I had a move out clean done with Take Time Home Cleaning on August 17th and It was amazing - you guys did a wonderful job! 10/10. I have already referred my mom and sister! I will definitely be calling you guys again for my move in!
I ordered something from this dirt bag company in September. The ship date wasn't until Dec. The money was taken out of may account the same day I placed the order. When I tried to contact these scammers, I find that their business conveniently closed. If the former owners of this company happen to see this. Please take note that I am taking legal action.
Shipping is a nightmare. It took months of emails for me to FINALLY receive my items! IronicLly they charged my credit card almost immediately after I placed my order. I understand & read the pre order policy, so I knew a few of the items wouldn't be shipped right away. However, they took over twice the stated time before my items shipped. They have a preorder page that lists the date ordered, item description & a shipment date. This page has an "updated on" date posted. It's usually 6-8 weeks between updates.
I will never order from them again!
I ordered matching smocked blue corduroy outfits for my twin grandchildren. Was told they would be available November and October. Have not received and won't answer phone. Smocking is Nativity scene so won't be good after Christmas. Paypal was charged for the entire amount. Am reading other texts that they have closed. How do I get my money back?

What an absolute joke this company is!! They are a scam!! I ordered in August with a stated shipment date for the end of September...middle of October rolled around and my order wasn't shipped. It took me emailing them COUNTLESS times and threatening to file a complaint with y'all and open up a dispute with PayPal for them to finally ship my stuff. Everything got here at the end of October and they were mainly all Fall/pumpkin shirts. People are writing countless angry comments on both their Facebook and Instragram pages and all they do is go back in and erase them. There are people that ordered back in July who still have yet to get their orders. They are stealing from people and they don't care AT ALL. This is just plan UNACCEPTABLE. They need to be shut down. I run an online business myself...I would never in a million years treat my customers in this manner. This is people's hard earned money. Shut this joke of a business down. They are thieves! No resolution other than them being held accountable by the Revdex.com for how poorly eu are treating heir customers. They have ZERO customer service and need to either change that or be shut down.
Ordered over 150 dollars worth of clothes from southern tots, and never received my merchandise!! Now I can't even get in touch with them!!!
Very upset! Hoping PayPal will be able to get my money back for me, and I will have time to order other Christmas dresses!!!!
I ordered 3 pairs of monogrammed Christmas pajamas in September and was told they would arrive early December. Two arrived with no monogram the third week in December and the third arrived the 24 no monogram and the wrong size. I also ordered a pullover In September with no monogram which has yet to arrive. I have emailed them several times with no response. Horrible customer service.
I would never buy from this company again. The company is up front in telling you that shipping is delayed so they can ship items at one time but the shipping time is way longer then the initial time frame. There is no way to leave feedback on Facebook as most Facebook businesses allow. I assume it is due to the extremely large volume of dissatisfied customers. Do not order something for a specific holiday and expect to receive it by that holiday. It would need to be ordered a year in advance.
Do NOT order from this company. I don't even know where to begin. I placed a presale order back in early September and never received a pair of shoes, still waiting on a top, they sent an outfit that was completely not sized right (18 month that is as small as a 9month. Compared to the other 18 month outfit that I just got TODAY the size is WAY off) that didn't have the monogram that I paid for and waited the extra 2-3 weeks for (actually almost a month extra to then get it and it not even be monogrammed) I have attempted to cancel this order since mid November after the shoe deal with no luck. I have called a couple of times and have been unable to reach anybody. I have sent emails and have only received generic replies back with no information regarding my concerns and how to return/get a refund. Now I have received another outfit today with a monogram which I gave them plenty of time to cancel my order and they don't take monogrammed outfits back. I'm still waiting on a top. The outfit that's way too small and didn't get monogrammed that I paid for I have yet to hear back on getting a refund/returning it. They are a SCAM, a headache, have terrible customer service, and good luck getting a correct order (if you even receive the full order-it sure won't be the time they said it would ship) I order from various children's companies online and have never had issues. Now I'm hesitant to order anything else online. Poor quality, poor customer service and I will never order from them again! Don't waste your time on Southern Tots.
