I, too, contacted them on Nov. 19th when someone advised me they had been closed down due to tax evasion and now I have also heard for lack of paying bills. All are just rumors from non-confirmable sources, but it does make one wonder, since they will not respond to any request for information. Makes me think they are under some kind of gag order until this is resolved. I know that I have $250 outstanding in Christmas outfits alone and I am ticked. That doesn't even begin to account for the remaining clothing. I am going to use the address they have provided to file whatever kind of legal action I can. If it falls below that minimum, I will pursue small claims. If not, I may break it up into smaller claims or investigate another avenue. Having to give them a Negative review pains me because I have enjoyed my business with them until now and would have recommended them to anyone, and have, until now, but I have no respect for anyone who will not respond to me when I contact them!! Have to go with the negative review and recommendation at this time!! Should they make good on their claim to produce merchandise by the end of November, I will be happy to change my review, but my gut feeling tells me this is not going to happen. I'd be happy to have you prove me wrong Southern Tots!!

Ordered monogrammed pajamas in August for Christmas. Received two pairs the week before Christmas but without monogramming. The other pair arrived a week after Christmas! Needless to say I tried to get return authorizations following the website and have heard nothing from the company. This company was featured on a [redacted] program: [redacted] I have emailed them to run another segment to reflect the horrible customer service and how consumers were taken advantage of. Please join me and complain to this program.

I placed an order in July for 4 items.
I did not get a promised ship time upon order. It took me multiple emails, Facebook questions , which I was removed from for asking since I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the company. When I finally got an answer, the answe was they were an online company, had no one to speak to and did not know when their supplier was shipping out. I got double shipped and charged for one of my items, they left off my monogram and told me it was my problem. I had to contact the Revdex.com to get my other items. They have never resolved my monogram issue. I have ordered a lot online fort daughter with great success. I am glad this was not my first experience or I would never order online again. I have never in my life recieved such poor customer service from a company.
The owner should focus on the orders she has and not marketing and getting new orders she obviously can't handle. All you have to do is look at the Facebook site on any given day to see the many frustrated Mommy's like me

It seems that customer service has become a low priority since August 2014 for Southern Tots. I placed an order in late August and was led to believe that it would ship in October-it didn't get in my hands until mid December and the pants do not match the top. Then I ordered an "in stock ready to ship" dress only to have it placed on back order and miss the event I ordeed it for so I cancelled the order without fuss from Southern Tots but irritation from me. Now I ordered another "in stock ready to ship" outfit and was shipped the wrong outfit! I sent them an email notifying them of this and it took them over a week to tell me to return the wrong item at my cost but did not mention me getting the correct item. I have sent 2 other emails asking about a shipping date without a response over the past 4 weeks and today I get a response saying that I waited too long to get a refund?? Southern Tots has really cute, affordable clothes and really poor, terrible, horrible customer service.

This company has extremely poor customer service. I ordered Christmas pajamas back in August on a pre-order and was never given any sort of ship date. I contacted them in October and was told they would be shipped in November. I emailed them back again to find out a specific time frame and they never returned any of my other emails. I then made a post on their Facebook page and they replied that my order was cancelled. They did refund my money (which I paid in August) but never replied to my emails about why this order was cancelled almost 4 months after it was placed and paid for. I would definitely not recommend this company.

They advertise some great deals, but it doesn\'t matter if you never receive the product. After multiple attempts, I am giving up on my $7.00 refund that should have been given for never receiving a Christmas shirt. They did refund the $7.00 for monogramming but not the actual shirt. February 11th and I still haven\'t received the shirt or the money. Don\'t buy from this company. They are either extremely unorganized or scammers.....

I placed an order October 13, 2015 for Christmas. We were planning to use the outfits for Christmas pictures and for the Christmas season. The order was deducted from my account and it is now December 22, 2015 and I have not received the order. The deliver date showed the first to second week of November. I tried calling to no avail. They only correspond by e-mail and it is a general response with no detailed information. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SOUTHERN TOTS.

I made a HUGE mistake placing an order with this company months ago. I ordered a jacket for my granddaughter for Xmas. It was promised to be delivered first or second week in Dec. Never received it. I tried to get in touch with this company but kept getting generic replies. I finally received a reply with EXCUSES the last week of Dec. It gave me a choice to just stop the order or wait for it. (No date given as to when I might receive it.) I clicked on option to STOP the order. Got an email this morning that my jacket had been shipped!! I see that others have filed complaint with PayPal; I'm going to do the same. I can't believe that this company is still in business!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Missing about $180 worth of merchandise due in November. No one even bothered to let me know it wasn't coming.

I have placed three different orders all for items for Christmas back in August/September and had NO idea that this company has shut down. I have over $200 worth of merchandise that I have no idea when/if I will receive the items or my money back. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THEM!

I ordered pjs for my daughter's first Christmas morning with a particular interest in having her name monogrammed. I ordered them in October and they were delivered today with a note stating that they did not have time to monogram them and I would receive a credit. I would not have bought the pjs without the monogram.

Everything has been going very good with my bi-weekly! Andrea's an excellent cleaner!

One word... fantastic!

This in behalf of my wife's dealing with Sothern Tots:
She had placed an order with Southern Tots back on 7/15/2015 for some Monogram Button Down Loungewear. She knew they had a pre-order wait time, but that wait time has come and gone, and she has not received all of the order as of today. These were Christmas oriented items....Southern Tots website stated, and still states, that "[redacted]ALL MONOGRAM BUTTON DOWN LOUNGEWEAR WILL SHIP NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 16TH[redacted]". We have emailed them multiple times with only receiving back a generic email ONE of those times. No one ever answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. How is this business not shut down???

The girls at Take Time are all wonderful - I have already recommended them to family friends!
