      To whom it may concern:I agreed to resolve this complaint with hh gregg. There is still one problem. On my December statement, hh gregg credited my account $639.98 which is the correct amount for both warranties. They also charged me 9.25% sale taxes which they didn't refund on each item. Also, they didn't adjust my payment accordingly. I am looking for this matter to be resolved thoroughly. We are appalled at this response. I spoke with the two members of their corporate team 2 days ago (Jessica R[redacted] at 317 5699 7567 as well as Brady O[redacted] at 317 730 5518) that our order is still happening and that delivery would most likely be within the next 2-3 weeks. I am confused why this is now just being told to us, and that if this is being  cancelled the reason. Also, if our order is being cancelled, I expect to also be refunded the interest we have paid for the (almost 2 months) of paying for a product we have not received.    Revdex.com:

I received a check in the mail on 6/9/2016 for $1,005.69, although the refrigerator cost $1,884.44, although not quite satisfied by the outcome of a total reimbursement, especially with the amount off time spent away from work, I will settle at this time to be done with this disappointing experience.Thank you in advance Revdex.com for assisting with this issue.

I am writing in reference to claim [redacted].  HH Gregg responded to your initial inquiry that they were still processing the claim at that time on January 7, 2017.  They said that they would be sending me a prorated refund check.  It is now over two months since they received my original request.  It is not rocket science to determine the amount of the refund.  The warranty that I purchased was for five years and I had the washer that was recalled in less than one year.  The sales person at HH Gregg said the refund process should not take more than two weeks.  Before I contacted Revdex.com, the warranty company representative told me that I should receive my refund in less than three weeks.  The time frame to receive the refund is not acceptable.Thank you in advance for your prompt attention.[redacted]

photos, I regret we are unable to hook-up Ms. [redacted]s dryer. The vent for the unit has been set-up to hang from the ceiling of the home. Our delivery team’s insurance carrier cannot cover this type of install. In order to maintain great customer relations, I have refunded Ms. [redacted] the cost of the dryer hook-up kit and she will be receiving a check in 1-2 weeks for the amount of $59.99. [redacted] [redacted] I have provided pictures of my phone records (Attached) proving that I called the store five times starting on 9/12/16 two days after purchasing the washer and dryer. Also attached is phone records of calling the corporate office on 9/16/16. If you were to check the store cameras in that same time frame you will see me come into the store on two different occasions to voice my complaints and try to do something to resolve this matter.  I spoke to a sales person named Samual, the store manager Brian and the general manage John about this matter. The manager informed me that there was a 20% restocking fee if we wished to return the washer and dryer. Later when talking to the corporate office we were informed that that was not true that it was only a 15% stocking fee. The manager also talked me into keeping the appliance and to try different settings, he also gave me quotes on returning the items and buying a different set but asked me to try a different setting and to "try to be happy with it" before I made my decision because of the money I would be loosing with the restocking fees. Between the calls and going to the store on multiple occasions he kept giving me different settings to try and when none of them worked and I informed him that I wished to return the item he than told me it was past thirty day cut off and I could no longer return them. He never informed me of the thirty day dead line and I believe he coursed me into keeping the appliances until it was too late to return them. I than talked to the general manager about this issue and by this time the washer had broke so I was also talking to him about getting the washer fixed 10/26/16. The washer is still not fixed do to having to order parts. The general manager told me to call the corporate office and tell them that I not happy with the washer and that is was already broke down and they would give me a in-store credit and I could come back in a pick a different set and they would change it out. So I did what he said and the corporate office informed me that that was not possible after the thirty days that he should have never told me that. So once again I had been lied to about this matter. I than called the general manager again after receiving this news from corporate office and he informed me that he had just received an e-mail from the corporate office telling him the same thing. He did apologize and than tell me that there was nothing else he could do. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had and the worst product I have ever bought and after spending a lot of money for new appliances and being very dissatisfied I am still not able to wash clothing at my house. I have been going to the laundry mat for almost a month taking up a lot of my time and money to wash me clothing for a family of five.
