My order has not been received and customer service stated they could not refund my money.
I ordered the Blaux portable ac unit June 9th. Still not received. July 15th I received an email stating my item shipped July 7th. The tracking number is invalid. Upon calling customer service today, they said my shipment had been cancelled but they could not refund my money. No other help was offered. I want my $100 back . I have filed a complaint with PayPal.

This company is a Big Scammer!
A month ago, my husband tried to order a A/C part and have entered his AmEx number, however, the site keeps popping up with new products suggested to add on and expensive. End up my husband decided not to purchase and did not continue. his AmEx got 3 charges posted under "BLS...". He immediately called AmEx to open a dispute, but this company came back saying that this is Valid and posted on the statement. No products have been delivered. No email communication from this company. Today, my husband requested AmEx to re-open the dispute. Terrible company!

No response. Phone numbers don't work. Terrible terrible company! Total scam.

I ordered a product from "Swell Gadget Finds". They have received their payment of $58.94 and are claiming the product is on backorder. I have requested a refund twice with no response from the company.

I ordered 4 superboasts from swell ecommerce enterprises on 19 June. I received a notice indicating that something was wrong with the order and to resubmit. Therefore I did and have not received any contact further from the company. Recognizing a potential issue, I sent an email to the company indicating I only wanted 4 items and requested a response. I did not receive an answer. However I just received a bill from American Express indicating that I am now responsible for 8 items. I have submitted emails to the company and received no response and have received no items as yet.

Sadly even though I was suspicious I didn't check with Revdex.com. I did look for negative reviews online and couldn't find any. At least I used AMEX card, which will get my money back.

I should have checked the Revdex.com rating before ordering from these scammers. Just caused me a hassle in time to dispute charges for merchandise never delivered. Emails and calls are pointless as they don't answer or respond.

I ordered a couple of neck massagers from this company in May, have received nothing to date (June 20) and not even an acknowledgement of my order. But they sure knew how to charge my credit card! I have opened a dispute case with American Express and hopefully, they will find out what I have just found on the Revdex.com site. Fortunately AMEX is noted for refunding fraudulent charges so I should not have to worry. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, OR SHOULD I SAY FRAUD SETUP!

I also got ripped off from this company. I was suposed to get a h.d. antenna and received nothing. I also paid through paypal but didn't noticce the payment and I hadn't gotten the merch. until later. Someone should file a class action suit against them.

I think they are scammers, frauds. Have not received paid for product and cannot get in touch with them.
They need to be flagged as scammers by whom ever track these kinds of businesses.

Ordered wrist watch and paid via credit card on 5/14/2020 - never got email confirmation or any order number upon completing purchase. Despite sending email twice to support service - no response and contact number provided for customer service is a scam. Company is allowed to operate from Delaware on what grounds is not clear as this company has been scamming other customers like me. I have contacted via phone with no luck. I am not sure what benefit this company is providing to people in US while scamming daily.

I ordered two TV Antennas, that do not work well, at all. I want a refund. I am 87 years of age and have not been able to get to post office, as I am unable to do it. I have been reported ,to credit agencies, for lack of payment. I have tried to call this business for a return label, with no success.

We did business with this company under the name of Strong Current Enterprises Limited. We purchased the Wave Antenna that was supposed to turn the wiring in your home into an antenna so you could get channels without the high cost of cable or Satelite services. We paid almost 40.00 for a ground wire in a coaxial cable. Needless to say, it does not work. Strong Current Enterprises Limited refused to refund our money. They offered to take 20% off of the price, but they refused to give a full refund.

We tried to fight them through Paypal and Paypal determined that we deserved a full refund. They instructed us to return the item that was mailed to us from California in the US to Hong Kong, China! The shipping was upward of $40.00. We ended up dropping our case and threw the item in the trash. This is a scam, and I am ashamed that I fell for it.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET!!! THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD! THEY ADVERTISED A 24 HOUR SHIPPING AND I WAS TOLD LATER THAT IT WOULD TAKE (30) DAYS FOR SHIPMENT AFTER CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD! I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 30 DAYS OR LONGER FOR MY REIMBURSEMENT. THIS HAS COST ME (3) MONTHS OF CABLE BILLS. THEY ALSO COULD AND WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS OR GIVE ME A DEFINITE DATE ON ANY INFORMATION . THEY ALSO STATED THAT IT DEPENDED ON MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. AFTER READING THE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, I WILL NOT LET THEM GET AWAY!!! ALSO I INTEND TO GO FEDERAL!!!

if I could put a negative star I would. Thieves Scam alert. These people need to be stopped. They actually asked me to return my product Mindinsole but said they could not guarantee a refund even after I returned it because it was past 30 days even though they are still in the original packaging. the product is "painful to use" does not relieve any pain only causes more pain. get the word out there these people are thieves !!!!

Received items end of October 2018. Tried to wear insoles not possible caused pain to bottom of feet, it was not possible to walk with those in your shoes. Soles don't alleviate pain ,they cause extreme pain to soles. Called several times for refund could only get through once. Representative claimed there was no guarantee and the e-mail I sent complainant to for refund request was wrong ([email protected]) . He gave me new e-mail address to contact them ([email protected]) and send information too. I sent e-mail to return soles,.company never responded back. If I could give less than one star I would go for a hundred negative stars! Got 9 channels without the booster, got 6 with the booster and get 29 channels with my original antenna and this coast me $192.33??? It's a BIG SCAM!!!

Can I give less than 1 star? This company is a scam... they sell you insoles that only come in one size with instructions to cut them...they say money back guarantee, so the suck and you go to return them and they say oh make sure they fit right in your shoes...okay you say yes but they hurt...and I just want to return them...they say okay but if you cut them then we cant give you your money back!!!! What the? So how do I try them? Run people dont walk run away and never buy these things!!!!!

I purchased this antenna because I lost one of my favorite channels (NBC) with the antenna I was currently using. I wasn't expecting the 500 channels promised because every antenna I''ve tried usually give me between 8-12 channels. Live Wire antenna not only gave me access to no channels at all but keeps giving me "No Signal" when connected to my TV. Boy did I make a mistake purchasing this product. Learn from my mistake please...
