Review: On December 4th, 2013 I purchased a Portable Battery Charger for iphone 5 from sudden values. the purchase price of $16.00 plues $4.00 shipping, a total of $20 was charged to my account and withdrawn on December 6th, 2013. I sent emails to the company inquiring as to when this item is expected to be shipped. on Jan. 9th, 2014 and Feb. 7th, 2014. On Feb 28th I got a response: [redacted],

As a general rule it’s between 2 and 4 weeks for our SuddenValues Direct aggregated service

(unless we happen to have them in stock), but some have required more time. This is the time it takes to get to our distribution center. Turnaround at our distribution center (in Wenatchee, Washington) is between 24 and 48 hours, so it can be up to another 7 days if you are on the far reaches of the east coast.

We publish this estimated wait time period in the limitations section of each offer, so be sure to review it each time you purchase. For our partner, we require that they ship within three days of your purchase.

On June 11th, 2014 the item had still not been received. I sent another email asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. As of today's date I have not gotten a response from the company nor have I received my order or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered a pair of Dr. Dre beats from this company in August of 2013. When I finally received them almost 4 months later they were defective. I contacted the company and they advised me to return them. I shipped them back 1/2/14 and they received them 1/6/14. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get a replacement. I emailed the company several times and received a reply that they had received my emails and were waiting a response. They then changed their contact policy and took their phone number off the website and said you had to email them concerns. I emailed them and tried to call the number I had over 10 times with no response. I told the company via email and voice mail that I wanted a refund instead of a replacement pair. The last email I received stated the accounting department had received my request and was processing it. That was March 21. I have still not received my email and received any reply from this company as to why. Please help!Desired Settlement: I just want my refund for purchase of this item plus if possible a refund for the shipping I paid to send them back. The credit card I used to purchase them has since expired so I am requesting a refund check from them instead.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered the "SoniCare Compatible Toothbrush Replacement Heads" back in May of 2013. Credit card was charged May 10, but I did not receive the items until I called the company to ask where they were. Received them in June, and they were not what I expected... were not compatible with my SoniCare. I returned them within a week or two, and received acknowledgement that they had been received (after again contacting the company). I have repeatedly been assured that I will receive a credit on my card, and told after phone calls that my refund has gone to accounting. As of today (Oct. 9), and after 4 phone calls, still no refund has been credited!!!!!

Review: I ordered the Robovac Robotic Vacuum Cleaner on 1-29-14, I tried calling the phone number, no one has gotten back with me. They charged my credit card on 1-29-14, I never received the [redacted]. The $199.00.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card reimbursed.

Review: I made a "purchase" from Sudden Values on 01/04/2014. I began inquiring as to when I might receive my order at the end of February. I received a response to this inquiry stating that Sudden Values would notify me when the item would be shipped. I heard nothing so contacted them again at the end of March with no response. I have since contacted Sudden Values 3 more times (4/11/14, 4/17/14, 5/1/14) with no response. As I see from the reviews of this company, including the complaints filed with Revdex.com, this seems to be SOP. I am tired of waiting and being ignored. I would like Sudden Values to immediately credit my American Express credit card for their charge of 35.99 (1/4/2014), voucher #[redacted]. Sudden Values listed the purchase on my credit card statement as "On-Board Cruise Sho" which is totally erroneous. On my account information on their website they also list the voucher as "redeemed"; again totally false.

Review: Ordered dre beats headphones on Dec 11 and still have not received them. Sent numerous emails that at first we're answered. Have gotten no response in the last couple months from my emails. Have also tried to call but there is no cust service that answers. I would like a refund for the product. The time frame and lack of customer service is poor! Review: I purchased Beats by Dr. Dre on 12/3/2013 (over 4 months ago). They said to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery...not 18 weeks plus. I have followed up with them through their website several times and am told (via email), that my item will ship as soon as they receive the product. So they are taking my money for a product they don't even have in stock yet. Then on March 14th, their online system was updated to show that my product had shipped. However it had not and still hasn't. I used the tracking number Sudden Values provided to search through the United States Post Office. I then requested the USPS to further search and received great customer service through one of their representatives. I was told they show where they scanned in a drop shipment, however no further scans were shown past that. I was told this means that Sudden Values had intended for my product to be in this drop shipment, however it was not included. I contacted Sudden Values again (thorugh thier system) and was told that my product had not come in like they expected and therefore was not included in that shipment. I requested they update their system to show that my product has not shipped and that was not done. So, my product has still not shipped, even though it still shows shipped in their system. Sudden Values will NOT CALL you, even though I've requested someone call me many times now. I cannot get through on a phone, they will only respond via email. It is clear customer service is not important to this company. This was intended to be a Christmas present for my 12 year old and thankfully, he's a pretty patient little guy...however more than 4 months is a little much to ask.Desired Settlement: I just want this company to make it right. I would prefer to receive the product I purchased. If they cannot tell me when or IF they will ever ship my product, I want a complete refund of my purchase credited back to my Master Card. Another option would be to upgrade me to something of equal value they currently have in stock. This is beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Please help me to settle this matter. Review: I purchase an UltraFire flashlight on 12/13/13 from this company. I have not received it yet. In MY Account section of their website, it says that it has been redeemed, and the voucher # is blocked.

I have tried numerous times in the past 10 days to contact this company via both telephone messages and emails to their customer service dept. and the most I have received back from them is an automated return email that says I will be con acted by customer service asap.Desired Settlement: They have a responsibility to deliver the product that I purchased (preferred), or refund my money. Review: I have placed three orders with Sudden Values that I have not received. The first, on Aug 20, 2013, was for Bose OE2 Audio Headphones for $69. The second and third, placed on January 13, 2014, were for a Window Cling Solar Charger (I ordered two) for $29 each. I followed up several times, was always told that when SuddenValues had the products they would be sent. Then SuddenValues customer service closed its phone contact and sent callers to the website, where I submitted two queries. Both times I received an auto-reply that they were looking into this, and though I followed up I never heard anything back.Desired Settlement: I'd like the products, but I've given up hope on that. I'd like my money back: $127. It robbery to take money and then never return a call or email.

Review: On 11/18/13 I ordered one UltraFire LED Flashlight from suddenvalues.com. My Visa card was charged $22 on 11/20/13. I have not received the product nearly three months later. My efforts to communicate with SuddenValues.com are as follows:

12/20/13 phone call to ###-###-#### (the number on the transaction on my Visa statement) -- was told the product was on its way from the distributor.

I haven't heard a word from the company other than an automated response to my 1/29/14 website inquiry.

I know it is a very small amount of money, but this appalling customer service must be stopped.Desired Settlement: I want a refund by check payable to me -- and an admission that the company's customer service has been unacceptable.

Review: On 12/9/13 I purchased a purple DR. Dre Solo Hd Headphones (Purple) and paid 119.99, shipping included. I have contacted the company on three separate occasions without positive results. The first correspondence I was told that the shipment was late. On the last correspondence, April 11th, no response. On the March 29th correspondence they were looking in to it. It should not take over five months for shipment or resolution. I tried to contact the organization by telephone and it continues to ring busy.Desired Settlement: I want the headphones delivered immediately. Waiting for almost 6 months is unacceptable. If not I expect a full refund ASAP.

Review: I purchased a pair of Monster Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Edition Headphones from Suddenvalues.com on 2/27/13. They were on sale for a great price so I was very excited to get them. After my purchase, I received an email containing my transaction receipt and a second email with instructions on how to redeem my voucher. I continued through the steps to redeem my voucher, which was successful. I then went to find out when they would be shipped to my house. I found that the estimated shipping date was set to 3/8/13. I was suspicious right away after I saw that because usually items purchased online don't take that long to be shipped, but I let it go and was going to wait and see what happened. On 3/4/13 my account was charged for the amount of the headphones. I went back online to see what the shipping status was and it still said it was estimated to ship on 3/8/13. Another red flag. I waited a few more days and then went online again to check the estimated shipping date, which I come to find had been changed to 3/22/13. A couple days later the shipping status had changed to "awaiting shipping information." I thought great they will be shipped soon. I decided to give it time, so once it had been a week since 3/22/13, with no contact from the company telling me about any delay and no change in the shipping status, I was beginning to get very upset and suspicious. I finally emailed the company on 3/29/13 asking where my headphones were and why I hadn't been contacted about a possible delay in getting them. I wanted an explanation for the situation. I did not get an email from them. I emailed them again on 4/1/13 asking for a refund for the headphones that I haven't received, without a response again. It is now 4/6/13 and I have had enough. This company is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to continue giving false advertising and offering things that you will never get. Please help me get a full refund of $149, which is what I have paid for the headphones that I never received.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $149. This is what I paid for the headphones and I haven't received them, so I want my money back.

Review: I placed an order online from SuddenValues Direct for headphones (Dr.Dre Studio Edition Headphones) on February 19, 2013 and finally received them on April 17, 2013. The headphones did not work, as I followed all directions. I started calling and emailing SuddenValues Direct on April 22, 2013 to notify them and to request a refund. I was told that I would need to complete a form to request a refund and include it with my return and I would need to pay the return shipping cost on my end but would be reimbursed with my refund. I received the form via email on April 25, 2013 and shipped the return along with the completed return form on May 1, 2013. SuddenValues Direct received the return on May 6, 2013. I have since contacted SuddenValues Direct several times to inquire about my refund and was told that refunds are only done on Fridays and mine would be done the next day which was a Friday, that was 2 weeks ago and as of today May 31, 2013 I still have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded in the amount of $162.58$149.00 for Headphones$13.58 for return shipping cost

It has been 5 business days and my refund has not arrived as stated by SuddenValues Direct. Telling the consumer that their refund has been processed and will arrive in 3-5 business days seems to be a standard response from this company. They are true scammers and I fail for it....dumb me.
