Review: I ordered a cologne through this company (Acqua di Gio) on June 9th. My order # is: [redacted]. I immediately receieved a confirmation of my purchase and the money was out of my account for the product as well. I called the company to see what the status of my order was at the end of June, and they told me they hadn't received in the distribution center and that they didn't know when they would. They also said that they couldn't tell me when I will receive it, but it "shouldn't" be more than a couple of weeks, but they "just don't know". It is now a month later, and I have left several messages on their phone yesterday and today. I also emailed them yesterday, and have yet to hear any kind of response. I don't understand how a company cannot follow up with a customer, give them a tracking number or even an estimation on delivery time. This is beyond frustrating, and I wonder how many customers are having these issues.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to call/email me with a confirmation on when this order should be delivered. It shouldn't be longer than the next couple weeks to be delivered as well. I've already waited a month.

Review: I purchased several items from suddenvalues.com, and have only received one of the orders I placed. I have contacted them several times but first they say one order will be shipped out next week, couple of weeks later still nothing. I emailed them again, and received another response today saying they would give me credit on their site, I don't want a credit, I want my money back. it has been 9 months since I ordered. I have requested my money back for what I have not received, but they keep coming up with excuses and now wanting me to take a credit. I checked on my account at suddenvalues.com, and find they have deleted all but one of my orders (the one received is still showing up). IDesired Settlement: I just want my money back for what I have not received.

[redacted],We got behind in early 2013, due to shipping delays at Christmas and restriction on our ability to raise capital at time of high growth. We reorganized at the end of the 1st quarter, staying current since April 1, 2014 and working on shipping back orders.We now have access to the item and are shipping it, but are still working down back orders and refunds. It is faster for us to provide a credit or the product than it is a refund, so send us a note at [redacted] if you interested in one of these options. Because I do not trust the vendor to provide any product in a timely manner I do not want credit with them. I want a complete refund for all products I have paid for and have not received.

Review: I never received a product ordered online. I have attempted but have been unable to reach the Company. My credit card was charged and I have received statement. I attempted to Contact Company by telephone number shown on statement. The automated phone message system refers customers to Online customer service inquiry. I submitted an online inquiry/report of problem. I received a confirmation of receipt of inquiry. No further response or action has been received. I have not received the product ordered as of this date. I tried to contact them on their Facebook page and again have received no response. I reported to them in my inquiry that it appears the incorrect Zip code was on my receipt. I supplied the correct Zip code for my address. I do not know if the product was returned to them undeliverable, or is lost in mail or was delivered to the incorrect address. I have been charged and did not receive what I ordered. I would like them to track this and either send me the product or issue a full refund.
I do not know how else to contact this Company. It has been over 2 months since original order (it was for Christmas for my son!). And assumed it would have been corrected and received by now OR I would have been contacted.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive original product ordered OR receive a full refund.

Review: I ordered a pair of Dr Dre headphones on Feb 14, 2014. On Feb 16, 2014 the money was taken out of my checking acct. The item was never delivered after several email attempts and contacts asking for a refund. I have contacted the Washington Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission also. I would like my 134.00 due me for a product I did not receive nor do I want it now.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, 134.00.
Review: I purchased a Rosetta Stone product on July 26th, 2013 for $199.00 from Sudden Values online. I contacted the company via telephone several times as by September my item still had not shipped. The customer service representative said there was a problem with the manufacturer and that if I was willing to wait another few weeks I might be able to receive the product, or she could issue me a $250 credit for their site, or I could get a refund of the full amount since they couldn't fulfill the original order. I decided to wait and after still not hearing anything for another month, I contacted them again requesting a refund. I have email and/or called SuddenValues over 8 times since October. I have received one response back that asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card that was used. I gave it immediately (this was in early November) and have since not heard anything back, though I have called and/or emailed every week since. I would simply like my money credited back to my account. I have already purchased the original product from another vendor.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my money ($199.00) credited back to my credit card. I have already purchased the original item I tried to buy from another vendor. I am ready to be finished working with this company.
