Took my money, no product delivered. Sent three emails, two thru PAYPAL. Believe they are
a fraud. Heading to PAYPAL to log compliant. I guess there is NO live wire product. BUYER BEWARE of this company.

I ordered the Livewaveantenna online in Dec as a gift.. In Jan. I inquired when the item would be shipped. on Jan 14 the item was received and tested, it did not work as described. My intent at that time was to return the item however since it was a gift I no longer had the original packaging. I decided to wait for a reply to my original inquiry before bothering with another email. Customer support finally replied on Feb 19 requesting verification of my address. I emailed them back right away stating my complaint and their response on Feb 21 was that the antenna was deliver on Jan 14 and was now to late to return. I emailed back once again on Feb 23 explaining that had they not taken so long (over a month) to respond in the first place then I would not be in this predicament. Their next reply came March 12, basically telling me it was my problem. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company right from the beginning.

On Jan. 23. 2019 I ordered a livewave antenna using my credit card. The item was charged to my credit card. I have contacted the business several times regarding the order and have been told that the item was back ordered. On Feb.8, 2019 I received an email notifying me that my order will be delivered by UPS to my house by Tuesday Feb. 12, 2019. On Feb. 22nd I spoke with a person name Stella who gave me a new delivery date of March 9 2019. It is now March 14 2019 and I have not received my order. I feel like I am getting the run around. I would appreciate it if you can follow up on this matter so that I can finally receive my product that has been paid for. Thank you very much.

On February 3, 2019 I ordered 3 antennas (order # 52993029) and 1 amplifier (order # 52993706) and paid a total of $130.18. I received a confirmation email stating that I would get a tracking number soon. On February 21, 2019 I was told that due to high volume of orders all current orders are delayed. I was told to allow for 30 days. I was also told I would get a tracking number and I never received one. After 30 days I was told that I would get my shipment by March 11, 2019. Today I called and was told that it may be another 2-3 weeks. I want my product now and if not within one week I want a total refund. No exceptions.

Ordered "LiveWave Antenna" from Swell eComm Enterprises LLC on February 11, 2019 utilizing Paypal online. The amount of $52.90 was deducted from my personal baking account (which is ONLY to be done when item is shipped). On March 12, 2019 called *** asking about shipment. The Customer Service representative explained that no tracking number is available due to the item is yet to be shipped.
I asked for a full refund - yet was unable to get a confirmation number of such a transaction. The representative by the name of "Jle" assured me I would receive an email in a few minutes regarding a credit - more than 30 minutes later, I have yet to receive an email.

I ordered the LiveWave from an ad on the internet over 2 months ago. I have yet to receive it. A lot of people are not receiving it. They just take your money and never ship it.

I ordered a product called live wave antenna 5 weeks ago. It was paid for by my credit card (and confirmed) with delivery supposed to be 1 to 2 weeks. I have called a number of times and emailed 4 times wanting to know how much longer

My husband *** ordered the live wave antenna off of the internet about 1month,and,7 days ago.We have tried to call them to see where it is,but,we can not get a hold of them.Then I have been emailing them as well but all that I get is them telling me is that it will be here soon but right now they out of stock.I believe that they are a fraud,and, I would like my money back.When I do try to call I,do not get anyone all that I get is a recording saying there is nobody to help me.

On 2/15/19 I ordered a Live Wire Antenna from their website but have not received the product and cannot get an answer from their email address or over the phone. The recording over the phone line states there are no representatives available. The price was $48.90. Thank you.

I believe this company to be a total fraud......tried to cancel transaction 1/2 way thru, but was charged via PayPal anyway......have submitted a dispute....steer clear.......

Still waiting for item and email delivery contact over three weeks now. Might be back here reporting more.

I bought the Livewave Antenna mid January and finally received it after about 3 weeks. I kept on emailing them since I paid through Paypal, and asked where my product was. I heard from their rep maybe 3 times, and always overnight. I received the product, and it did not work. I mailed it back and demanded my money back. It took over a week for them to acknowledge the correct address which I sent it to. I had a tracking number, and it did arrive at their company. That arrived to them the 22 Feb. I emailed them again and they said that once they receive it they will refund me my $52. It still has not happened. I also will say that it cost $4 to mail this back as well.

Total scam. Ordered a live wave and after paying through paypal I couldn't return to the sellers page to complete the shipping part....but they were vry quick to pull the money from my paypal account. Tried emailing to cancell and NO response from them! Total rip off!!

Product does not work. I am understanding that return window is 30 days after product receipt. Phone number only resulted in being put on hold with a message that no customer service agents are available and then I’m left on hold. Nothing else happens.

Further research indicated many people are complaining about this company.

Bought hd antenas or should I say paid for them, through PAY PAL,put in disputes and escallated the disputes. Pay pal found in their favor.I have tried several e mails and phone call, all have been ignored.where is BUYER PROTECTION.I give them 0 stars.

On January 29, 2019 I placed an order with them for the LiveWave Antenna. They stated it would be delivered in 30 days. It is now been 30 days and I still have not received the item.

I purchased three live wave antennas and one receiver on January 20, 2019. They were shipped a month later. When they arrived, I could not get the products to work. I have been trying to get a hold of the company via phone/email and no response. The numbers that they give direct you to a line that plays continuous music with no customer representatives.

I ordered a tv antenna from this company. Immediately after placing the order they deducted the money from my bank account. It said I would receive an email confirmation which I never received. I never received tracking information. I never received information on when the item would even arrive. I placed the order on February 14th a week later after not hearing anything I tried several times to contact the company as well as email. I got no answers. After several more attempts I finally got through to someone today. The women did not speak English very well and didn’t seem to care about my complaint I was on the phone with her for an hour and my issue was not resolved I then asked to speak with a manager and she told me no. I also asked for a refund and was told she could no longer assess my issue. I asked again to speak to a amanger and she again said no. I did not receive the product nor would they issue a refund. I fully believe this company is scamming individuals.

When I ordered the product the site said it did not go through. I tried again with a different quantity still said it did not go through. Both actually did go through. I tried calling and emailing several times. At this point I wanted to cancel both orders. No response through email and wasn't able to talk to anyone on the phone. They came a month later and I want to return them as they don't work. Still can't get in touch with anyone. I just want my money back.

Ordered 3 Live wave antennas on February16,2019 and have not been able to reach this company.I have tried numerous time during the past week with no avail.I get a recording that my call is important to them but no one is available at this time. Payment was made thru PayPal of 73.75
