Review: I ordered a couple of products from SuddenValues.com for Christmas gifts. A couple of months had passed and I had not received the items. I sent email inquiries and no responses. I then called several times and finally got a hold of a live person. She said that the items were yet to be shipped. I asked if they would arrive before Christmas and was told maybe but she was not sure. I then asked if I could cancel my orders (2) and was told yes, but that my refund would take 2 weeks. I said okay. The cancellation was on December 5, 2013. It is now January 20, 2014. I have sent several emails and called several times. I finally spoke with a lady that answered on January 16, 2014 and she told me that their finance people left for the day and it was 1 PM in the afternoon. I am reading several complaints where people are also seeking refunds and I ask you. How can these people leave for the day if they have all this work to be done?Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money

Review: I purchased an item on 12/3/13 and have yet to receive the item. I have been emailing and messaging through facebook AND submitting "help tickets" through their website which I was told to do. For the last month they have stopped responding. I have heard nothing from my help ticket submissions...the only back and forth i've had was with someone over Facebook and that has since stopped. Here is the information I see under my account.

I bought a tablet from them and when I received it it was the biggest piece of junk ever.I exchanged it and when they sent the replacement out was used and scratched. Aggregated I asked them to return the item and fiber me my money back..that was 3 months ago. Ive sent they tablet but still no money....
Review: I purchased a 3.4 oz bottle of Aqua Di Gio cologne from Sudden Values on December 19, 2013 in the amount of $45.00. To date, I still havent received the product. I emailed the company on January 11, 2014. They responded on January 13, 2014 that there were "some delays...and will ship as the product arrives from the distributor." On February 18, 2014, the product was still not delivered and I emailed again. This time, no one responded. I emailed again on May 8, 2014 and there has been no response from the customer service. I have called their number many times and left messages to no avail.Desired Settlement: Either deliver the product or complete refund if not available.

I was just able to find out from my bank this past Monday afternoon, March 3, that I DID receive a credit on my Visa Account in the time frame that your workers were able to procure for me. (I apologize, because my husband and I had written down that I had placed it on a Mastercard, so we had been looking in the wrong credit card.)
Review: I ordered Dr Dre Solo Hd Headphones on 11/18/2013 with a delivery expected in 4-5 weeks. After not receiving the headphones, I emailed the company on 1-6-14 (giving them additional time for delivery). With a published turn time of 48 hours, I received no response. I called on 1-9-14 and spoke with a [redacted]. She stated they had the headphones in the company but would not mail out for 2 more weeks. On 1-23-14 I called the company every half hour and kept going into phonemail. I called again on 1-27-14 and left a message. I also sent another email on 1-27-14 to the support team. No response from either one. I sent yet another email on 1-28-14 with the documentation I printed when I ordered the headphones.
It is amazing to me that I cannot receive the headphones, a return phone call, or a return email, but they were quick to take the payment.
It's unfortunate that my daughter has never received her Christmas present nearly 3 months after the order had been placed.Desired Settlement: At the very least, I would like to have my money credited back to my credit card, $119.99 asap.

Review: I ordered from Sudden Values on December 22, 2013. I was told my order would take 2-4 weeks, which I agreed too. After the 5th week I started to write and call the company which you can never get a person on the phone. I finally received a email back stating that due to weather issue items are taking longer. So I would receive my product in and 4-5 weeks. I wrote back to them and requested an refund of my money because I did not agree to purchase something that would take 9-10 weeks for delivery. I requested a refund of my money several of times, and they said that my purchase was in the accounting department. I have tried to contact them more then 6 times for my product and my refund and keep getting the same answer. Now they do not respond to my emails at all. I have been trying to get a refund so I can just go into a store and buy the product I want at regular price because this wait and unacceptable business tactic is not worth getting the product at a discount. I just went on to my account and the purchase have been deleted from my profile, but no one has contacted or refunded me my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money so I can go and purchase what I originally ordered from a legitimate store.
Review: On Feb 2 2013 I ordered ORAL-B TOOTHBRUSH HEADS 12 pack for $16.00. When I finally received them March 16 2013 and tried them they did fit the oral-b toothbrush. I returned them for a complete refund but have not received any refund as of this date 4/26/2013. I try to deal with SuddenValues since Nov 17 @ 22:59 for a product I purchased through there site with [redacted] Upon receipt, in Nov 17, I notified them, that there was a missing part. So they told me to contact there seller, which I did with the email address they provided. I've been sending both company emails and SuddenValues just provides me another email address to contact [redacted]. Which I did again. These two company are the worst I've dealt with online.
Review: On 3/18/14, I ordered--Back by Popular Demand $9.99 for a Breathe Easy Snoring Reducing Mouth Piece a ($39.95 Value). This showed a 2-4 week shipping time. I have still not received this item, and am tired of attempting contact with the business.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund of the purchase price immediately, as I cannot get a response from the company.
Review: I purchased a pair of Beats Earbud headphones back in April or May of 2013. At the end of November, after only several uses, the earphones broke. I was in contact with customer service, and they agreed to exchange the headphones for a new pair. I sent these back via UPS on 1/16 and they were confirmed for delivery by 1/23. They were insured for $75.00 as well. Due to the new structure of the company website, they dont really take incoming calls, so you have to send a request online. I have done that several times, and no response. Then, I found a customer service number, which I have left several messages. No responses at all. I have not received my headphones. In addition, from the start of this purchase, I questionned the authenticity of the headphones, as I bought this pair as well as another pair. The earbuds are valued at $150 retail and the other pair I purchased were valued at $300, and both were bought at 50% discount, which was unusual. The company promised they were authentic and just an older model, but after the earbuds broke, it raised a red flag due to the lack of quality. If somone from Revdex.com cannot assist me to get my headphones, my plan will be to go onto my credit card website and dispute the charge, as I dont have the product in hand. I am hoping someone can assist me, as this ordeal has been going on for a long time, and I had meant to make a complaint a few months ago, but life has been hectic.

On 12/17/13 a sweater/shawl for a price of $32, deducted from my checking account on 12/19/13; and on 1/08/14 a fanny pack for a price of $14, deducted from my checking account on 1/09/14. When the merchandise was not received, I followed up with telephone calls, but only got voice mail. I then sent status requests via email on 2/14/14, 2/26/14, 3/26/14, and 4/09/14, to no avail. Review: I ordered a pair of Dr. Dre Studio Beats headphones on December 4, 2013 (my bank account was charged on that day). The description indicated that there would be a 4-5 week wait. Since the beginning of January, I have submitted several requests for information. Before they changed to their online support center, there was a working phone number for customer service; they did return a call, assuring me that the demand was so high for this product that the manufacturer was having a hard time getting the product to SuddenValues. At this time our tracking has updated and the product is moving again but is not estimated to arrive until after Christmas." I then emailed again on December 31, 2013 asking for tracking information and was not given a response. I then called again on January 17, 2014 and left a message asking for an update and again received no response at all. I have not heard anything from this company since their last email on December 24, 2013 stating "shipping delays" were the reason for the delay. At this time I am inclined to believe that I will never receive this item as I doubt it was ever "in route" since this company has on more than one occassion continued to advertise this exact same item with comments stating "limited quantities available" but I still have yet to receive my order which was placed 14 weeks ago today.Desired Settlement: I either want my order filled and shipped within one week of receiving this notice from the Revdex.com with proof of tracking or I would like a complete refund of my $65

Review: I ordered a set of headphones from suddenvalues direct in mid january of 2014. My credit card was charged on jan 18th, and it is now July 16. They have not sent any headphones, I had to send 15 emails to get any response. The first response said that their company had grown too large in 2013 and that they were overwhelmed and would send the headphones as soon as they could...this was in March. The next month, when nothing had arrived, I sent 5 more emails since they don't have anyone answering their phones, and a few weeks later was told that there was a problem with the company that they ordered with and they would be refunding people's orders. It is now, mid july, they wont respond to any emails, and I am still out $65.00 and a set of headphones that I needed 7 months ago.Desired Settlement: $65.00 and my credit information removed from their system.
Review: I placed an order through an on-line promotion fromSuddenValues.com back on March 13. The terms were that I was to receive the items within 8 weeks. Needless to say 18 weeks later I am still awaiting the products I had ordered. I sent an inquiry to [redacted] on June 25 and again on July 9 (I also left a voice message on the 9th) and am still awaiting a response.
Review: On 7/6/13 I ordered a Himalayan Salt Inhaler from SuddenValues.com. My Visa credit card arrived on 7/9/13 & their charge of $29.95 appeared on my bill paying this item in full. I called the ###-###-#### phone # listed (on 7/18/13) & was told by [redacted] it is how THEY do business. I wish now I had checked further. Their ad did say to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery......they also show a section where you can track your order. HOWEVER, the track your order section never shows anything but on order, or Redeemed, which I questioned as well when I called the first time. It has now been quite a few weeks past the due day when my inhaler should have arrived, but numerous calls (approximately 3/4) & my last call I said if I did not hear from them I would start contacting Revdex.com, Attorney General, etc. to complain. That call was placed 8/12/13 & I have not heard back from them. If you need any further information, please let me know & I thank you for helping me with this matter. Even if my issue can't B resolved, hopefully there R enough complaints to shut companies like this down.Desired Settlement: I they can't provide the Salt Inhaler, then I would like my money refunded in full.
