Review: On November 24, 2013, I purchased an electric model train set from [redacted] (Voucher Number: [redacted]). The website claimed that only 12 train sets were available for purchase at the price of $75.00 with a $15.00 shipping charge for a grand total of $90.00. As of today, May 21, 2014, I have still not received the ordered train set although the payment for this train set left my account back in November of 2013. I contacted customer service regarding this issue on January 31, 2014 and received the following response from customer support:

I have sent several subsequent inquiries to customer support regarding initiating a refund but have gotten no response. If I track my order under my account on [redacted], this is the current status of my order:
Shipping Status: Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution CenterDesired Settlement: I would simply like my money back ($90.00).
Review: I have entered 3 requests with SuddenValues with no response from them. I paid [email protected] $19.00 for a 50 ft. expandable garden hose through Paypal on March 2, 2014. It is now May 27, 2014 and I have not received my garden hose. I have left 2 phone messages and entered 2 complaints with their customer service to no avail. You cannot talk to anyone there, only an answering message that directs you to there email complaint area. The company never gets back to me.Desired Settlement: Of course, my desired outcome would be to receive the 50 ft. expandable garden hose. In lieu of that I would expect SuddenValues to reimburse me my $19.00 via Paypal.
Review: I ordered a product on line from this company on 11/26 was told shipping would be within 6 weeks after 8 weeks and no product I asked for my order to be cancelled and my account to be credited. (I was billed at the time of purchase) I have made several phone calls and after several weeks still no credit to my account. Review: Placed 2 orders for products off of their web advertisement on July 12. After waiting 3 weeks I called their office several times to find out when the products would ship, at which time no one answered. Finally got to speak with someone and she told me they were backordered but could not tell me when or approximately when they would be available. She asked me to wait a week and call back. I did try calling back, still no answer. Finally after two weeks of waiting, got to speak with someone who said the items were still not available. I asked her to cancel my order, which she said that she would, but it would take about two weeks to see the credit. Review: Sudden Values or Sudden Blitz owes the Pines Golf Course ([redacted]) $667.75 since 2011. We have called and left messages numerous times, but never get a live person to talk to. When we did get someone to talk to us, they told us they would call us back within 24 hours but that never happened. This business lacks honesty and truthfulness for the sake of ripping people off for their own financial gain. We just want our money back but this business has serious problems internally and should be looked at so other people don't get ripped off by the products they sell and the money that they owe their customers.Desired Settlement: $667.75 plus interest

Review: I placed an order on Aug. 29, 2013 for a [redacted]. SuddenValues removed the money from my account on Sep.,3rd 2013. When the product hadn't arrived on Oct. 9, 2013 I emailed them. They said they had experienced delays, but I would be notified when left the distribution center. ON Nov. 1, 2013 I emailed again, inquiring about a refund. When I got no reply I started calling.This company WILL NOT answer the phone. You must leave a message. Sometimes they call back, sometimes they don't.I finally spoke to [redacted] on Nov. 11,2013. She said I would receive an email in two weeks that a refund has been issued, and the money would appear back on my card in 3-5 days.No email, and still no refund.So I called again on Dec.19th. They emailed me, thanking me for the call and to please email them and tell them my concerns. I told them the issue, and now, again no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the product. I never received it, but they took my money.

Review: I ordered a Clarisonic Mia 2 Sonic Skin Cleansing System on March 23, 2013 for $99. I never received the product in the mail. I followed up numerous times via email and phone inquiring about the status of the shipment and finally got so tired of waiting that I told them just to cancel my order and refund my credit card. 8 months later I still have no refund. At this point, it is too late to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Sudden Values customer service is terrible, unresponsive and has been altogether useless. Review: I had Purchased an Item on 3-7-14 a (32Gb Micro SD Card Plus Memory Adapter plus USB Adapter) I had not recieved anything so on 5-6-14 I tried calling to find out if I ever would receive my item the phone was always busy and when I finally did get through I was informed by a recorded message to send an E-mail with my problem so I did I have never gotten an answer it is now 6-4-14. in the mean time I also purchased on 4-10-14 a (Portable Bluetooth Stereo Sound Box Speaker With Line In) which I have never received. The Week of 5-26-14 I received a carton with no Packing List or anything marked on it to distinguish who it was from and which order it was supposed to be but it is an item that I did not order a ( Waterproof Bluetooth Headphone ) so I Tried calling again and sent another E-mail telling them I received a wrong item and to let me know which order or Voucher this was shipped against so a week later no answer Also on the Suddenvalues Website thay have order tracking an neither order shows shipping. So I got the E-mail address of someone there off one of my vouchers [redacted] and sent him an E-mail describing my problems and I have not heard anything back from him. It is obvious they are not going to answer me so I need someones help to find out what is going on. This company took their money first. so no exchanging of goods or services for money. Review: On May 24, 2013 I placed an order for Dr. Dre Studio Edition Headphones with Free Shipping with SuddenValues.com, a subsidiary of U.S. Online.com. After 2 weeks past and there was no confirmation about the shipping of my order, I contacted [email protected] via email and received a curt email stating I needed to know shipments take 2-4 weeks. I wrote to customer service again on June 21st, as it had been past 4 weeks since I placed my order. I wrote and called this company on July 3rd and received no response. To date, July 3rd, I have received no response from this company, the item has not been shipped or received, and my purchase history has not been changed. I have also called the customer service line and no one is answering. To summarize, I placed an order on www.suddenvalues.com on May 24, 2013. As of July 3, 2013, I have not received the product I ordered. I have reached out to customer service 4 times and have not received a response to when I would receive the product. Out of the 4 times I reached out, I have only received 1 response. The website claims 100% customer satisfaction. Plus I believe they are promoting false advertising by promoting items that are not being fulfilled. I am unsure of the validity of this business.Desired Settlement: Frankly, I would love to get the product I ordered as promised. If I am unable to obtain the product, I would like a refund.

Review: A Bluetooth Shower Speaker was ordered online from Sudden Values on December 7th 2013 for $32.00 with $7.00 shipping cost for a total of $39.00 paid with credit card. The shower speaker has never been received as of April 3 2014. Multiple phone and e-mail attempts to contact Sudden Values with no response from them.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Shower Speaker or credit refund of $39.00.

This is a false and misleading site and should be shut down due to shady business practices.
