I sent in a box of clothes to swap which were new, clean and sets were put in zip lock bags to keep them togetherWhen they finally put up my itemsSO MANY items where mismatched or missingWhen I contacted them it took them forever to get back to meI had to go back and list each item with the number to have them correctedIt was horrible and such a waste of timeOnly a couple where corrected others were not and still they could not find my missing itemsI will never ever send in another boxThey were terrible and really didn't help meNot worth my time at all

The website is easy to navigate and the prices are so affordable for quality clothes I have received clothes in excellent condition The descriptions of the clothes are accurate I have had only wonderful experiences shopping on Swap.com I find quality clothes at reasonable prices

I have tried many kids clothing sites And this one is amazing! They only sale good product and when I make a purchase there I am confident that it will be nothing short of great They also help me to sell my clothes It is all around a great company

I've made purchases now through swap.com and so far have been very impressed! I'm expecting my first child in weeksI purchased a waterproof crib mattress pad, nursing cover, and several clothing items for my little girlI love that I can find items bundled together for $3...can't beat that at my local thrift storeI do have to be careful with the sizing on the bundled items; it might be categorized as "months" but the onesie in months and the pants are months
I was a bit skeptical about items labeled "good" condition since that rating isn't very objective, but each item I've received has been in fantastic conditionThe only hiccup I've experienced is that they couldn't locate of my items in their warehouse when they went to fill my order--but they were quick to email me about the problem and refund me that portion of my bill
