Review: I purchased a product from Sudden Values on 3/6/14 and they charged my credit card for it on 3/7/14. I still haven't received the product as of 4/17/14. I have tried to contact them twice through their support center. I haven't received any response. I have also e-mailed them several times and have gotten no response. There is no phone number on the web site to contact them. This is not acceptable! If they aren't going to ship the product or respond to my complaint, then I wish to receive a refund. I think I have given them plenty of time to ship the product.

Review: On December 5, 2013 I placed an order online with suddenvalues.com for a pair of Dr Dre Solo HD headphones for 119.99. I received confirmation that the order was received and the money had been taken from my account. The website said 4-6 weeks for delivery. After the confirmation email I have not received any communication, written or verbal from this company. I have called over a dozen times and during the times I have called they have switched from a phone based customer service to an email based customer service due to "rapid growth". I have not received my headphones nor has the website updated the status. It is now February 19, 2014. I tried to look up the business online and call directly. I found a neighboring business and called them directly and they have stated that this building only has one company (Washington Apple commission) and that they have never heard of Sudden Values. At this point Christmas is over...my son did not get his "Big" christmas present and I have had to keep telling him that I am waiting to hear from this company. I still continue to receive emails from SuddenValues for "great deals" on products. Please help me. $119.99 doesn't seem like much to some but it is to me!

I requested white headphones. I do not wish to have black or purple. At this point I would like a refund so that I may purchase headphones at a different location. I believe three months is entirely too long to go with no communication as to the status of my order. The original email I sent to sudden values is pasted below.

I was charged $71.98 on 01/17/14 on my credit card and I have never received this merchandise!I also ordered 2 Beats by Dr. Dre Earbuds one white and one black on 1/10/14. I was charged $130.00 to my credit card and never received the merchandise! I tried numerous e-mails and phone messages I have never been able to speak to an individual as it is always voicemail! I did get an e-mail back on Sept 17th 2014 saying I could have company credit. They told me I would have to purchase the products for my credit and then e-mail them and the credit would apply. I sent them an e-mail that I was not comfortable charging $201.98 on my credit card again in hopes they would credit me as they have never credited me the first time as I requested in the numerous e-mails to them. After not having received my purchase for a couple of months, their website still showed my shipping status as: "Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution Center". I sent an email through their website in January 2014, asking when I can expect the product, which received no response. I sent another email through their website on 2/11/14 and received a "canned" response stating that delivery can sometimes take up to 4 weeks (by this time it had already taken about 10 weeks). It is now approximately 4 MONTHS (16 weeks) after my order date, and I still have not received my product. Review: On September 26, 2013, I ordered on-line a package of [redacted] for $21.00 charged to my [redacted]. About two weeks later I called and asked for the order status. The customer service representative said they were having supplier problems but would soon ship the blades. On November 4, I got saw another ad on-line for the same product. On November 7 at 11:10 a.m. St. Louis time I called Customer Service again and spoke to a woman whose name I believe was [redacted]. She agreed to "send a form" to the accounting department to refund the $21.00 to my [redacted]. Today is November 21, and I have reviewed my [redacted] statement through November 20, and no refund from Sudden Values. I called the accounting department and the accounting department and left messages; no response has been received. Please help me by contacting Sudden Values and asking them to refund my $21.00. The telephone number I have for them is ###-###-####. You probably will not get through and will need to leave a return number and message. Review: My complaint covers so many issues. On 7-25-13 I placed an on-line order for a 5 set [redacted]. My credit card was billed that same day for a price of $199. I was under the impression that my product would arrive in 3-4 weeks. As that deadline got closer, I called Sudden Values to inquire about my order. For a number of calls I had to leave messages with Customer Service. When I was able to talk with a Customer Service rep, I was told that shipment allotments from the manufacturer were small and slow, and that larger shipments had been requested. I was told that when my product did ship to me, I would receive an e-mail. I was also told during one call that customers for the [redacted] were being offered a $250 instore credit. I never received this communication from Sudden Values. I asked for a refund of $199. At no time have I been contacted by Sudden Values to tell me the status of my order OR my request to refund. The only time I have talked with a Customer Service rep is IF they respond to my messages or I am able to reach them on an initial call. I even left a message for accounting on 10-4-13, with no return call. Since 8-21-13, I have spoken with either [redacted] or [redacted]. During calls with both of these ladies, I have been told that they will get my paperwork and check with accounting to see what is going on with my refund request. I have been told that my message and number is on [redacted]'s desk. I have been told by [redacted] that "yes" I will get back to you "today" with an answer. This conversation took place yesterday, 11-12. When I check my account on-line, my record shows 0/0 purchases, which [redacted] explained means my account has been put on hold. I did send a letter to Customer Service on 11-4-13 documenting all of my phone calls and conversations since 8-21-13. I have not received any response to that letter. I would still like my refund of $199, but this issue has now expanded to a Customer Service issue through lying and non-response to my requestDesired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for the amount of $199.00 and then I would like to be removed from Sudden Values' mailing list.After reading the number of other complaints filed against Sudden Values, I feel they should be put out of business.

I contacted my credit card company on 11-19-13 and 11-27-13 and they have not received a refund from Sudden Values. Referring to my initial complaint, each time I requested a refund from Sudden Values, the Customer Service representative ([redacted] or [redacted]) always told me that they would have to check my paperwork with accounting and see how my request was being addressed. I have never received a reply from Sudden Values (phone call, e-mail or letter) stating that my request had been met. I have completed a Customer Statement of Dispute with my credit card company. Is Sudden Values able to provide a date that they refunded my credit card?
On 11-27-13, I contacted [redacted] and asked if they sell through other vendors. I spoke with Mark in Customer Service at [redacted] and he told me that Sudden Values is NOT an authorized dealer for their product. He sent me a Fraudulent Seller letter (see attachment, copy/paste from Mark's e-mail) and asked that I file a claim with their Legal Department.

Review: On March 6, 2014, I ordered a 50' expandable hose from this company. I gave them my card number and they immediately removed the money for the hose. They have not delivered my hose and have refused to answer my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would like the hose or a refund immediately.
Review: I placed an order with Sudden Values on 7/22/13. The order was for a pair of Bose Ear Buds for $59.99, which I was charged for on my debit card at the time of purchase. After waiting 4-6 weeks for the merchandise, which was NEVER RECEIVED by me, I contacted Sudden Values at ###-###-#### and requested a refund. They put me on hold and told me they had to find my paperwork. After locating my paperwork, they said they would find out what happened and their accounting department would issue a refund. This was in September of 2013. After not receiving a refund or a call back, I have contacted them on 4 other occasions and was told the same thing, but still have not received a refund. I called again today (1/10/14) and earlier this week leaving several voice mails with no return call. I also called and a girl put me on hold. When she came back to the phone and I explained, once again, about my situation, she put me on hold, then disconnected the call. I called back 5-6 times and end up going back to the same voicemail. Review: I purchased 3 products from SuddenValues.com last summer and all were defective. I returned 1 on 6/17 and the other 2 on 8/9. I have been calling and emailing them since September 2013 regarding my refund. They no longer accept phone calls, you can only email their customer support line and hope that you get a response. All of my email responses have come from a [redacted], seems like there is only 1 person working there?? I feel like they think I'll forget that they owe me money. In January I finally got a response that the accounting department is aware of my complaint and yet I still have not received my refund. Review: I ordered leggings in January from Sudden Values for a gift for my daughter - she lives in Texas and is in the military. The leggings show that they still have not even been shipped even though I was charged for them in January. They are moving bases to New Mexico in May, and if they aren't shipped soon, they won't be there when the gift arrives. I have emailed about the shipping 3 or 4 times. The first time that I emailed, I received a response from the company telling me that the leggings were shipped in Nov. - two months before they were ordered. I have since received no replies to my emails. I have asked for a refund if they refuse to send the product that I ordered. If they can't or won't send the leggings, they need to give me my money back at which point they decided to ignore me. If they do decide to ship them, they need to contact me to see where to ship them, because depending on when they finally send them, the address they send them to may be wrong. I ordered them 5 months before they were to move - which would be a reasonable amount of time to send something for any normal company.Desired Settlement: Either the Leggings ordered or my money back - one or the other. Review: I have been receiving unsolicited email advertising from this company for years and cannot unsubscribe. Their emails come in to my work email address 2 at a time (Sudden Values Partners and SuddenBlitz Alerts), approximately 3 times a day. When you attempt to unsubscribe you're sent to an error page. I've repeatedly sent the addresses to junk mail to be blocked but they never stop. I've tried calling the company but cannot find a number that works. I'd like the emails to stop.

Review: I placed an order on 1/7/14. On 1/20/14, the status of the order still read "awaiting update from distribution center" so I emailed support to find out more. I was told orders take 2-4 weeks. At 4 weeks from the order date, the status was still the same. I attempted to email again to find that the support email box had been disabled. The support website that replaced it does not respond. I have left voicemail and gotten no call back. I have attempted to reach the company by Twitter with no response. My post to the company Facebook page was deleted with no response.

I would add that I filed the dispute BECAUSE the business was unreachable. If they would have responded to any of my communications and provided an expected delivery date, I would not have filed the dispute with my credit card company.
