Ordered 1 livewave antenna. Took the money for 3. Can not reach them via email or two different phone numbers.
They have many complaints of taking money and not delivering the products. Their tracking numbers are bogus.
Have filed a dispute with my bank.
They scam, fraud, and steal your money and no way to contact them.

I did not receive these three items, but was charged :

I ordered 2 antenna, 1 signal amplifier and 1 set HDMI cables after being assured that I would recieve over the air channels. I did not get the signal amplifier, and the antenna were not what was advertised. When I plugged the antenna in, I did not receive 1 single channel of over the air programming. I called the company as well as emailing the company the very same day I recieved the equipment and was told I would recieve a refund. I spent $124.00 with this company, and to date, have recieved $24.00 in refund! I have attempted to contact the company via email as well as by phone to no avail. I went to Walmart and got an antenna for less than half of what this company is selling their fake equipment for and am happy with that antenna. At this point, I simply want my monwy back, this company shut down for fraud and scamming people. I am an older person on a fixed income--and if they would do this to a senior citizen, they will scam anyone. Please take care of this company for me and prevent them from harming anyone else. I want my money back

Purchase Livewave Antenna (3units) per order #49859002 dated Jan 25,2019 and was received end of the month. The units are not working as advertised. Wanted to return but cannot get hold of anybody on the phone . Emailed couple times but no response at all. It seems to me that this is a scam. Would like to get a refund of hte 73.75 that I paid

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.

They shouldn't be in business if they don't answer customer calls or reply emails for more than a month. They just emailed me on the 15th asking for the TV Brand so they can give step by step instruction. Instruction is with the product and there is even a video link on how to do it. Don't know what other instruction they can give.

I ordered 3 of their LiveWave Antenna and they said it would be shipped out and delivered in a few days. It has been several weeks since the order was placed with no delivery. I've tried to call them but the phone number I called goes to a busy tone. I emailed them with no response.

I ordered a livewire from Swell Ecomm Enterprises Limited that is supposed to let you get lots of channels on your tv and I wasn't even done putting in my information into PayPal when a bubble popped up saying I would have to also have an amplifier for it to work which was about 35.00 more so I was backing out of PayPal because I decided I didn't want it then and I never even confirmed payment and it said it was already charged. Then when I called PayPal they put me on hold and no one ever answered and I was on hold for 35 minutes. They just scammed me is what they did. And they have it splattered all over facebook and that where I saw it. They are scamming a lot of people that way. I just want my money back cause I'm on a limited income and can't afford to be robbed like that.

I purchased 2 Livewave TV antennas ($73.75) from what looked to be a good website. The website looked professional and is HTTPS. I did receive a email order confirmation and order number as soon as I made the purchase. A few days later I checked the status of the order and was not able to get ahold of any living person from their Customer service phone number. I tried many times and even email their support email. I did get one email back from them that I might take several days (up to 30 days) to get the antenna. I tired calling again and still no answer. I've asked form my money back several time via email and still no response. I looked on the internet for information on this company and found many people saying the same thing. "it's a scam" and "no customer service".

On Nov. 9, 2018, I purchased 3 pcs of Mindinsole sold by this company online through a Facebook Ad for $89.00. It didn't get delivered until several weeks after. When I received it, I noted that is made of plastic, harder than similar products that I had used in the past when I was living in the Philippines. When I first tried it, it really hurt my feet so I tried using it again with socks on. That was how I was able to tolerate the painful pks of the tiny hard points of this insole. However, on the third day that I was using it, my feet were all red and started itching so badly. I had to put topical ointments and drink anti-allergy medication until it went away.

I tried to contact Mindinsole (the product brand) customer service and the first one just said go and see a dermatologist. When I asked for refund for the two unopened items, they offered me some discount and asked me to keep the product. I said I have no use for their product and would rather get a refund for the two unused items. At which point, I was reminded that it is beyond the 30 days that they said they would return the item.

I cannot even remember when I actually received the item because it definitely came later than 3 weeks. When I checked their Facebook site, I realized that I was not the only one with a similar problem about returning the unused item.

I am filing this complaint because I want a full refund of my money and because I would like this company to be investigated for the "health benefits" that they claim all over the internet, especially in Facebook. I think their product is very badly made and way overpriced and consumers need to be protected against the false claims of this company.

Product bought and paid for never delivered

one of the devices it broke and I cannot contact any customer service via phone or email I’ve been trying for over two weeks now also they advertise 800 channels and it is not what the claim I am only able to receive the same 15 channels that I was already receiving. I ordered the livewave Jan 26th, its been almost 2 weeks but no return emails and phone is always busy. This was advertised on my Facebook feed, Facebook should be all over this scam.

I can't put any stars for this company. I think this is the scam. The company doesn't answer the phone and e-mails. I will try to get my money back, but I am not sure if I can.

Received insoles that I didn’t order. No return addresss. No answer on phone number. No customer service .

If I could leave zero stars I would! A rip off! The antennas I ordered do not work and the phone numbers they give have the same prompts with no agents available. Also emails go unanswered! I am contacting PayPal to see if I can get my money back. BEWARE!!!!!

Bought 3 items for T.V.( antenna ). Tried to contact business to return to no avail, keep getting
recording of no agents available every time I call. Total bill 74.00, looking for a refund

Ordered a Mobile Screen Cast device and credit card was charged on 12/16. No delivery or communication until I contacted my credit card company on 1/10. Credit card company contacted this company on 1/23 and right then they shipped the product that day even though we sent emails saying that we’re no longer want the product because it was meant for Christmas gift for a friend. And now the end of January. (My son ordered using his PayPal and paid with my credit card. They took money but didn’t send the product). We then sent emails to ask for a free return label. No reply from this company again—Nothing from the day we ordered. I had to make a phone call. No one picked up the phone until an hour later. I was disconnected one time for no reason while waiting before I could speak to a person with the second call and waited for an hour.
Now I’m told to return on my expense. There is not an option to give customers free return label even if it’s not my fault. There is no option to go online to create a return or to give feedback
I truly believe this company is a scam. I will warn all people I know about this company. Thanks for helping me with this.

Nov 6, 2018 I ordered ONE pair of Mindinsole insoles online. Paid with Visa card $38.99 Next day my Visa card was charged $89.99. All attempts to reach customer service were futile. Sent an email requesting to cancel the entire order. No response. One week later an email stated to me that all sales were final. Another week later I received three pairs of insoles. I took them directly to the USPS. They were delivered to the Returns Dept in Pacoima CA
My Bank America account removed the charge. This was early December. Last week the bank reinstated the charge telling me the merchant never received the return. This is a lie, and typical of this company's methods. I kept the USPS receipt until Jan 1, 2019 and, thinking the matter was settled,
discarded it along with many 2018 receipts and uneeded papers. My bank now tells me the merchant is keeping my $89.99 (plus a $2.69 Foreign Transaction fee) and without the USPS receipt I'm out of luck. Having exhausted all methods of righting this wrong, you are a last and final attempt to get a refund of my money, which should have been only $38.99 to begin with and ended up being $89.99. Thanks for your attention to this matter.....

I was in the process of ordering a Live WaveTV antenna from this company. I used PayPal to pay. I received a message that the paypal did not work, thus I went through the process again and received a message that the transaction was accepted in PayPal and I was being transferred back to the merchant to complete the transaction. I was not sent back to the retailer to finish the transaction, the next thing I know I receive two emails from PayPal indicating my account had been charged for two orders of the same product. Numerous emails were sent immediately after I ordered, to cancel these orders and refund my money, no response. I called the customer service number time after time, only to hear a recorded message indicating no agents were available. I have called this number many times the past three days, with the same result. One time I was on hold for over an hour and never spoke to a live person. I found this company on Facebook and sent them a message indicating I wanted to cancel both orders and have my money refunded. The following day, I received a reply saying I am sorry you want to cancel. We are unable to cancel your order since it has been packed and on its way to you, which I highly doubt. Later I finally received an email, which said the same thing. I replied to both messages and have not heard a thing back. This company is scamming people out of their money.

I ordered two of their product online oct. 09,2018 order number 36618817. this was 2 pair of insoles. these insoles have done
nothing for our feet except make them sore. I have emailed the company 3 times asking for instructions on returning the
insoles for a refund, also explaining to them my issues with their product. today is jan. 25, 2019 and I have not gotten any
response from them.

On Jan 16th, I went to order these antennas. While I was trying to buy through PayPal - it kept telling me that it was not processing. Then right before 11am, 2 charges went through. I immediately contacted PayPal & they sent them a email about this. I have sat on hold waiting for a Live Agent for over 2 hours of my life. I am sitting on hold as I am typing this email to you. All I want to know is where can I return these antennas & how long til I see a refund? Their customer service Sucks. The package came from supposedly CA. I do not know what Orthopedic shoes has to do with Antennas. This is unsatisfactory for any business.
