I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have no faith in GE, so I cannot consider this matter closed until the refrigerator is gone and the check has cleared. The pickup of this refrigerator will be the 10th, I think, (lost track) visit to our home. I have lost many hours waiting for repairmen, and spent several hours on the phone with GE reps. We have lost food due to spoilage. Not to mention the anger, frustration, and crying I endured while dealing with GE reps Also, because we bought the slate color appliances, it was not easy to match refrigerator of another brand to the other appliances We paid $more and must wait weeks for delivery because special order. The reps respond to complaints and concerns with robotic answers and seem to not care about problems with their product. GE has cost us so much in time, money, and emotional health

I left this consumer a voice mail yesterday and still waiting for her to return my call. And yes, she was not using the rack correctly. I pointed out the proper use in her book that came with the unit

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear be not sufficient This unit was working fine and was quit before the noise and operation problems started The problem is once GE updated the software and replaced the unit fans the refrigerator operated much loud on a consistent basis which is not acceptable I should returned it to *** *** when I had a a chance if I had known the new operating sound was this audible This unit has been a nightmare and I have taken off days of work to meet the service techs at my home during the appointment This has been a huge inconveniencePlease advise

My complaint is against general electric The resolution was provided by *** express due to a complaint I made with their company regarding their policiesGeneral Electric refused to accept the fact that the appliance was defective and refused to replace it after numerous repairs and the machine still was defective. The appliance was replaced by *** express of *** tn the business where I purchased it however.. I have issue with my representative not returning calls and not dealing with issues in a timely mannerand refusal to stand behind their warranty and word of replacement after repairs made and it still being defectiveI still have ge products and they distribute warranty paperwork with their product but do not always honor itThis is advertising and contract. The appliance was replaced and the exact same model works correctlyThis was a defect in the appliance that should have been addressed betterI do have a new replacement but this is not satisfaction given by general electric

I purchased a full kitchen suite to include oven/range, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The dishwasher has already failed, and the motor on the fridge is making a grinding noise. I am not interested in using remanufactured parts to repair these appliances, as they are less than days old. This speaks volumes of the quality of GE Appliances. I have inquired with *** ***, and have been informed that since the Merchant is unwilling to rectify the situation at hand, that a chargeback and transaction dispute for the full purchase price is my best option. Thank you to the Revdex.com for your assistance, and I was hopeful that we would resolve this, but apparently we were unable to.

The hotwater heater is not repairable per their repairman, he said it was futile as the errors will continue to happen, The repairman spoke with GE and the store we bought it from, The repairman was told that the place of business would have to request a return authorization, ***s did that and GE still refusedGE is telling the consumer one thing and the business another so nothing is ever solvedI deserve a refund so I can buy a hotwater heater that worksAnd a customer service that works also. GE told me that it was an instillation issue because it was placed in the garageMy garage is completely finished with insulation even on the garage door, in the attic above and all walls, it is no different than if it was in my kitchenThis product is not good and GE is not honorable
