I have reviewed the response submitted by Staples and have determined that the response is at least an attempt to satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***After Staples shrugging off their responsibility of selling used goods as new I now find myself without the needed computer and will be paying several hundred dollars more (someplace else) to replace the machine that was sold to me.I accept that the $coupon is a good will gesture, but it still falls flat in the face of my now needing to spend hundreds of dollars more because of poor business practices on the part of StaplesI accept that the person who worked with me "AM" did their best within their given guidelinesIt is truly on their behalf that I am allowing this to be resolvedI am not satisfied with the outcome, but I know that, realistically, it is as good as things are going to beI will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolvedShould the credit not post in a timely manner, I will reopen the complaint

The returned ink was purchased in November, It was returned because it was taken as less than $by the system although its price is $and I could not get my ink rewards in November and DecemberThen I returned it in January, 2015. and bought another one which is $I am supposed to get days from the date of purchase to get the ink rewardsSince the purchase was made on 01/19/2015, days means until 7/18/Do you think this is the right way to calculate it? $bought in November, then returned in January, no ink rewards in November and December because your system takes the ink as less than $(reason to return)$bought in January, days from purchase 01/19/to 7/18/15, should have $ink rewards for June recyclingPlease reconsider it.Regards,

Staples gave me a $coupon (***) today as a result of a Revdex.com report to say they are sorry for selling me junk equipmentWhen I tried to make a purchase of $at www.staples.com, Staples refused to accept it because it wasn't exactly $50.00! It's not a sincere apology if you strong arm your customers into spending more money than they have toNowhere on the coupon Staples sent me does it say you have to spend a minimum of $to use the couponI have taken a screen shot as proofRegarding Revdex.com complaint #*** I want to be able to use my $coupon given to me as a result of Staples selling me defective equipment (***) on ANYTHING up to $I don't want to be FORCED by Staples to spend more money than the coupon
