WHAT A SCAM!
BOUGHT THEIR ANTENNAS WHICH DO NOT WORK.
SAME PHONE RECORDING ON EVERY NUMBER AND NO EMAIL RESPONSE.

Ordered " Mindinsoles" on-line thru my cell phone on 12/06/18 , only wanted 2 pairs. When I thought my order had completed it sent a message afterwards that made me think the order had not completed, that there was a problem. So I tried to go back to the original order by hitting the " back" button on my phone in which I found out multiplied my order each time I hit it. I received 12 pair of this item at $71.99 × 3 , and 1 at 79.19 which was supposed to have a warranty with it ( paid the extra for, which never received). I have tried numerous times to contact the company ( from a bussines card I finally found in one of the packages) I have not been able to get through to anyone , got put on hold just today from 11: 17am to 11:32 am with no avail. My personal opinion is that this is a scam company. I am livid about this. We are a 1 income family that cannot afford to loose this kind of money, but we don't know what else to do.......

I ordered 3 pairs of insoles (total of $71.99) on Oct. 25,2018. I did not receive the items until I posted a complaint with PayPal that I didnt get them. Two days after the complaint I got them in the mail - nearly 4 weeks after the order date. I tried a pair but they hurt my feet so I returned them on Dec. 12, 2018. They received them on Dec. 24. I have the tracking number. I have not received a refund. This company is terrible they have no communication at all and the only time something seems to get accomplished is if people complain. They really should be shut down.

I have tried calling this company for weeks and still no human ever answers the phone. It does not matter what time of the day you call, you will just be put hold forever.
I wanted to cancel my order, since I realized I was being overcharge for the product.
I tried getting in touch with Paypal just to find out they don't protect your purchases. If Paypal had indeed tried to call SWELL ECOMM ENTERPRISES LIMITED
they would have discovered the same information. The company is a fraud.
My complaint is that a company that doesn't answer the phone should be shut down immediately!! There are complaints against this company and yet they are still in business.
I will never get my back and I will have to live with that (I have plenty of money I'll just go pick another bushel) , but to allow this company to exist and continue to scam other people is unforgivable!!!!!

I ordered three pair of Reflexology Insoles ($89.99) and added a lifetime warranty ($9.00) on 10/26/2018. They were mailed 11/20/2018 by V-Logic LTD. On 12/12/2018, I emailed [email protected] to let them know I was keeping one pair and wanted to know the process for returning the other two pairs. There were some email exchanges, and on December 14, 2018, I asked them to confirm the address for return as was required by the terms, and the address for returns was confirmed on December 16, 2018. On December 17, 2018, I mailed them by Priority and provided them the tracking number as required by the terms. The USPS tracking shows the insoles were delivered on December 19, 2018 at 11:03 A.M. On December 25, 2018, I was told they had not yet received the product. As requested, I emailed her the transaction ID, a copy of the shipping document, and the tracking number. On December 26, 2018, they requested that I send a copy of the shipping documents, waybill, postage receipts and any other supportive documents and a refund would be promptly processed so I resent all the information along with a picture of the insoles that I had returned as well as a copy of my receipt from the post office. On December 27, 2018, I was told they would issue a refund once my returned package was received by the warehouse. As of January 3, 2019, They were still saying the same old thing, "Hello …….. ……., Thank you for your email.
Our team will issue a refund once your returned package has been received by our warehouse and the items have been checked in however, we still did not receive any items. Please take note that returns which are not sent to our official return addresses may take longer to be received or in some instances won’t reach our warehouse at all. Thanks for understanding. Sincerely, ------"

ZERO STARS (actually) for this company. Ordered three pair of insoles on November 5/18; paid for the items; and no correspondence at all. Nothing that order was received or is in process or being shipped. Nothing. I've sent emails to the "support" email address for MindInsoles and no response or acknowledgement. Also, you cannot use the username (email address) and order number on their site to check the status. It will not allow you to log in with that info, but that's the info the site claims is required. This company, if not a total scam, has extremely poor customer service.

Insoles were marketed to help back pain and plantar fasciitis however when I wore them it created terrible pain in my plantar fascia, my heel and my knees. I contacted the company to explain this and receive a refund and they asked if the insoles fit correctly and I explained how I tried them in several shoes, different thickness of socks etc. and they explained to ENSURE that the size is cut correctly and I said YES, so they told me since they HAD been cut (as I was instructed to ensure was completed) they could no longer issue a refund.
I only cut one pair and explained how I purchased several, and they will not accept my return because NOW it’s been over 30 days.

I ordered off MindinSole, this companies product 2 insols that massage your foot when walking.

I paid through paypal on the 2nd November.
The company sent the goods and on the 10th December I receivd from royal Mail UK a text message to inform me, the package would be deliverd that day. I was working at home so available to receive the package.

at 4.10pm I received another txt from Royal mail to state the package had been delivered yet I had not had a mail man knock on the door.

I called them I logged a complaint no parcel received, I looked in all areas outside to see if parcel left anywhere and asked neighbours no one has the parcel. Royal mail interviewed the mail man, there was no signature required he said it was received by a woman, but no other information.

This could be any woman in any street and they closed the case as delivered.
I escalated the matter to paypal who also have closed the claim.

So I am 71.99£ out of pocket and no product. I want a refund from the company and them to ask royal mail for a refund/claim.

I have emails from royal mail if you need them.

I am stating the company Swell are in breach of contract as I did not agree for the item to be delievred to neighbours or anyone else and I have not received the item. As they cannot prove royal mail handed the package to me, or even if the mailman told a lie and kept the package I want a refund.

I ordered ONE set of three MindInsoles and was sent two sets. I have called the number listed on my credit card statement and no one answers. I want to return one set for a refund, but hesitate to send them back without prior consent from the seller.

On 10/26/18 I ordered a product from this company. On 10/30 I tried to cancel this order by e-mail. I did not hear back from this company until 12/03 at which time the company told me it was to late to cancel as the package had just shipped. I have been trying since 10/30/18 to get a refund from this company. I have sent them e-mail almost daily. I received the product and returned it on 12/08/18 by UPS and was given confirmation that it was delivered to an individual at the return address I was given on 12/14/18 at 11:31 AM. This company has done everything to stall my refund of $38.99. It take weeks to get a reply on anything and then it is just another delay.

Ordered 3 pairs of Reflexology Insoles from 'MindInSole' on-line store on Oct 25, 2018, order # 40051609. After placing the order, I was advised via the order confirmation that 'delivery will take up to 30 days'. When the items did not arrive after 30 days, I attempted contacting the seller using the phone and email info on the order confirmation (i.e. 1-888-296-2217 and [email protected] respectively). I emailed Nov 27, 2018 and again Dec 14, 2018 - I have yet to receive a response to either. When I call the phone number, I get nothing but automated attendants and elevator music.

Knowingly doubled billed me for a product that was never delivered.

I ordered a knife sharpener back on December 1st. No order confirmation was emailed, I paid via PayPal, and the money came out right away, but no word since. I entered a dispute on PayPal, and should get my money back from them, but disappointed that I won't receive this product, as it was a Christmas gift.

I have asked for a refund for a product that took over 30 days to arrive. I sent it back and now they say that I sent it to the wrong address.

I don't have any other information since I deleted the prior emails. They were insoles that cost about $38.

The products do not work. The company has a refund policy for dissatisfied customers. They will not return emails or phone calls.
My wife tried these products for two weeks and no improvement was noticed. We tried to contact the company thru emails and phone calls. They would not return and calls or emails regarding a refund. This is for their order number - 37423001, made on November 9, 2018. This product costs $38.99 and did absolutely nothing as promised by the vendor.

Trying to get contact to return item(s) company will not acknowledge me at all
Purchased this item(s) buy 2 get one free total of three for individual that is disabled down syndrome / autistic. These inserts do not go small enough for their size, you have to cut them and you can not cut them down at all. Been trying to contact them but no response but they charged the credit card of mine. Have given them way long enough to reply but again no answer at all, plus they don't tell you that the feel of them on the bottom of your foot will send an autistic person to a full blown melt down

The order was confirmed without my consent and the company is offering a refund of the product, but not the shipping cost to send it back.
An order was placed without my consent on 11/25 through an article on Facebook, after I had filled out some fields in the order placement (such as my address). The payment was fulfilled through PayPal, but was never confirmed by me. As soon as I saw the payment go through on 11/25, I immediately emailed PayPal and let them know this order was not confirmed by me. I also emailed Swell Ecom Enterprises Ltd (the charge on PayPal) to let them know this order was not confirmed by me and to cancel it. I received 4 promotional emails from mindinsole.com right away, but did not receive an order confirmation (order #4473498) until 11/26 at 5:51PM, where it said the charge on Paypal would be from StrongCurre Hom. I responded by email to [email protected] on 11/26 at 7:37PM, asking them to once again cancel the order. I received no response. I emailed [email protected] once again on 12/8, asking them to cancel the order. I received no response. I received in the mail the product on 12/8, with the shipping insert saying it was shipped on 11/29. I called the company today at 888-296-2217 and spoke with a customer service rep and a supervisor. They said that their terms and conditions state that the customer is responsible for return shipping. However, as the order was placed through a Facebook article and not whatever page they use for orders, no terms and conditions were agreed to by me. The order was also not confirmed by me. I let them know that I had canceled the order on 11/25 and 11/26. They stated that they couldn't help that the product was shipped out on 11/29 even though the order was canceled, so I would be responsible for shipping costs to return the item.

I got ripped off by them - under MindInsole Reflexology Insoles. But they operate under MindInsole, Reflexology, TrendyTechMedia, Electronics4less, Strong Current Enterprises Ltd - and I'm sure many more.

They have an address in the Netherlands and London, but also seem to be out of China.

The number they show on this site, also is on their BuyMindInsole-dot-com website.

I wish to file a complaint against Swell eComm Enterprises LLC, 300 Delaware Ave Ste. 210A, Wilmington, DE 19801-6601. Swell eComm Enterprises LLC is the parent company of Mindinsole, from whom I made a purchase. My order on October 19 was for 1 (one) pair of Mindinsole at half price for $17.99. The order was electronically intercepted online as the PayPal charge went through and the company charged, and was paid $98.99 through Pay Pal. The charge was for 3 pairs of insoles, and according to the company, charge for the lifetime warranty.
On October 22, after seeing the charge come through on my credit card account, I reported the incident on [email protected] and by voice message on the customer service phone number, requesting reimbursement for the $98.99. There was also an international exchange fee on my credit card at the same time that could only have come from this order.
Several calls and e-mails failed to get a return response from my complaint to Mindinsole Customer Service. By mid November I had not received the insoles or replies. I did; however begin to get e-mail messages (lifetime warranty that the company said I paid for on checkout, etc.) making it appear that this was a legitimate transaction. Eventually I received shipping information, etc. from the company only after I filed a complaint. I still had not talked to anybody from the company about the incorrect quantity of insoles on my order or the large overcharge.
I went out of town for a couple weeks mid November, and while I was gone a package arrived. I did not open the package; however, the contents were in a soft plastic envelope which contained (by feel) three long, thin boxes the length that insoles would be. There is no doubt that the package contains the three insoles that were changed from my order of 1 (one) insole. The return address on the package is a different name of sender than than Mindsole. The package has been returned to sender, unopened. I have no way of knowing if I will receive a refund as the only communication from the company is in the form of their business documents (such as the warranty and shipping record), never in a return response from an e-mail or phone message.
To further complicate this situation, when I searched for Pay Pal Customer Service on line for additional help, the website was intercepted and the phone number given was an incorrect phone number for Pay Pal showing up on Google.
The man who answered the call said it was Pay Pal customer service and told me my account had been hacked and there were charges, including the $98.99 that equaled $417. It turned out to be a scam that cost me $417.00.
I am a 73 year old widow trying to survive on Social Security. The loss of now over $500 due to ordering one pair of insoles for $17.99 from Mindsole has caused great hardship for me. I do not know if the incorrect Pay Pal number scam was associated with MindsoIe or if I was hit by two different scammers. A legitimate customer service representative at Pay Pal later reported to me that they knew there was an incorrect number showing up for customer service on their website "sometimes".
I am feeling helpless at this point, and feel that I need help in getting some of this money back.
