Do NOT order from this companyI don't even know where to beginI placed a presale order back in early September and never received a pair of shoes, still waiting on a top, they sent an outfit that was completely not sized right (month that is as small as a 9monthCompared to the other month outfit that I just got TODAY the size is WAY off) that didn't have the monogram that I paid for and waited the extra 2-weeks for (actually almost a month extra to then get it and it not even be monogrammed) I have attempted to cancel this order since mid November after the shoe deal with no luckI have called a couple of times and have been unable to reach anybodyI have sent emails and have only received generic replies back with no information regarding my concerns and how to return/get a refundNow I have received another outfit today with a monogram which I gave them plenty of time to cancel my order and they don't take monogrammed outfits backI'm still waiting on a topThe outfit that's way too small and didn't get monogrammed that I paid for I have yet to hear back on getting a refund/returning itThey are a SCAM, a headache, have terrible customer service, and good luck getting a correct order (if you even receive the full ordsure won't be the time they said it would ship) I order from various children's companies online and have never had issuesNow I'm hesitant to order anything else onlinePoor quality, poor customer service and I will never order from them again! This company has extremely poor customer service I ordered Christmas pajamas back in August on a pre-order and was never given any sort of ship date I contacted them in October and was told they would be shipped in November I emailed them back again to find out a specific time frame and they never returned any of my other emails I then made a post on their Facebook page and they replied that my order was cancelled They did refund my money (which I paid in August) but never replied to my emails about why this order was cancelled almost months after it was placed and paid for I would definitely not recommend this company
Shipping is a nightmareIt took months of emails for me to FINALLY receive my items! IronicLly they charged my credit card almost immediately after I placed my orderI understand & read the pre order policy, so I knew a few of the items wouldn't be shipped right awayHowever, they took over twice the stated time before my items shippedThey have a preorder page that lists the date ordered, item description & a shipment dateThis page has an "updated on" date postedIt's usually 6-weeks between updates I will never order from them again!

I pre-ordered pairs of Christmas pjs from southern tots on October It is now Dec and I have one of the two pairs with no indication if the other pair will come Both were to be monogrammed with my kids names and here for the Christmas holidays - they were ordered months in advance The one pair I did receive did not come monogrammed and they just said they refunded my $monogram fee and sent them I have emailed numerous times to find the other pair since they are for my kids and every email response has been automated with no real answer to my question I will NEVER do business with southern tots again I want a refund for everything I use these pjs for christmas pictures and have nothing for my youngest child and not a single person will answer the phone or respond letting me know where the other pair of pjs are located and if they will ever arrive

I did receive a response from Southern Tots via facebook They told me my pre-order was not received yet and once it's received it would take an additional 2-weeks for monogramming before shipping
I seriously doubt my granddaughter will be able to wear the items ordered as she continues to grow while grandma waits for her Southern Tots order

I ordered Christmas pajamas in early OctEmailed them in early Nov regarding when I would receive my order I had a response that it would be early DecWell, I emailed back and said I needed it sooner than that No responseI also emailed several other times late Nov and "early" Dec with no responseMy order arrived today, Dec It does not have the monogram I paid for I was sent a generic apology letter that said I will be credited for the monogramI have NEVER given a negative review to a company

I Tried Take Time Home Cleaning for the first time rather than going the private route we had been taking and everything was absolutely perfect Everything was folded and put away as it should be, and for the first time everything was put back they way I had left it I couldn't be happier - booked ongoing for myself as well as my daughter!
