Mr. [redacted]
Complaint ID #: [redacted]
Dear Mr. [redacted]:
I am responding to your submission regarding the disputed diminution in value (DIV) associated with the August 12, 2016, automobile claim.
Thank you for speaking with [redacted], of our staff, who...

thoroughly reviewed your concerns and the claim documents. As Mr. [redacted] confirmed, there was no evidence to substantiate the DIV provided by your appraiser, and the DIV will be upheld based on USAA’s methodology. Hence, we respectfully decline your request for a change in DIV. Additionally, our records indicate the claim was handled promptly, with precision and professionalism.
Mr. [redacted], please know that USAA acts in accordance with our core values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity. We appreciate you allowing us to research your situation and reply to you. Should you have any further questions, Mr. [redacted] remains available to assist you.
Sincerely,

I am responding to your submission regarding your automobile insurance premium.

Our records indicate that your December 2015 policy renewal reflected a semi-annual premium due.  In January...

2016, a Special Payment Arrangement (SPA) was established.  We received payments for your policy; however, they were not sufficient to cover the amount due.  Therefore, the SPA ended and on March 15, 2016, a Non-Payment Cancellation (NPC) statement was generated.  In March 2016, we received several payments but they were not sufficient to cover the required amount.

I understand you spoke with one of our representatives who re-established an SPA and accepted an additional payment which rescinded the NPC.  As you were advised, your April 2016 statement will reflect the payment for the amount due by May 6, 2016.  Laura Perales, of our staff, was unable to reach you to discuss the matter; however, she remains available to assist you should you have additional questions.

We appreciate you allowing us to reply to you.

Sincerely,

[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because[redacted] is not requesting the proper documents and she knows this.  Roxanne does not care about customers, or the vets. She is not looking deep enough or asking the correct questions. But it’s all good. She’s the one that has to sleep with her work ethics. Not me. We are going at this another angle.  And the gentleman was very helpful.

August 14, 2015 [redacted]
[redacted] Dear Mr. [redacted]: I am responding to your submission regarding your automobile insurance payments. On February 27, 2014, you scheduled automatic payments to be drafted from your checking account under the extended payment plan....

Accordingly, between March 2 and July 1, 2015, several automatic payments attempted to draft your account. However, on three occasions, the payments were returned due to insufficient funds. After each attempt, the appropriate notices were sent to your email address on file advising you of the adverse action. Conversely, on July 28, 2015, at 6:34 PM CST, a one-time payment for $732.05 was manually scheduled on usaa.com to pay your insurance premium, and the payment posted to your account on July 29, 2015. [redacted], of our staff, was unsuccessful in her attempts to contact you about this matter. Should you have any further questions, Ms. [redacted] remains available to assist you and can be reached at [redacted] It is important to note that USAA acts in accordance with our core values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity. While we do regret any frustration you experienced, we strongly reject your allegations of impropriety. We appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and to respond to you. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:A proper investigation of the accident was not conducted.  The accident occurred on 10/28/16 and USAA took a statement from their driver, Mr. [redacted], on 11/01/2016.  They refused to take a statement from us until 2/3/17.  At this time, they took another statement from their driver, in which he changed his story.  Fortunately, our insurance company, [redacted], took the other parties statement back in November.  I will not be satisfied until USAA conducts a proper investigation of the contradictory statements taken from their driver.  I have always maintained that I was in the middle lane, when I was hit from behind from Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] initially conferred that I was in the middle lane, but that I could not take a left turn from the middle lane.  I submitted pictures of the intersection showing that a left turn is legal from the left and middle lanes.  Once Mr. [redacted] realized that his story would not hold up, he changed his story and said that I was in the far right lane so that he would not be assigned liability.
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
First, Rose, you like many USAA representatives I spoke to about this whole issue deflected the real problems 'wonderfully'.  My complaint was never the timeline to recover my vehicles USAA paid a crooked shop ran by thugs to steal.  In fact, to this day, I have several hundred dollars missing from my vehicles all because USAA broke a verbal promise to allow me access to the loan modification process.  Turns out, USAA doesn't have to keep their word to members.  AND I have recorded conversations to prove it.  I'm not the only one who has had this happen.  Do a google search and find out for yourself. But you like [redacted] or [redacted] care little about fact, just your skewed reality.  For you to bring this 'offer' into this conversation shows how classless you really are.  That USAA allows you and others to treat former and current military members like this is truly amazing.  Hope you enjoy working with a crooked company that cares solely about the bottomline and nothing more.  If you did care about more than the bottomline, you'd realize how USAA screwed up and broke a promise that resulted in destroying a 10 year relationship.  No problem..I'll take my at one time 15 accounts elsewhere.

Mr. [redacted] Complaint ID #: [redacted]
Dear Mr. [redacted]:
I am responding to your submission regarding establishing a deposit account with the USAA Federal Savings Bank (FSB) and your automobile insurance policy with USAA.
We responded to your complaint on June 11,...

2013, and on October 31, 2014, and explained that you will be eligible to apply for new products and services with the FSB on March 12, 2017, seven years after the date of the bankruptcy filing.
As [redacted], of our staff, explained, the outstanding insurance balance stems from a previously cancelled policy. He also advised that this balance must be paid in full before a new automobile insurance policy can be issued.
Mr. [redacted], if the outstanding insurance balance is not paid in full, it will forfeit your ability to establish new products with the FSB when your bankruptcy expires. Consequently, both criteria must be satisfied before you can obtain new products and services with USAA. While we realize this is not the outcome you were expecting, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

On July 11, 2016, [redacted], of our staff, contacted you and explained that your deductible would not be reimbursed. That same day, a letter was mailed to you reaffirming that decision. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. I do realize that I have no chance of being heard by you so I will find another avenue. There is no justice for the little guy. and by the way I still have no car, I can't afford to put money down on one. Its a shame I was hit by a USAA member on Nov. 7th and still have no car. I really liked my VW beetle triple white limited addition. Now I have to share a 20 yr old Jeep cherokee with my husband. I will never consider this matter closed. I didn't deserve this. Any USAA did care to help me. Thanks for all your help Revdex.com, your as bad as USAA!!!!

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive the service I paid for. For it to take almost 4 months for a bumper to be repaired by two of there so called preferred repair shops. While I was getting estimates from 3 repair shops within a week of the incident USAA paid [redacted] and told me I had to wait until they got the money back from them which took more than 30 days while I am driving a wrecked car they provided no service and an inadequate process then I had to take it to 2 repair shops while I continue to pay insurance and drive a wrecked \ not correctly repaired vehicle.

determined that a system glitch caused the retirement income information from the automobile loan application you submitted on the USAA Mobile App to not be considered when the application was evaluated.  As such, we have submitted a request to the credit reporting agencies to have the inquiry removed, and we are working to rectify the system issue.  We ask that you allow up to 45 days for this credit update to appear.  It is important to note that the FSB acts in accordance with our core values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity.  While we recognize that an inadvertent error occurred, we reject your allegations of discrimination.  Should you have any additional questions, Ms. [redacted] remains available to assist you.  We appreciate you allowing us to research this matter and reply to you.  Sincerely,[redacted]
