The/ computer/ was/ malfunctioning/ already/ operating/ slowly/ prior/ to/ my/ call/ to/ [redacted]..which/ was/ just/ several/ days/ after/ the/ 14/ day/ window./ I/ would/ think/ you/ would/ prefer/ a/ happy/ customer/ rather/ than/ another/ complaint/ and/ unhappy/ customer/ to/ add/ to/ the/ growing/ list./ This/ is/ a/ faulty/ computer/ and/ all/ you/ have/ to/ do/ is/ return/ it/ to/ [redacted]/ and/ they/ will/ credit/ you....its/ a/ very/ easy/ vendor/ process./ Very/ sad/ company/ you/ are./ This/ is/ a/ "decontented"/ version/ of/ the/ true/ [redacted]/ and/ I/ believe/ that/ is/ fraudulent.

Staples response was to confirm the acceptance of the coupon as a resolution. This coupon will have minimum purchase requirements. It cannot be used to purchased gift cards, postage stamps, or prepaid cards. We have issued the $70 Staples Coupon to the customer. They can expect to receive this in 7-10 business days.

This desk is brand new the assembly and staples assembly cost me $300.00, this is staples issues. The desk is brand new , it is staples responsibility not to tell defective items. I do not know who the manufacturer is since Staple sold the desk and the assembly was through them.

This offer by the Staples is the third times. This computer is far much inferior than the one was on hold. The way how Staples mistreated the consumers is not suprise to me. Therefore, there are many thousands complaints against Staples. Soon or later it lands at court. I even less suprise.

We have notified the customer that a processing error at our print vendor resulted in some of our Rewards members receiving statements intended for another member. Staples has refunded the customer the amount paid back to their method of payment. At this time, we are unable to reship or offer a replacement. If the customer would like a new order, they will need to place a new order at their own convenience.

Staples has refused to stop the easy rebates scam and will not admit to their wrong doing. I am unsatisfied and upset that I had very poor customer service and was scammed by the STAPLES rebate. Staples has been aware that they do not offer easy rebates for a very long time according to some of the other complaints I have read. Staples will not stop this rebate scam until a class action law suit is filed and won.

Staples apologizes for any inconvenience the customer has experienced. The customer signed an intake form which does state that Staples is not responsible for data loss. The diagnostic and repair was not completed due to the computer not being able to connect to the internet. The customer has been...
refunded for the tech service repair, and was offered a gift card to cover part of the cost of a replacement hard drive. The customer's computer was not damaged while in Staples possession and does not warrant replacement. The offer of the gift card still stands.
This customer has been restricted from ordering online with us. Should the customer wish to shop with us, they may do so in our retail stores. We would not be removing the restriction and we consider the matter closed.
Staples apologizes for the issues we may have caused. We reached out to the customer, who confirmed that she received the [redacted] Prepaid Card loaded with the rebate amount. The other submissions were invalid due to multiple filings.

[The seller misrepresented its product and mislead consumers. The wrongful information provided by the seller was not typo or immaterial, it was significant different than its actual product. The option provided by the seller were 1. keep what I have, 2. Return it. or 3. 20% discount off the original price of another similar product. The seller wasn't penalized from the fault made at their end. So, I would not accept with their response.]

We have reviewed further and did find that the total amount issued would be $156.00. This has been adjusted. Should the customer have any further issues, we invited them to contact us directly to have them resolved. The customer accepted.

Yes, the gift card is non refundable. But you do need to take responsibility for the sale service. I can't use the link from giftcardmall and also they can't resend me a new link. If you say the card is activated, please send me the card detail.
