credit will be available, and they do not expire.

I bought a few items from them and was happy with overall experience. I decided to give them a try and sell on their web site. I send them a box full of kids outgrown clothes. It took them a month to post everything, no problem with that. They send me a link to price my items. I priced them and asked what about other items not posted. They said these are all we got. I told them surprisingly only nice clothes got lost. They are very slow to get back to resolve this. I want to request all things back. Beware, before sending anything make a list of things sent.

SWAP.Com is one of my favorite shopping sites. Customer service is outstanding when purchasing and selling on their site.

I am a fan of consignment shops but just don't have the time to go to the stores and sift through everything. Swap.com is the solution to that. An online consignment shop! Ah, YES PLEASE!! The site is super easy to navigate and I love the fact that you can search for something specific in the size you need! Makes shopping so much easier. I LOVE SWAP.COM!!

I stumbled upon Swap.com and took a chance because I saw the Revdex.com logo on the site. I was delighted by the entire transaction. I enjoy browsing the site. Purchasing was easy and the first order came with free shipping. My package arrived quickly and the clothing I bought was in such excellent condition the blouses could have passed for brand new. I will definitely buy from Swap.com again.

Hello Aubrey, We sincerely apologize for any frustration in regards to our updated Seller Model.  You are correct in that we have made updates to are seller model over time.  Our most recent change was communicated on 07/19/17.  We communicated in our Seller message the following...

details:"All of the changes noted below are in effect for all boxes sent with labels created as of July 19, 2017.  Prior shipments will remain under their former commission model and will not be impacted the the new inbound box fees.  However we will be changing our policy on how all items are priced, even items previously sent: please see Pricing section below for details.  We received one of your inbounds on June 13 and the other two inbounds on June 15.  Based on this, your commission structure for items for sale from these boxes, remain under the commission structure from September 2016, which was 30% + $1.50.  Any boxes sent on July 19, 2017, or after would apply to the new tiered commission structure.  In our communication on July 19, 2017, we communicated that Swap.com would take over pricing for any items within our facility.  That could be items already on our site, or items waiting to be processed.  We had to provide a 30 day notice regarding this change as that is the necessary requirements to update our terms in condition.  That is why we did not take over the process of pricing items until August 18, 2017.  This would allow a seller to continue to work with us, or provide them the opportunity to request their items home.  We definitely want to continue to partner with you, so if there any particular items you would like us to review pricing on, you may email us the item numbers to have our Merchandising Managers review.  Our email address is [email protected], or you may contact our customer service team at 630-296-0146.Sincerely, Swap.com

This place is great. I have been buying for my grandchildren for
several years and have never had a problem. As a grandma on a very limited SS budget, I can still spoil them with the great prices I've paid. Would highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with my purchases and customer service with Swap.com. I am notified when my order will ship and when it will arrive. They offer a wide range of sizes and prices. As a plus size lady, I am able to find a variety of clothing and shoes to choose from.

Thank you for your follow-up.  As we have asked from the beginning, we were wanting to understand why you would continue to be in a swap ring with your own items and continue to increase the price.  As we have previously stated, the Terms and Conditions do not attempt to spell out every conceivable form of improper conduct that users might engage in.  We asked for your explanation in case you had additional information that would explain why you were engaging in that behavior.  
We have now received your response, and it appears you have artificially increased the value of the item you own.  
After further review, we are unable to return the items you originally owned, increased the price, and are now looking for a refund.  We will return the swap items that were not originally yours, however we will do this only at the original price.  
Please advise you understand this, and we can process those items appropriately, and provide credit to your original form of payment.  
Regarding damaged items, as I have shared, I need specific details on the items and what was damaged before I can further investigate this.

This was my first order from swap.com, and it was an extremely positive one. I ordered a quilted backpack purse, and it arrived very promptly, nicely wrapped and just as promised. It was a great buy, and I will definitely use swap.com again.
