I'm saddened by the closing of Southern TotsIt's been my favorite website to shop for many years since my little girl was a babyI've purchased both of her first day of school outfits, Christmas dresses, and thanksgiving dressesPlus lots more outfitsI never had a problem till now when I never received the thanksgiving dress I ordered in OctoberKept trying to contact them with no response so I started researching and found they had closedI was finally refunded my money back but I sure do hate they closed gonna surely miss it
I, too, contacted them on Nov19th when someone advised me they had been closed down due to tax evasion and now I have also heard for lack of paying bills All are just rumors from non-confirmable sources, but it does make one wonder, since they will not respond to any request for information Makes me think they are under some kind of gag order until this is resolved I know that I have $outstanding in Christmas outfits alone and I am ticked That doesn't even begin to account for the remaining clothing I am going to use the address they have provided to file whatever kind of legal action I can If it falls below that minimum, I will pursue small claims If not, I may break it up into smaller claims or investigate another avenueHaving to give them a Negative review pains me because I have enjoyed my business with them until now and would have recommended them to anyone, and have, until now, but I have no respect for anyone who will not respond to me when I contact them!! Have to go with the negative review and recommendation at this time!! Should they make good on their claim to produce merchandise by the end of November, I will be happy to change my review, but my gut feeling tells me this is not going to happen I'd be happy to have you prove me wrong Southern Tots!!

I sent them an email notifying them of this and it took them over a week to tell me to return the wrong item at my cost but did not mention me getting the correct itemI have sent other emails asking about a shipping date without a response over the past weeks and today I get a response saying that I waited too long to get a refund?? Southern Tots has really cute, affordable clothes and really poor, terrible, horrible customer service

I had a move out clean done with Take Time Home Cleaning on August 17th and It was amazing - you guys did a wonderful job! 10/ I have already referred my mom and sister! I will definitely be calling you guys again for my move in!

I would never buy from this company againThe company is up front in telling you that shipping is delayed so they can ship items at one time but the shipping time is way longer then the initial time frameThere is no way to leave feedback on Facebook as most Facebook businesses allowI assume it is due to the extremely large volume of dissatisfied customersDo not order something for a specific holiday and expect to receive it by that holidayIt would need to be ordered a year in advance
