Review: I ordered a 9 inch Android Tablet from Sudden Values in April 12, 2013-as of today have not received it and have consistenly emailed them and asked for a refund or the product-they state the refund as been turned over the accounting department and that normally issue refunds on Fridays, but may not be this Friday well it's been 2 weeks ago. Today I got an email stating the product was shipped after I emaile again stating that I would contact Revdex.com regarding this and so I'm very doubtful that I'll receive the product or a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund

One of our customer Service Representatives spoke with [redacted] on Monday June 10th and she stated that she wanted the product so the product was sent to her. The tracking information states the product was delivered today June 12th and 10:28 am. If the customer does not want the product we need her to have it returned to sender and once we receive the product back we can issue a refund for the product.

Review: I placed an online order (and my credit card was charged) on Oct. 31. I ordered two items. One came within a week, the other is still missing. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have yet to hear back from anyone, nor have I received my item. [redacted],We answered your original inquiry on November 12th via our support team. In the email you told us the problem, to which we responded we were fixing the issue and shipping the product. However, you also noted our customer service was horrible, which is an odd things to say as you placed your original inquiry--and before anyone could respond. There was an internal error were the item was assigned to the wrong supplier, but it was fixed thanks to your inquiry and shipped. Our distribution folks are presently experiencing high volumes with the holiday rush that came on late and all at once. We are trying to get your account updated with tracking, but are behind right now. Your product may arrive before the tracking is updated do to this high holiday volume. This is why you receive the first order quickly and the second was delayed.

Review: I ordered Dr. Dre. studio head phones on 12/05 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I called approximately 3 weeks after and talked to [redacted] who transferred me to a manager who told me that the ad stated 2-4 weeks for shipment. I then called 5 weeks after ordering and again spoke with [redacted] who told me that in fact that their policy was actually 4-6 weeks for Dr. Dre products. On January 24 I tried calling the company, but there was now a recorded message explaining that they no longer offered immediate customer service over the phone, but that now I must send an email to [redacted] So in January 24 I sent an email asking for any information or communication regarding my order. I received the automatic response saying that a representative would review my email and get back with me. I have still not received a product, email or phone call regarding my order. We are now at 10 weeks from the initial order. What is so frustrating is that I have received multiple email advertisements since I ordered from suddenvalues, including one today, still advertising the same pair of headphones.Please help.Desired Settlement: At this point I would be happy with either receiving the product or a refund. I also feel that the company needs to be more truthful about the approximate timeframe of delivery in the advertising. Response time to inquiries is also unacceptable.

Review: In March, we ordered a bicycle computer and headlight. As of today, the end of July, we have not heard anything about this. Our credit card was charged $29 for the computer. The shipping status on the computer is "awaiting update from Sudden Values Distribution Center", and the shipping status on the headlight is "awaiting update from merchant". I have emailed them twice. The first time I did not receive a response and the second time I received a reply that my request would be reviewed. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard anything since. In looking at the Revdex.com site, I see that many people have had these issues and many were never resolved. I only wish I had been smarter and checked this before I ordered.

Review: I ordered boot gaiters on January 20, 2014. I tried contacting the firm one month later, no response. I tried contacting them again today, no response. their listed support email address is not functional.
Thje item was priced at $29.99, plus $5 shipping, for charge of 34.99 received on Jan 21, 2014. I have never received anything, nor any communication from the firm. Review: I purchased a set of "beats studio headphones" on 12-5-13. I was not informed until weeks later when I emailed them asking for an ETA on delivery that they did not even have the product I was sold. I was told that they are a "group sourcing company and do not keep products in stock". I asked then how they are charging people for products they do not yet have. That was over a month ago and I have still not received a valid response. I have called them 8 separate times and have only received 1 call back at which time the representative told me they were still waiting for the product from the distributor. I asked again for an ETA and was told it would be "sometime after christmas". Here we are a month after christmas and still no ETA and now I am not getting any response to my emails or phone messages.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and the product. How is it that a company thinks they can take money and not deliver on what was promised then ignore their customer as if nothing has happened. Sudden Values does not answer phones, don't return phone calls and keep pushing your shipping date out. They have NO answers and have one girl [redacted] who answers call when she feels like it and can never give you any and I mean any information on the product. Its on back order, should be going out soon. Will get an email when product shipped. They charge your credit card right away but still no product its been 6 weeks. Today I spent 1 hr on the phone and kept redialing until [redacted] picked up and she still could only say its shipping soon
Review: I ordered a pair of "Dr. Dre Studio Headphones," product # is SUD [redacted] on May 27, 2013. I finally received them in August, 2013. However, they snapped in half in November, 2013. I called the company who instructed me to send them back (confirmed tracking, SuddenValues received them in November, 2013) and they would send out a replacement immediately. It is now one day from May, 2014, a full 5 1/2 months later, and the company will not replace the headphones or return my money. I have emailed (they no longer take calls) 12 times and have not received a response since my first email. That email stated they would be sent out within 2 weeks. That was months ago. They refuse to give my money back or send me the replacement product.Desired Settlement: I would like the purchase price refunded to me. I don't want to wait for a replacement from this company, as I don't believe one will ever arrive. I want my credit card refunded.

I returned the product. RMA # [redacted]. USPS verified return delivery. USPS # [redacted]. Delivered return July 20, 2015. It was never credited to my paypal acct. Everday person at [redacted] said accounting would credit. Never did. Finally I had to leave recording at that #. Never had a response.

I'm not sure what the real agenda of this complaint is, but we have not used the 1-866 number in over a year and quick test has it ringing busy, so leaving a message or speaking with someone at the number would be impossible. However, it may have been provided via our online support by support.suddenvalues.com and not communicated with accounting, because we can see a delivery to one of our distribution facilities. Review: I ordered over the internet Beats headphones. My credit card was charged, however, I never received the headphones. I called and inquired and spoke with a [redacted]. She told me that they were on backorder. I asked if I could then cancel the order and she said I could and gave me the cancellation number as [redacted]. She said in 3-5 days I would receive an email regarding the return and then I would receive a refund into my bank account. I never received an email nor a refund. In addition, I have tried calling the customer service number and they said I have to email now. I did email but have heard nothing in response. Review: On Feb 25th, 2014 I bought through sudden values a teeth whitening kit. I sent payment thru Paypal for $38.00. I have never received my kit and have not been refunded my money. I did get a hold of Steve Klock once thru his email which was on the paypal receipt and he sd he would be refunding my money and that was about 2 months ago and since then he has ignored every follow up email. In doing some research, I see he has a lot of complaints regarding service and customers not getting their product. I tried to put a complaint against him on paypal but I had waited too long as I thought he was refunding me my money. I have been very patient and now realize that I am not getting a refund from him.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $38 refunded back to my paypal account as soon as possible.

Ordered a product back on Feb 18, 2014. It is now Apr 23, have not received my goods, have not received any notifications. I have twice submitted a letter to their website (of course you get an email response to "Verify" your submission), have not received one single acknowledgement from the vendor. Do NOT use these people, it is obviously a scam. I should have checked on here first, shame on me...stay away from them!
