This was refunded as a store credit as the reason for the return was - "I do not like the item." Then item number [redacted], which was $8.50. This was refunded to [redacted] as the reason for the return was - "Item Not As Described." This order and the returns associated with it were on your account number [redacted]I've included the link to our returns policy as your refund type is based on your reason for return. Please see the following. https://support.swap.com[redacted]Returns-and-Refunds-Regarding your inbound box you sent to us with items, we received this on August 21st on your account number [redacted] The label to send these items in costs $11.90, and we will deduct this fee as you begin to make sales. For the payout on 08/28, you sold one item, which was item number [redacted], and the commission on that was $6.90. Then on September 17th, you sold item [redacted] for a commission of $4.10. You still have $5.00 left to pay on the $11.90 fee for your label, so this $4.10 will go toward that. Our next payout will be on October 2nd. Once we received the return, that is when your refund should have been released. I see the return was...
received, so I have gone in and processed your refund based on our policy. Our Returns and Refunds Policy states you will receive store credit or refund to the original payment based on the reason for the return. In reviewing your return, I show that your returned $142.29 in merchandise. Out of that, $119.29 would be applied to store credit, as the reason for the return was "I Do Not Like the Item." I've applied this to your account number [redacted], and this is immediately available. When you process your next order on our website under this account number, the credit will automatically apply.
Then $$23.00 has been returned to original form of payment, and this is for the cowboy boot and [redacted] Capri Pants. These two items were returned for the reason, "Item Not As Described - Mislabeled Size. I've applied this $23.00 to the original form of payment this morning.

I greatly apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the processing of your returns. I show that you have two returns that were completed in May where you were issued store credit.
The first RMA is [redacted] and is for $97.00 in Store Credit....
This was completed on May 16th. The second RMA is [redacted] and is for $5.00 in Store Credit. This was completed on May 18th.

Our policy states you will receive store credit or refund to the original payment based on the return.
You will receive a refund to the original form of payment for the following reasons:
- A wrong item
- Damaged during shipping
- Differs considerably from the description on Swap.com
- If the item you ordered is missing from shipment or the entire shipment is missing.
You will receive a refund in the form of store credit for the following reasons:
- Item is as described
- Item does not fit
- You do not like it
- You just want to return it without a specific reason
I show the reasons for each of these items being returned was that they did not fit. The description on each item of the return states that it was too small, too big or too tight. Based on these reasons our policy states you would receive a store credit.
You received email messages with these return details and each email provided you your credit code. In order to utilize this credit code you need to set up an account. You had checked out as a guest on our site when placing these orders. I've sent you link to your email address of [email protected].
Once you set up your account, you will be able to take the following two credit codes and apply them to your account, and then you can utilize those during your next purchase.

I had a wonderful time shopping on this site. It is very well organized, prices are amazing they have new and used items. I ordered everything 2nd hand and they arrived as though they had been cleaned. Packaged very nicely. and arrived in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about this site. I will shop her again and would recommend it to others. Great place to have fun shopping and get a deal as well.
This is a wonderful website for buying and selling used clothing, shoes, toys and baby gear. I order several times a quarter and have purchased maternity clothing, boys and girls clothing, and books from this site. Everything is as pictured, clean and well maintained. The prices are fantastic and I like that it helps the planet. I recommend swap.com to all my family and friends and am glad to indorse it here!
Great place to shop if you are looking for kids clothes or toys. When looking for things for my grandson this is the first place I look. The customer service is great and so is delivery. Great selection also. Try it you will be back!

Consignment items are considered undeclared items as we have no way of providing physical receipts for the items bought. Undeclared items are only insured up to $100. This is a [redacted] policy. I was told by [redacted] that the full $250 claim was approved & issued. I also received an emailing confirming this action. I valued my belongings at $250, which is considerably low for the designers. I was not given the option to purchase my own shipping in order to send these items to [redacted]. Instead, I was only given the option to use [redacted] shipping method. At that point, I trusted that your shipping method would get my belongings to you, so that I could list them for sale or back to me if I could not in a safe, timely manner. I would like the full $250 for my belongings as I would have sold them for more than that even had I ever gotten to list them. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Swap.com and look forward to using them in the future. I had to return a few of the items and that process was just as easy as purchasing from them so I'm surely going to be a repeat customer! Great clothes for great prices.
Swap.com has been absolutely great! I love how nice and neatly my items are packaged when I receive them. I also receive my items so fast, it's great knowing when I order them that I'll be getting them within just a few days. I haven't shopped anywhere else for my son since I've found Swap.com. I am rejecting this response because:
Telling me your secretly-opposite-of-the-stated return policy (again) is ridiculous. You aren't listening: You claim that you 100% Guarantee REFUNDS. You make that claim with no asterisks, no caveats. Only after a customer purchases from you and requests the promised refund do you tell them that you DO NOT, in fact, 100% Guarantee refunds as stated on your website and on company paperwork. When they ask for the refund, they are told that you have a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT return policy from the one that you stated in order to LURE clients to buy from you.
That's called FRAUD, and I'm coming after you. See you in court. In California.

Love this site! It's so convenient to send clothes in to them for money or to swap clothes! Love it! Just bought my nephew his first few outfits and they're in nearly mint condition! Can't wait to send in my stuff and purchase more!
