As if existing matters could not get any worse, the cards are falsely advertised as compatible with 4K video, but they are clearly not even compatible with any 4KI tried the cards on the *** *** * Black edition and there is much stuttering and other artifacts which are indicative of advertising and slow speedThese cards are not usable as advertisedSee the following video I took of my treadmill as proof of this: ***

Staples did NOT reach out to this customer.This customer contacted Staples AGAIN at the referenced in a responsive email, and spoke with a female employee who needs a whole lot of trainingI instructed her to contact the store for more details on the Staples item left at the store, and the name of employees at the specified store location, and suggested a conference call.Although Staples ultimately issued a credit coupon via my email address, I have not yet confirmed that that credit coupon is valid.This customer as most, if not all customers in this neighborhood, has/have a policy too - we do not want to purchase Staples products that are defective.Please try to be more customer-friendlyThank you

Staples response remains the same

Staples position on this remains unchanged and we consider the matter closedShould the customer continue to have additional emails, they are more than welcome to reach out to us directly

We have investigated the customer's complaint and have been able to determine that due to the popularity of the sale the demand was extremely high and we sold out faster than anticipated. We also noted that emailed confirmations received upon placing an order are in recognition of the customer's request for an item and not a confirmation that your order will ship or a guarantee to sellSale items are "while supplies last" and as a result, we are unable reorder this item at the sale price once stock is replenished. We unfortunately cannot honor the customer's request for resolution as this is explained in the terms and conditions on Staples.comWe do apologize for the customer's experience in regards to this order

While the associates at these stores should have made a better effort to inform the customer of the ink recycling policies, it is the customer's responsibility to look through the terms and conditions of the rewards programStore associates do not have the capability to look into a customer's rewards account to make sure that requirements are being metWe will continue to work with our stores to ensure that they are knowledgeable about this program so that other customers are not misled in the same way

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience causedIt was determined that the rebate offer didn't include the item the customer purchasedThis was a typo on Staples.comThe order did show that a rebate offer was issued so the customer has accepted a $credit to be applied to his credit card
This is the same amount he would have received for the rebate

I don’t know what else to do, please help,

Im so disappointed in your companyIt treats poor people unfairlyYou don't even care that I currently have no chair due to it being thrown away because of this purchase I believe that if I were a corporate entity this situation would've been resolved already If a corporate account were willing to take there business elsewhere due to this, you would do everything in your power to keep them as a customer Me saying, I will never shop in your stores, don't matter because my little money doesn't affect your bottom lineunfortunately money talks, sad but trueI will do everything in my power to curtail as many people as possible (family, friends, etc) from shopping at staples A few dollars here and there probably still don't mean a thing to staples It sucks to be a minority Staples doesn't care for people, especially poor people, just money $$$$$$$.Chairless in NY
