Purchases 2 shower heads online from this company about a month ago for 81.00. They charged my credit card for product and shipping. Items still not recieved. Tried to contact company via telephone and email with no response. Not sure if this business is legitimate or just an online scam.

Item was ordered and they charged my card on September 16, 2018. Item has never been shipped. They will not respond to any emails to customer support requests for refund. I just want my money returned at this point. They are a fraudulent outfit. In this day and age of technology - it does not take any time to respond and refund a customer if you are a legitimate company. I doesn't take 30 days or longer to ship an item within the USA. I have requested a refund from them on two occasions with absolutely no response. I have never received the product ordered. The refund is for 38.99.

I ordered the reflexology insoles that was advertised on Facebook and I have not been able to contact this company, either by phone, email or messaging on Facebook. They avoid all contact. I paid them $80.00 for 2 pair and paid through paypal of which they received. Very upset that they are not communicating at all.
