I ordered a Comfy Calming Pet Bed from a company called Super Paws Online on May 1, 2020. The website is listed as www.superpetsofficial.com. After paying $68.00 for a "buy one/get one" I was told that shipping would be delayed due to Covid-19. On May 15, 2020, I requested information regarding shipping information and received a response on the same day: wrote:

I then responded that I don't feel comfortable with this transaction and asked that they immediately refund my money. they responded on May 18, 2020 with:

A lot of freight and shipping companies have been down because of this virus, which has affected us. No need to worry , your order has been delayed and we are working around the clock to ensure everyone gets their packages safely and without a huge delay!
If your order was paid with priority shipping, we will refund this to you immediately. This is because Express shipping is completely unavailable due to the virus, but standard shipping is available. We once again are really apologetic and hope you shop with us again.

Clearly, these people are scamming. I will definitely do my part to share with anyone to not order from these people. But, do I have any recourse to get a refund? This is the 2nd time since Covid-19 that I've had to use Revdex.com to retrieve funds from what seems to be a reputable business. Lesson learned. No more small business purchases for me...and that's a shame. But, you just can't trust people anymore...
I made a purchase of a dog bed from Super Paws online via a Facebook link and paid $86.99 on 4/10/20. I received an order confirmation only. I emailed [email protected] for status and have not received a response.

I purchased 2 dog beds from this online retainer on May 2, 2020. On May 8 I received a text message that the items had shipped, but I never received. On May 21 I emailed them to inquire and no response. No phone number or tracking number provided. Research on line indicates this business is a scam.

I ordered a pet bed on May 7, 2020 and never received it. I have emailed them on two occasion and have not heard from them.
I purchased a Blanket from Super Paws on November 30, 2019 for $59.94. I received a email stating that my order had been confirmed and a confirmation number was sent. Moments later I received another email stating that my order had been shipped and on its way. It told me I could track my order through an app called “Arrive”. I downloaded the app and tried to track my order. When I got to my order it said no tracking number had been provided. After a couple weeks of checking to see if my tracking number had been provided but it never was. I reached out to Super Paws again by email on December 17, 2019 trying to receive an update on my order. They emailed back saying that my tracking number would be available in 3 days and I will receive and update once the tracking number is available. It’s now May 24, 2020 and I have yet to receive the blanket that I ordered.

On April 20, 2020 I ordered a dog bed through their website, paid $68.99, received an immediate confirmation and that my order would be shipped within 5-7 days. About 2 weeks later I realized I never received a shipping notification so followed up and was told it was 'in the queue' which I thought was strange, but went with it. It's now a month later and nothing. I followed up with them again and didn't receive an answer for about one week. The answer didn't provide any update, but it did state I could get a 15% discount on my next order then didn't have any information about how to redeem that. Not that I'll be ordering from them again.
