First time shopping and ordering from swap.com Let me tell you, the prices are GREAT!!! Super afforable! I bought sets of pants with matching shirt for a 2-year old for $total! The shopping/searching experience was very user friendly, check out was good, and I got my package fairly quickly without any issues
I only gave out of stars because the outfits I bought were for my best friend's son So I did not see how the clothes actually fit him or how good the clothes lasted him However, I am about to give birth to my son in about a month and best believe that I will return to shop at swap.com for some more clothes for him

Swap.com has MAJOR quality control issuesClose to 75% of what I've bought has been mislabeled on the website, with respect to size, condition, or descriptionWhile the company does have a very generous return policy, processing the returns is painstakingly slow (not within five days of receipt, as per their policy) and getting a response from customer service takes foreverI have continued to shop on Swap.com out of convenience (online, shipping directly to me), because I have found a few things I like at a great price, and because I've sold several boxes of items on Swap.com and therefore wanted to support the company with my business But the terrible quality control of listed items has caused me to rethink using Swap.comIt is too much of a hassle to go through the returns process so frequently

Shipping was prompt, items were in good to new condition. It's easy to shop at the site, good array of choices.

Swap.com is by far the best find. The items are in great condition and the returns are simple and easy with prepaid labels. I have already recommended 3 people to the site. Things I didn't like I sent back. I have bought at least 4 boxes of clothes for myself and my nieces in the last 4-5 months.

I've been a satisfied customer for 2 yrs. Swap.com has a huge selection of clothing for all age groups. My experience has been wonderful with 3 ever growing grade school kids this site makes shopping so easy and affordable. I give it 5 stars and I haven't had to return 1 thing since ordering from them and if I need to in the future their return policy is easy...

I had a very good experience with my first order from swap.com. The item was a good price, I had no issues using the online coupon code. Order process was easy - they didn't try to sell me additional services or products.... what else? I received my game in four or five days, it was in good condition and was well packed.
It would be nice to see some genuine competition to [redacted], swap.com isn't exactly the same (seems like [redacted] without the bidding option). Hopefully swap can make a go of it, seems like they are off to a good start.

Items ordered were in EXCELLENT condition, very quick delivery also.

This is a great idea and they do a great job with execution. I have purchased from them three times. I've received two of those orders thus far. I returned two items from the very first order because one didn't fit me well and I simply didn't like the other upon seeing it in person. Returns were very easy. Credit was quickly granted and another purchase made.

I have sent them items to sell but they are freshly listed and I can't speak to their selling process yet. If you need cash from your clothes ASAP, Swap won't be the place for that to happen as it takes a while for them to inventory, photograph and list you items - totally understandable. For the convenience, though, it can't be beat. I pack my things in a box, they do all the real work and I get money once it sells. Very cool.

As a plus size woman I also want to say that it's great to be offered *so much* variety at a really fair price. From an environmental perspective it's great to buy used stuff and the items they sell are of good quality. Prices are similar to a goodwill but better quality. I'm absolutely a repeat customer. Two thumbs up!
