I bought the Antenna ($48.90) with the booster ($34.99) because it was advertised as invented and developed by MIT Engineers. The Ad also claimed that the antenna with the booster can capture 500 channels and all HD Channels. All these are lies. It is made in China not by MIT Engineers. It captured only 10 channels, not 500. It captured only 1 HD channel, not all HD channels.
I filed a claim with PAYPAL and the company agreed to give me a total refund if I ship the products back to China with tracking. Why should the products be shipped to China when it was shipped to me from Pacoima, CA, which is 75 miles from where I live. Anyway, I called UPS. The shipping rate for the booster is $150.82 and the antenna, $148.82. It was the same as saying that I could not return it. I could not get my money back.
This is a scam. Avoid it like you would a rattle snake.
I ordered an antenna in January 2019. Order # 51006245. My account was charged 448.90 for the item. The item did not work and I returned to company on March 5, 2019 thru USPS #9114 9014 *** to: Strong Current, ***-4701 (return address on initial package) . The item was rec'd by them on 3/8/19. I was told up to 30 days to receive refund and I have not received as of this date.

Scam. Initially I order a tv antenna for 24.95. I was charged for additional items I did not order. I now have a bill from them for $48.90 on my PayPal account. I am getting my credit card reissued and have alerted PayPal that I don't wish to business with these people.
Swells products do not work I bought the booster also and I get less channels and poor picture on my new 55 inch TV then I did with my old roof antenna of many years I contacted Swell several times with no answer back so I opened a PP case against Swell I hope PP does something I sell on E Bay and if a buyer has an issue with me PP freezes the funds until the issue gets resolved now I am the buyer in this case so PP should do the same with Swell we will see
Don't touch this company with a ten foot pole. Seven weeks since ordered, still no delivery.

Purchase was made of $101.41 on Sunday, February 17, 2019 for 3 non cable / non internet HDTV antennas that were not delivered. Funds were not refunded as of Wednesday, April 03, 2019. I am looking for a full refund; as items were not delivered.

After making my complaint known to the company through the Revdex.com; my items were shipped to me in a bag which was mangled upon receiving. I tried the product; it does not work. I waited an extensive period of time for my product to arrive; without notice of it being on back order. I asked for a full refund. Instead they shipped the product.
I have now since been in correspondence with the company asking for a refund and a return shipping address to which I have not heard yet. I have not desire to keep the product.

Ordered the item back on 9 Jan 2019 and have not received it yet, They said a big
shipment was due on 25 March and nothing. I think its another big Chinese Rip Off
delivery was very slow until I called. Units arrived a few days later but did not work at my remote and in a valley. I just sent a n email requesting return and refund info today April 2 2019
Their advertisement said a 30 ship guarantee on receiving heir product...well, mine hasn't come in and they said I should have gotten an email with the order number so they could track it and that hasn't happened either.
I ordered livewave from this company and product is a scam. It doesn't do anything they said it would. Tried to get a return label to send it back. With no luck and it seems they dropped a lot of people out of there money also.

Ordered product online and no product has been delivered for over a month.

Thanks everyone, I was going to buy one also but thanks to your reviews and Revdex.com I won't lose $50
I Purchased a LiveWave TV Antenna from Swell eComm Enterprises LLC on March 5, 2019 and have still not received the product. I can't get anyone to answer the phone and was taken in circles through their phone system with no answer or resolution to why I have not received my product. I just want a refund since I can't seem to get the product I ordered.

I did receive a refund from the company because of the escalation through Paypal. I contacted the company to find out why I hadn't received my item. They NEVER reached out to me regarding any delay, what so ever and it took several phone calls from me to even get hold of anyone at the company. They did NOT reach out to me. After several phone calls, they wanted me to drop the escalation through paypal and then I would have had no recourse to get them to pay me back. I told them no and because of the escalation, I got my money back, but they wanted me to take a huge discount to drop the complaint. Horrible company with no good English speaking customer service reps. They need to be banned in the US...just saying

I am contact Strong Current Enterprises Limited ones a week past few weeks and always heard "We are currently out of stack. Next week your items will send to you."
Today 03/20/2019 I made call and status of my order delivery # 51563187 "none"

I have been scammed! I am past frustrated trying to contact them. Best thing for my blood pressure is to chalk it up as a learning experience. Oh, how about giving them a negative star rating.
There's more than one issue with this company. They have predatory sales/customer service practices, lying about the quality of their product, not giving an option to cancel orders, claiming to PayPal that I sent their product to the wrong address (except it is stated on their website that I bought the product from), having a pretend call center that places you on hold with no one ever answering your call, and not answering emails.
In over a decade of purchasing items online, I have never ever had to deal with business crooks such as this and I find it so hard to believe with all of these complaints that no one has shut them down from operating and there is no consumer protection, especially PayPal! I am considering closing my PayPal account after this because of the difficulty of having to deal with this company and PayPal's lack of action, rather, poor action of obtaining my refund from this company when they already refunded me my return shipping fee to the company after I provided proof.
I tried contacting the company with no response. I contacted PayPal and they opened a case, closed it against me, opened it again, closed it against me, and opened it again, but if they don't refund me with the proof I provided, I'm going to open a dispute with my bank.

The company claims in their explanation they refunded me 01/20/19, the date of my purchase, but it wasn't until I went through three months of unnecessary stress to obtain my refund that they conveniently ignored. Their reasoning of "high volume of inquiries from customers and that's we have delay in replying" means they have an overwhelming number of customer complaints they sift through to correct their poor business practices. I finally received my refund because I was diligent in taking necessary measures. Would most people have contacted the Revdex.com or knew how to obtain their refund after a lack of response from the business or refusal from PayPal? Or would they have just given up and accepted this situation as a lesson learned? This company claims they're going to further evaluate how to prevent this from occurring again in the future, the answer is simple: follow honest business practices. Give a "cancel order" option. Have a real call center where someone actually picks up the phone instead of a fake reoccurring recording. Stop lying to PayPal about the wrong return address clearly stated on your website. Stop taking three months to answer a customer complaint. Stop selling faulty products. I mean, really, who is holding you accountable? Just because you finally sent my refund after three months does not make up for the time and stress incurred to get it. It was the principle. Do you have any principles?

This business is a total scam. They are advertising a product, Live Wave antenna tv product. I have purchased the product, never received it. I have also tried to call, only getting a hold; on customer service, and getting a hang-up. I have tried to email the company via, getlivewave.com, getting no response, and return email. Think GOD, I only purchased 1 (one) item, for I have a loss of $54.00

Very disappointed for many reasons. I made an impulse buy and wanted to stop it. I immediately call the number shown for sales. The line was always and it was for the next two days. I called my credit card company and I was informed not need to worry I am covered. Then I kept getting info by purchase were on the way. I sent serval emails trying to stop delivery and wouldn't you know it they arrived and the wrong address. When they arrived I called my credit call company told then I wanted to send the products back but did not like sending to a PO box. They gave me a number to call in Toronto which I will call on Monday. This is not a company I want to do business with!
