I placed an order for a couple of sweatshirts (monogrammed) on Sept 26, for my grandchildren for Christmas presents As Christmas neared I began trying to contact them via email The email (support system) stated I would hear back from them in a few days Never did!! I tried calling and no answer Christmas came and went and still no sweatshirts DO NOT order from Southern Tots Absolutely terrible customer service!!

This company is a total fraud I ordered Christmas outfits for my daughters on Octthinking that would be plenty of time to get them so my girls could wear the outfits throughout the Christmas season A month and a half passes and I contact the company through email, no response, I then try calling them multiple times, no one answers I then posted on their Facebook wall asking about their tardy delivery and they tell me it will take 10-weeks for the order to arrive I then go to their website and see the items I ordered in stock ready to ship in 7-days I then question them as to why my order can not be shipped in the 7-business days like the website states and they cancel my order for unforeseen reasons I have had it I am not only warning people here, I contacted the Georgia Attorney General to investigate this fraudulent company They messed with the wrong woman Southern Tots!! I give them and EXTREMELY NEGATIVE REVIEW
On August 29th, I ordered four monogrammed Christmas shirts for my parents to give their great-grandchildren Estimated shipping was the middle of November which would allow the shirts to be worn for the entire Christmas season By the beginning of December, when I had not yet received these items, I began contacting Southern Tots, which is a challenge, as they do not answer the phone and you must leave a message The final result of many phone calls was as follows: The first shirt arrived without the monogram and I received notification that they had not had time to monogram it, which was astounding since it had been ordered in AugustI took it to the mall to have it monogrammed at a cost of $(ST did refund their monogram fee) Two more shirts arrived a week later one, however, was monogrammed incorrectly and I had to return to the mall in order to have it fixed and pay an additional $The final shirt arrived monogrammed approximately days before Christmas No one got to wear their Christmas shirt for the season I have ordered from this company in the past and have been pleased with their products, however I will no longer order from them in the future

I will ask for a refund through my PayPal account and never do business with this company again

The clothes are cute but they do not hold up wellI washed them correctly but the pants I bought split in the crotch area

Southern Tots, order a size large because by the time you get your product you kid will have outgrown what you ordered On 10-we ordered something for our daughter's event on Dec 4th After waiting a couple of weeks we emailed them to get a timeframe We received an automated email saying they were busy and it would be weeks Had they been upfront we would not have ordered Then, in early December we received an email that informed us that they have refunded the monograming charge A couple of days later, after the event we received the product with a note that said they were too busy to monogram it I have since contacted them and after a couple of emails they said they would refund us for the product But what they said after that is it will be 2-weeks before we would get a "response" from their refunds team Somehow I think they are scamming us After all, what business has a "refunds team" and 2-weeks to hear from said "team"? Buyer beware
