ordered and paid for a dog bed and product was never delivered
On April 20, 2020 I ordered a dog bed through their website, paid $68.99, received an immediate confirmation and that my order would be shipped within 5-7 days. About 2 weeks later I realized I never received a shipping notification so followed up and was told it was 'in the queue' which I thought was strange, but went with it. It's now a month later and nothing. I followed up with them again and didn't receive an answer for about one week. The answer didn't provide any update, but it did state I could get a 15% discount on my next order then didn't have any information about how to redeem that. Not that I'll be ordering from them again.
I ordered from this company on 4/28/20. It was a Pet Bed and the price was 62.10. I was sent an email in 5/1/20 that said my order was shipped. 2 weeks later I contacted the company again my email and got this response that they were so sorry, that was a mistake and they were trying to fulfill everyone orders and to be patient. I have sense sent 3 or more new emails asking for a refund or my order to be shipped. They continue to tell me to be patient and I will also be sent a "free gift". I believe this company is a scam.

I have been charged on my credit card but there is no information as far as shipping and no way to contact the business to find out additional information. I am concerned since there is no info to follow up. I don't feel they are being honest about my purchase.

I ordered a personalized pet blanket from super paws online on 12/13/2019 and payment was immediately taken from my credit card, to this day, I have not received said blanket and I have been emailing them once a month and they just tell me that they are sorry for the delay and it's due to so many orders to fill but they will let me know very soon when it's shipping. There is no phone number to call. This is the last email response from April 9th:

We got news for you, our operation team informed us that all issues with sorting products are resolved and your order is now in process and it will be shipped soon. We are really hoping that you will give us a chance. We will send you the tracking number right away once it is available. We are hoping for you patience and consideration

I purchased a product online and have had two months of follow-up emails about the delivery of the product. The Company continues to say they are shipping the product, but never provide a tracking code. I believe this is a fake company who advertises using social media. After researching online, multiple consumers have similar complaints. As my purchase was only $90, this complaint is just for informational purposes.

I've contacted this company several times about the delivery of products I purchased. They keep saying there is an issue with delivery, but they don't give me a tracking number or company they use to deliver (UPS, FedEx etc). I've asked for a refund and I have yet to hear back. They need to be taken off the internet and facebook ads.

I’ve written several emails since then and they continue to give empty promises. They said it was a sorting issue and they now have it worked out. All I ever get is the run around when I ask for a refund.

I put an order to get a calming bed in “Super Paws online” on 02/29 order ***. In their website they advertise that they ship your item within 3-4 weeks and in peak seasons or during covid 6 weeks max. I’ve sent them multiple emails asking for a tracking number and they also keep saying they are doing “everything they can to provide it to me” but no answer on when my item will be shipped (it’s been 14 weeks and no tracking notice). I’ve tried reaching to management or a CSR number and they don’t have one on file. I research in their Instagram and other customers have complained but they go ahead and delete the comments on their site. This place is a scam and they need to be inspected or their website has to be shutdown because they are scamming people. I would appreciate if they could be investigated I can forward the whole email thread I have with them to help prove it.
Same problem as everyone else here. Ordered and pet bed March 28, 2020. Never received it, never aan answer about themn to expect it or a refund. Chinese scam. Probably lost my $113 bucks but should report them to anyone I can. Phony business.
